本发明涉及塑胶地板技术领域,尤其是一种石塑木塑地板及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中,对于PVC地板,其都是通过挤压成型后进行复合压实,所以其密度较大,会影响使用过程中的脚感舒适度,而且运输等成本相对增加。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种能有效的降低地板密度,且更加环保的石塑木塑地板及其制备方法。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种石塑木塑地板,包括耐磨层、彩膜层、第一石塑层、石塑木塑层、第二石塑层;第一石塑层位于石塑木塑层上方,第二石塑层位于石塑木塑层下方,在第一石塑层上方设置彩膜层,在彩膜层的上方设置耐磨层。
其中第一石塑层、第二石塑层均由以下组分构成:聚氯乙烯、碳酸钙、稳定剂、氯化聚乙烯、硬脂酸、丙烯酸树脂、炭黑、聚乙烯蜡;其中各组分的质量份数为:聚氯乙烯50-65份、碳酸钙90-130份、稳定剂6-8份、氯化聚乙烯4-6份、硬脂酸0.35-0.65份、丙烯酸树脂2-3份、炭黑0.2-0.4份、聚乙烯蜡0.6-0.8份。
石塑木塑层由以下组分构成:竹纤维、碳酸钙、稳定剂、聚乙烯蜡、硬脂酸、黄发泡剂、白发泡剂、发泡调节剂、聚氯乙烯;其中各组分的质量份数为:竹纤维80-90份、碳酸钙100-120份、稳定剂4-5份、聚乙烯蜡0.5-0.8份、硬脂酸0.4-0.6份、黄发泡剂0.2-0.4份、白发泡剂0.5-1份、发泡调节剂2-3.5份、聚氯乙烯100-120份。
其中:竹纤维为80目竹粉;碳酸钙为400目石粉;稳定剂为钙锌稳定剂,钙锌稳定剂由钙盐、锌盐、润滑剂、抗氧剂等合成;丙烯酸树脂为以甲基丙烯酸甲啼为主体的丙烯酸树脂;黄发泡剂为偶氮二甲酰胺;白发泡剂为亚硝基盐衍生物;发泡调节剂为丙烯酸酯类加工助剂。
一种石塑木塑地板的制备方法,具体步骤如下:(1)按重量份数进行第一石塑层、第二石塑层的配料:聚氯乙烯50-65份、碳酸钙90-130份、稳定剂6-8份、氯化聚乙烯4-6份、硬脂酸0.35-0.65份、丙烯酸树脂2-3份、炭黑0.2-0.4份、聚乙烯蜡0.6-0.8份,通过真空上料进入高速搅拌机,在高速搅拌机搅拌作用下,使原料温度升至120℃后,将原料送入低速搅拌机中,在冷却水和低速搅拌机的作用下,将原料的温度降至50℃,再将原料打入储料罐中储存待用得到配料一;(2)按重量份数进行石塑木塑层的配料:竹纤维80-90份、碳酸钙100-120份、稳定剂4-5份、聚乙烯蜡0.5-0.8份、硬脂酸0.4-0.6份、黄发泡剂0.2-0.4份、白发泡剂0.5-1份、发泡调节剂2-3.5份、聚氯乙烯100-120份,通过真空上料进入高速搅拌机,在高速搅拌机搅拌作用下,使原料温度升至120℃后,将原料送入低速搅拌机中,在冷却水和低速搅拌机的作用下,将原料的温度降至50℃,再将原料打入储料罐中储存待用得到配料二;(3)将配料一通过螺杆上料进入到80机的料筒中,将配料二通过螺杆上料进入到92机的料筒中,配料一、配料二在各自的料筒中进行塑化;将配料一通过分配器挤出为两层,分别为第一石塑层、第二石塑层,将配料二挤出为石塑木塑层,第一石塑层位于石塑木塑层上方,第二石塑层位于石塑木塑层下方,第一石塑层、第二石塑层、石塑木塑层形成共挤层半成品;(4)将步骤(3)中形成的共挤层半成品通过压辊控制厚度压制成型,然后将共挤层半成品、彩膜层、耐磨层通过用于压制花纹的压纹辊压制成型。
其中:80机、92机的温度设置均为:1区:165-195℃,2区:160-195℃,3区:145-175℃,4区:140-170℃,5区:150-180℃,合流芯区:145-185℃,模具:170-190℃。
本发明所得到的一种石塑木塑地板及其制备方法,具有以下优点:
石塑木塑层中间添加了竹粉,能有效降低产品密度。
石塑木塑层中添加了发泡剂和发泡调节剂,使该层工艺具备了发泡工艺,进一步降低了产品的密度,同时提高了脚感舒适度。
上下表面各用石塑层包裹,使产品更加美观,稳定性更好。
采用竹粉,使产品更加环保,绿色,无污染。

4.一种石塑木塑地板的制备方法,其特征是:具体步骤如下:(1)按重量份数进行第一石塑层、第二石塑层的配料:聚氯乙烯50-65份、碳酸钙90-130份、稳定剂6-8份、氯化聚乙烯4-6份、硬脂酸0.35-0.65份、丙烯酸树脂2-3份、炭黑0.2-0.4份、聚乙烯蜡0.6-0.8份,通过真空上料进入高速搅拌机,在高速搅拌机搅拌作用下,使原料温度升至120℃后,将原料送入低速搅拌机中,在冷却水和低速搅拌机的作用下,将原料的温度降至50℃,再将原料打入储料罐中储存待用得到配料一;(2)按重量份数进行石塑木塑层的配料:竹纤维80-90份、碳酸钙100-120份、稳定剂4-5份、聚乙烯蜡0.5-0.8份、硬脂酸0.4-0.6份、黄发泡剂0.2-0.4份、白发泡剂0.5-1份、发泡调节剂2-3.5份、聚氯乙烯100-120份,通过真空上料进入高速搅拌机,在高速搅拌机搅拌作用下,使原料温度升至120℃后,将原料送入低速搅拌机中,在冷却水和低速搅拌机的作用下,将原料的温度降至50℃,再将原料打入储料罐中储存待用得到配料二;(3)将配料一通过螺杆上料进入到80机的料筒中,将配料二通过螺杆上料进入到92机的料筒中,配料一、配料二在各自的料筒中进行塑化;将配料一通过分配器挤出为两层,分别为第一石塑层、第二石塑层,将配料二挤出为石塑木塑层,第一石塑层位于石塑木塑层上方,第二石塑层位于石塑木塑层下方,第一石塑层、第二石塑层、石塑木塑层形成共挤层半成品;(4)将步骤(3)中形成的共挤层半成品通过压辊控制厚度压制成型,然后将共挤层半成品、彩膜层、耐磨层通过用于压制花纹的压纹辊压制成型。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种石塑木塑地板的制备方法,其特征是:80机、92机的温度设置均为:1区:165-195℃,2区:160-195℃,3区:145-175℃,4区:140-170℃,5区:150-180℃,合流芯区:145-185℃,模具:170-190℃。
