本发明公开了一种燕窝酵素。本发明的燕窝酵素是由以下原料制备:燕窝、发酵果汁、荷叶、魔芋粉、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、蜂蜜、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾。本发明采用天然食材进行制备达到排毒、减脂的功效,本发明在配方中加入燕窝,提供蛋白质,发酵果汁提供维生素和营养成分,以荷叶清热、排毒、消肿,魔芋粉降血糖、降血脂、降压、散毒、养颜、通脉、减肥、通便、开胃,加入益生菌和低聚果糖有助于调理肠胃功能;产品全方在排毒的同时可以保证其中的蛋白质含量和营养成分,对人体无副作用,可作为日常休闲服用,尤其适用于积食、消化不良、腹胀之症。

背景技术
英文名称enzyme,是酶的俗称。酵素是酶在日本和台湾地区的别称,指具有生物催化功能的高分子物质。 几乎所有的细胞活动进程都需要酵素的参与,以提高效率。酵素无法通过口服来补充,因为它在消化道里就会被分解为小分子。受到一些商家的鼓吹,出现了一些主打减肥功效的酵素产品,为了获得更多的市场,往往在酵素产品配方中加入刺激肠道导致拉肚而声称“排毒”功效的组分,消费者长期服用,导致胃肠功能紊乱。随着消费者对酵素类产品的认知增加,对酵素产品的研究和开发更多的关注到增加其保健功效上来。
发明内容
针对现有技术存在的不足,本发明提供了一种燕窝酵素。
本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种燕窝酵素,是由以下原料制备:燕窝、发酵果汁、荷叶、魔芋粉、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、蜂蜜、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾。
所述原料按照以下质量份数进行配比:燕窝3-10份、发酵果汁15-60份、荷叶1-5份、魔芋粉5-20份、低聚果糖0.5-1份、低聚异麦芽糖0.5-1份、蜂蜜1-5份、苹果酸0.2-0.6份、柠檬酸钠0.05-0.1份、山梨酸钾0.03-0.8份。
优选的,原配比是:燕窝5份、发酵果汁45份、荷叶3份、魔芋粉15份、低聚果糖1份、低聚异麦芽糖1份、蜂蜜3份、苹果酸0.4份、柠檬酸钠0.05份、山梨酸钾0.05份。
进一步优选的原料配比是:燕窝8份、发酵果汁38份、荷叶2份、魔芋粉12份、低聚果糖0.7份、低聚异麦芽糖0.6份、蜂蜜1-5份、苹果酸0.3份、柠檬酸钠0.1份、山梨酸钾0.3份。
进一步优选的原料配比是:燕窝10份、发酵果汁60份、荷叶4份、魔芋粉10份、低聚果糖0.5份、低聚异麦芽糖0.5份、蜂蜜1份、苹果酸0.6份、柠檬酸钠0.1份、山梨酸钾0.3份。
所述发酵果汁由蓝莓汁、奇异果汁、蔓越莓汁、水蜜桃汁、柳橙汁按照质量比1:1-2:1-3:1-4:1-5混合后,加入益生菌发酵制备。
进一步的,所述益生菌为植物源乳酸菌,其用量为混合果汁总量的0.1-0.45%。
采用本发明上述原料可以制备成燕窝酵素粉、燕窝酵素口服液、燕窝酵素含片、燕窝酵素胶囊。

实施例1 采用以下质量份数的原料制备成燕窝酵素粉:燕窝5份、发酵果汁45份、荷叶3份、魔芋粉15份、低聚果糖1份、低聚异麦芽糖1份、蜂蜜3份、苹果酸0.4份、柠檬酸钠0.05份、山梨酸钾0.05份;其中,发酵果汁由蓝莓汁、奇异果汁、蔓越莓汁、水蜜桃汁、柳橙汁按照质量比1:1:1:1:1混合后,加入混合果汁总量0.25%的益生菌发酵制备。
实施例2 采用以下质量份数的原料制备本发明的燕窝酵素口服液:燕窝8份、发酵果汁38份、荷叶2份、魔芋粉12份、低聚果糖0.7份、低聚异麦芽糖0.6份、蜂蜜1-5份、苹果酸0.3份、柠檬酸钠0.1份、山梨酸钾0.3份;其中,发酵果汁由蓝莓汁、奇异果汁、蔓越莓汁、水蜜桃汁、柳橙汁按照质量比1:1:3: 4: 5混合后,加入混合果汁总量0.45%的益生菌发酵制备。
实施例3 采用以下质量份数的原料制备本发明的燕窝酵素含片:燕窝10份、发酵果汁60份、荷叶4份、魔芋粉10份、低聚果糖0.5份、低聚异麦芽糖0.5份、蜂蜜1份、苹果酸0.6份、柠檬酸钠0.1份、山梨酸钾0.3份;其中,发酵果汁由蓝莓汁、奇异果汁、蔓越莓汁、水蜜桃汁、柳橙汁按照质量比1: 2:2: 4:3混合后,加入混合果汁总量0.1%的益生菌发酵制备。

1.一种燕窝酵素,其特征在于,由以下原料制备:燕窝、发酵果汁、荷叶、魔芋粉、低聚果糖、低聚异麦芽糖、蜂蜜、苹果酸、柠檬酸钠、山梨酸钾。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燕窝酵素,其特征在于,所述原料按照以下质量份数进行配比:燕窝3-10份、发酵果汁15-60份、荷叶1-5份、魔芋粉5-20份、低聚果糖0.5-1份、低聚异麦芽糖0.5-1份、蜂蜜1-5份、苹果酸0.2-0.6份、柠檬酸钠0.05-0.1份、山梨酸钾0.03-0.8份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的燕窝酵素,其特征在于,所述发酵果汁由蓝莓汁、奇异果汁、蔓越莓汁、水蜜桃汁、柳橙汁按照质量比1:1-2:1-3:1-4:1-5混合后,加入益生菌发酵制备。
4.根据权利要求1所述的燕窝酵素,其特征在于,所述益生菌为植物源乳酸菌,其用量为混合果汁总量的0.1-0.45%。
5.根据权利要求1或2中所述的燕窝酵素,其特征在于,采用所述原料制备成燕窝酵素粉、燕窝酵素口服液、燕窝酵素含片、燕窝酵素胶囊。
