Abstract

本发明涉及一种水性涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料技术领域。该水性涂料中含有增稠剂、硅粉、防腐剂%、粘合剂、水性聚氨酯树脂、桐油%、环己酮%、钛白粉%、滑石粉、水性环氧改性树脂、丙乳液、Mo、Pd、Nd、Ce、Eu、Lu和水。该水性涂料具有耐高温耐腐蚀的性能,适应各种场合的涂覆需求,并且本发明不含有毒有机溶剂,无污染,而且还具有漆面不会开裂,抗老化,附着力强等优点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水性涂料及其制备方法,属于涂料技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,从环境问题的观点考虑,正在进行由有机溶剂型涂料向水性涂料的转换。另外,涂料一般要求具有优良的耐水性、耐碱性、耐磨损性、耐候性等涂膜性能。
水性涂料是用水做为分散介质和稀释剂的涂料,与有机溶剂型的涂料比较,水性涂料既减少了挥发性有机溶剂的排放,又可节省资源、能源(生产溶剂需消耗能源),同时方便运输和贮藏。随着人们环保意识的增强,对化工产品的生产与使用的有关环保法规也越来越严,因此水性涂料已成为现代涂料工业发展的主流方向。
按照树脂在水中的分散形态,水性涂料可分为水乳胶型、水分散型和水溶型三类。目前市面上使用的涂料多以合成树脂乳液或丙烯酸为基料,并由各种颜料、填料和助剂等合成。这种涂料的主要缺点是涂膜弹性容易老化,坚硬度不好,不能有效保护墙面粉刷底层的强度,从而产生墙面开裂、脱落,不仅影响建筑物美观,而且墙面开裂,导致墙面漏水。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是,针对现有技术不足,提出一种耐腐蚀耐高温的水性涂料及其制备方法。
本发明为解决上述技术问题提出的技术方案是:一种水性涂料,水性涂料中各成分的质量百分比为:增稠剂:0.08-0.12%、硅粉:0.11-0.22%、防腐剂:0.05-0.14%、粘合剂:0.18-0.31%、水性聚氨酯树脂:0.43-0.56%、桐油:0.32-0.46%、环己酮:0.35-0.47%、钛白粉:0.15-0.24%、滑石粉:0.53-0.85%、水性环氧改性树脂:5.12-5.43%、丙乳液:1.66-1.87%、Mo:0.05-0.09%、Pd:0.07-0.12%、Nd:0.01-0.03%、Ce:0.02-0.04%、Eu:0.02-0.05%、Lu:0.01-0.03%,余量为水。
上述技术方案的改进是:水性涂料中各成分的质量百分比为:增稠剂:0.08%、硅粉:0.11%、防腐剂:0.05%、粘合剂:0.18%、水性聚氨酯树脂:0.43%、桐油:0.32%、环己酮:0.35%、钛白粉:0.15%、滑石粉:0.53%、水性环氧改性树脂:5.12%、丙乳液:1.66%、Mo:0.05%、Pd:0.07%、Nd:0.01%、Ce:0.02%、Eu:0.02%、Lu:0.01%,余量为水。
上述技术方案的改进是:水性涂料中各成分的质量百分比为:增稠剂:0.12%、硅粉:0.22%、防腐剂:0.14%、粘合剂:0.31%、水性聚氨酯树脂:0.56%、桐油:0.46%、环己酮:0.47%、钛白粉:0.24%、滑石粉:0.85%、水性环氧改性树脂:5.43%、丙乳液:1.87%、Mo:0.09%、Pd:0.12%、Nd:0.03%、Ce:0.04%、Eu:0.05%、Lu:0.03%,余量为水。
本发明的水性涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
㈠将各成分原料按预定的质量百分比混合并搅拌,同时加热至50-60℃,控制搅拌机转速为每分钟500-600转,混合时间为30-55min;
㈡加入颜料天然植物水性色浆、颜色调整剂和抗划伤剂;
㈢进行二次混合,控制搅拌机转速为每分钟900-1000转,混合时间为40-60min
㈣补水并用粘度调节剂调节粘度至52-85KU;
㈤过滤上一步骤的产物,得到水性涂料。
本发明采用上述技术方案的有益效果是:(1)由于水性涂料中含有稀土元素,使其具有耐高温耐腐蚀的性能,适应各种场合的涂覆需求;(2)本发明不含有毒有机溶剂,无污染;(3)漆面不会开裂,漆膜的拉伸率在300% 以上,成膜后的漆膜用手搓也不会裂开;(4)本发明的水性涂料抗老化、附着力强;(5)由于使用超声波发生装置对补水后的产物进行二次搅拌,使得原料分散更加均匀。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例的水性涂料中各成分的质量百分比为:增稠剂:0.08%、硅粉:0.11%、防腐剂:0.05%、粘合剂:0.18%、水性聚氨酯树脂:0.43%、桐油:0.32%、环己酮:0.35%、钛白粉:0.15%、滑石粉:0.53%、水性环氧改性树脂:5.12%、丙乳液:1.66%、Mo:0.05%、Pd:0.07%、Nd:0.01%、Ce:0.02%、Eu:0.02%、Lu:0.01%,余量为水。
本实施例的水性涂料的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
㈠将各成分原料按预定的质量百分比混合并搅拌,同时加热至60℃,控制搅拌机转速为每分钟500转,混合时间为35min;
㈡加入颜料天然植物水性色浆、颜色调整剂和抗划伤剂;
㈢进行二次混合,控制搅拌机转速为每分钟900转,混合时间为45min
㈣补水并用粘度调节剂调节粘度至75KU;
㈤过滤上一步骤的产物,得到水性涂料。
实施例2
本实施例的水性涂料与实施例1的基本相同,不同之处在于本实施例的水性涂料中各成分的质量百分比为:增稠剂:0.12%、硅粉:0.22%、防腐剂:0.14%、粘合剂:0.31%、水性聚氨酯树脂:0.56%、桐油:0.46%、环己酮:0.47%、钛白粉:0.24%、滑石粉:0.85%、水性环氧改性树脂:5.43%、丙乳液:1.87%、Mo:0.09%、Pd:0.12%、Nd:0.03%、Ce:0.04%、Eu:0.05%、Lu:0.03%,余量为水。。
本发明不局限于上述实施例。凡采用等同替换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

1.一种水性涂料,其特征在于:所述水性涂料中各成分的质量百分比为:增稠剂:0.08-0.12%、硅粉:0.11-0.22%、防腐剂:0.05-0.14%、粘合剂:0.18-0.31%、水性聚氨酯树脂:0.43-0.56%、桐油:0.32-0.46%、环己酮:0.35-0.47%、钛白粉:0.15-0.24%、滑石粉:0.53-0.85%、水性环氧改性树脂:5.12-5.43%、丙乳液:1.66-1.87%、Mo:0.05-0.09%、Pd:0.07-0.12%、Nd:0.01-0.03%、Ce:0.02-0.04%、Eu:0.02-0.05%、Lu:0.01-0.03%,余量为水。

4.根据权利要求1至3中任一权利要求所述的水性涂料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
㈠将各成分原料按预定的质量百分比混合并搅拌,同时加热至50-60℃,控制搅拌机转速为每分钟500-600转,所述混合时间为30-55min;
㈡加入颜料天然植物水性色浆、颜色调整剂和抗划伤剂;
㈢进行二次混合,控制搅拌机转速为每分钟900-1000转,所述混合时间为40-60min
㈣补水并用粘度调节剂调节粘度至52-85KU;
㈤过滤上一步骤的产物,得到水性涂料。
