技术领域
本发明涉及保健品及其制备方法技术领域,具体是一种抗衰老的海洋低温SOD保健品。
背景技术
衰老是由自然因素或非自然因素造成的皮肤衰老现象,是生物随着时间的推移,自发的必然过程,是复杂的自然现象,表现为结构的退行性变和机能的衰退,适应性和抵抗力减退。衰老一直是生命过程中的核心环节,也是影响整个人类社会健康发展的重要问题。抗衰老药物能在一定程度上延缓衰老,促进身体健康,在遗传因素决定的寿限内,保持较好智力和体力。人出生后皮肤组织日益发达,功能逐渐活跃,当到达某种年龄就会开始退化,这种退化往往在人们不知不觉中慢慢进行。皮肤组织的成长期一般结束于25岁左右,有人称此期为“皮肤的弯角”,自此后生长与老化同时进行,皮肤弹力纤维渐渐变粗,40-50岁初老期,皮肤的老化慢慢明显,但老化程度因人而异。皮肤老化为多因素所致,概括起来有9个方面:1.年龄因素;皮肤老化一般从30岁左右开始,此为唯一的不可避免的因素,其余诸因素均可改变。2.健康因素;患肾病、肝病、妇科病等慢性消耗性疾病时,皮肤易老化。3.精神因素;用脑过度、思虑过多、心情烦闷皮肤易老化。4.营养因素;由于咀嚼不良和胃肠功能衰弱、营养失调,或饮食中缺乏蛋白质和各种维生素时,皮肤易老化。5.生活习惯;熬夜、过度疲劳及抽烟均可加速皮肤衰老。6.环境因素;长期阳光暴晒,风吹雨淋,或海水侵蚀者,皮肤易衰老。7.内分泌紊乱;妇女绝经后,雌性激素分泌减少,从而影响皮肤的充实度和弹性。8.皮肤保养不当。9.用药不当;不恰当使用药疗药物或化妆品易使皮肤老化。
每个人都害怕自己衰老,总是想要时光多停留一会儿。因此,众多抗衰老产品也运营而生。如今,市面上的抗衰老护肤产品有些含有维生素A、胜肽,这些产品只能在夜间使用;或是通过在面霜或精华里面添加胶原蛋白涂抹的方式给皮肤增加胶原蛋白。胶原蛋白,首先它是一种蛋白,蛋白的分子很大,大到不要说肌肤根本无法吸收,就连我们赖以其吸收养分才能生存的胃肠也是要先把它水解为氨基酸才能吸收。因此,市场上缺少一种具有抗癌抗菌、抗衰老、排毒养颜美容功效的保健品。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种抗衰老的海洋低温SOD保健品。
为实现上述发明目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种抗衰老的海洋低温SOD保健品,其特征在于,由以下重量份原料混合制成:
海洋低温SOD:10~30份,
海洋生物活性多糖:1.5~2.0份,
山药粉:1.5~5.0份,
西洋参粉:1.5~5.0份,
黑果腺肋花楸粉1.5~5.5份,
当归粉:1.5~2.0份,
海藻粉:1.5~2.0份,
营养氨基酸:1.5~2.5份,
低聚糖:1.5~2.5份,
营养素0.2~0.8份,
维生素:0.03~0.10份,
矿物质:0.2-1.0份。
本发明保健品可以制成粉状、片状、颗粒状或丸状,以温开水溶解后食用。
本发明所用主要原料为:
1.海洋低温SOD:
本发明所述的海洋低温SOD是以海洋细菌为原料进行发酵生产的安全性及稳定性较高的SOD。
(1)抑制心脑血管疾病:机体的衰老与体内氧自由基的产生与积累密切相关, SOD可清除人体内过多的有害的氧自由,是对健康的有益的功效成分。具有调节血脂的保健作用,可预防动脉粥样硬化,预防高血脂引起的心脑血管疾病。降低脂质过氧化物的含量。(2)抗衰老:年龄的增长和某些体外因素会造成机体和皮肤组织自由基产生超过机体正常清除自由基的的能力,从而使皮肤组织造成伤害,导致衰老。由于SOD能够清除自由基,因而可以延缓衰老。人之所以会衰老,老化迹象一点一滴出观,如色素沉淀、体力衰退、是因为体内产生氧化作用,所谓“氧化作用”就类似于生锈,抗氧化剂的补充有助于降低氧化的速度,减慢衰老的脚步。(3)防治自身免疫性疾病:SOD对各类自身免疫性疾病都有一定的疗效。如红斑狼疮、硬皮病、皮肌炎等。对于类风湿关节炎患者应在急性期病变未形成前使用,疗效较好。(4)肺气肿:肺气肿患者亦可使用 SOD ,但应在病变初期肺弹性纤维尚未受到损害时使用,疗效较好。(5)辐射病及辐射防护:该品可用来治疗因放疗引起的膀胱炎、皮肌炎、红斑狼疮及白细胞减少等疾病,对有可能受到电离辐射的人员,也可注射 SOD 作为预防措施。(6)老年性白内障:对这类疾病应在进入老年期前即开始经常服用抗氧化剂,或者说经常注射SOD。一旦形成白内障,则应该摘除,因为此时使用SOD无效。(7)抗氧化:医学报告指出, 抗氧化能力的衰退期已提前至40岁左右,光靠蔬果已经不足以消除人体内外共同形成的氧化压力。(8)预防慢性病:自由基是科学家已发现导致各种慢性病与老化的罪魁祸首,故说它是“万病之源”,是人体健康的大敌,自由基对身体的伤害是日积月累的,尤其是糖尿病与心血管方面的疾病。(9)抗疲劳:过多的自由基在体内残存,就犹如毒素蓄积在体内一样,会让人:容易疲劳、厌倦、注意力不集中、常常昏昏沉沉、打哈欠。SOD对上班族熬夜加班、学生应付考试所产生的疲劳,在提振精神及集中注意力方面成效显著,有助于工作绩效的提升,及考试成绩的进步。(10)消除副作用:接受化疗的癌症病患体内的抗氧化能力会大大地降低,万一低到某个程度,自由基就会损害细胞、黏膜、五脏六腑、脑、中枢神经等.所以癌症患者应及时补充抗氧化剂来维持好体力。日本厚生省与美国癌症中心(NCI)均建议使用抗氧化剂来预防癌症或治疗因氧自由基破坏细胞所引起的病变,降低抗癌药物所引起的如呕吐、食欲不振、掉发等副作用。(11)避免二次伤害:手术会引起大量自由基,故建议手术前后口服抗氧化剂来迅速恢复体力,加速伤口复原。(12)有效降低血脂、胆固醇、血压;(13)抗辐射;(14)增强肝肾功能;(15)对糖尿病有明显的恢复作用。
2.海洋生物活性多糖:
本发明所述的海洋生物活性多糖为海洋动物多糖、海藻多糖和海洋壳类多糖中的一种、几种或全部,其中所述的海洋动物多糖为糖胺聚糖和鲨鱼软骨素中的一种或两种,所述的海藻多糖为琼脂、海藻酸钠、卡拉胶、岩藻多糖、海藻酸钾、海藻酸钙、海藻酸锌、海藻酸铁和海藻酸镁中的一种、几种或全部,所述的海洋壳类多糖为珍珠粉、珍珠层粉、几丁聚糖、几丁寡糖、氨糖中的一种、几种或全部。
3.山药粉
本发明所述的山药粉为薯蓣科植物山药干燥根茎磨制而成。具有健脾益胃、助消化;滋肾益精;益肺止咳;降低血糖;延年益寿;抗肝昏迷的功效。
4.西洋参粉
本发明所述的西洋参粉为五加科,人参属的西洋参磨制而成。可以改善心肌功能,抗缺血,抗心律失常,抗休克,抗动脉硬化;增强体质,抗缺氧,抗疲劳,耐高温,耐寒耐饥渴;促进造血;镇静;降血糖;增强免疫力。
5.黑果腺肋花楸粉
本发明所述的黑果腺肋花楸粉为蔷薇科腺肋花楸属植物黑果腺肋花楸树的果实晒干磨制而成。
黑果腺肋花楸中花青素、黄酮(鲜果含量高达0.25%-0.35%)、多酚是已知植物中含量最高的,还含有多种维生素和矿质元素等物质。多酚是改善毛细血管和血管的结构与机能的非常重要的物质,还有助于刺激和改善循环系统。花青素和黄酮能够维持人的心脏和机体的健康。据报道,花青素和黄酮(及其糖苷)有助于保持尿道健康。黑果腺肋花楸果实富含Vc和抗氧化剂(Beta Carotene(胡萝卜素)),抗氧化剂具有抗衰老功能。果实提取物对治疗辐射病和重金属中毒症有很好的疗效。
6.当归粉
本发明所述的当归粉为伞形科当归属的植物当归磨制而成。具有抗缺氧作用;调节机体免疫功能、具有抗癌作用;护肤美容作用;补血活血作用;抑菌、抗动脉硬化作用。
7.海藻粉
食源性海洋藻类富含海藻胶、甘露醇、维生素和多种矿物质元素如钾、铁、钙、磷、碘、硒、钴等微量元素,还含粗蛋白10%-40%,粗脂肪0.30%-50%,碳水化合物30%-60%。科学研究表明,海藻粉可以调节人体的新陈代谢机能,增强免疫力、保健、补脑增智、抗衰老,可以预防甲状腺肿大、肾病,增强皮肤光泽和弹性、软化血管、降低胆固醇,是一种美容佳品;还可以降脂、降压,防止肥胖病、高血压、心血管病等。
本发明所述的海藻粉为褐藻粉、马尾藻粉、掌状红皮藻粉、石莼粉、海带粉、紫菜粉、巨藻粉中的一种、几种或全部。
本发明所述的海藻粉,是指将海藻洗净、除腥、滤杂、烘干、粉碎而制备的粉状物质。
8.营养氨基酸:
氨基酸是构成生物体蛋白质并同生命活动有关的最基本的物质,是在生物体内构成蛋白 质分子的基本单位,与生物的生命活动有着密切的关系。它在抗体内具有特殊的生理功能, 是生物体内不可缺少的营养成分之一,经医学研究证实,L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、L-瓜氨酸、L- 半胱氨酸、L-丙氨酸具有护肝养肝的功能。
本发明所述的营养氨基酸为L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、L-瓜氨酸、L-半胱氨酸和L-丙氨酸中的 一种、几种或全部。
9.营养素:
营养素是人体细胞产生能量必需的物质。它广泛存在于生物体中,在人体内,主要集中消耗能量较多的部位,可用作肝损伤的营养支援。
本发明所述的营养素为卵磷脂、辅酵素Q10和a-硫辛酸中的一种或全部。
10.维生素和矿物质:
维生素和矿物质是人体必需的营养素。
本发明所述的维生素为维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、胆碱和烟酰胺中的一种、几种或全部。
本发明所述的矿物质为钙、钾、镁、铁、锌、硒、锰、铜、铬和钼中的一种、几种或全部。
本发明所述的矿物质的添加形式为该矿物质的有机或无机化合物。
本发明中维生素矿物质的添加量参照2000年中国营养学会颁布的《中国居民膳食营养素参考摄入量》、《食品营养强化剂使用卫生标准》(GB14880-1994)和2005年7月1日国家食品药品监督管理局正式开始实施的《营养素补充剂申报与审评规定(试行)》中规定的《维生素、矿物质种类和用量》执行。
上述各种配料混合均匀,可保持其粉状,或经过造粒,制成粉状、片状或颗粒状。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:本发明提供的海洋低温SOD保健品易溶解,对人体有最大的生物吸收度和最大的生物利用度,参考了海洋生物学和海洋生命科学的研究成果,将现代营养学的研究成果与传统养生保健理论相结合,配比优良,为机体提供活性因子和营养成分,补充人体必需的多种维生素和矿物质,所选草本植物毒副作用低,可以促进微循环,加快肌肤细胞更新,有助于胶原蛋白的合成,舒缓表皮皮肤,抚平皱纹,有利于提高人体的抗衰老能力。

本实施例选择海洋低温SOD、海藻酸钠、岩藻多糖、几丁聚糖、鲨鱼软骨素、糖氨聚糖、山药粉、西洋参粉、黑果腺肋花楸粉、当归粉、褐藻粉、马尾藻粉、掌状红皮藻粉、石莼粉、海带粉、紫菜粉、巨藻粉、牛磺酸、L-精氨酸、L-瓜氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、L-丙氨酸、 麦芽低聚糖、卵磷脂、辅酵素Q10、α-硫辛酸及各种维生素、矿物质、按下列重量配比进行制备:
(1)海洋低温SOD:10g;
(2)海洋生物活性多糖:海藻酸钠0.3g、岩藻多糖0.3g、几丁聚糖0.4g、鲨鱼软骨素0.5g、糖胺聚糖0.4g;
(3)山药粉1.5g;
(4)西洋参粉2.0g;
(5)黑果腺肋花楸粉2.0g;
(6)当归粉1.5g;
(7)海藻粉:褐藻粉0.6g、马尾藻粉0.3g、掌状红皮藻粉0.3g、石莼粉0.2g、海带粉0.2g、紫菜粉 0.2g、巨藻粉0.2g;
(8)营养氨基酸:牛磺酸0.4g、L-精氨酸0.4g、L-瓜氨酸0.5g、L-半胱氨酸0.6g、L-丙氨酸0.5g;
(9)营养素:卵磷脂0.6g、辅酵素Q10 0.07g、α-硫辛酸0.07g;
(10)维生素:维生素A 0.6mg、维生素E 5.4mg、维生素C 38mg、维生素D 0.3mg、维生素B1 0.6mg、维生素B2 1.5mg、维生素B61.5mg、维生素B120.5mg、烟酸0.8mg、叶酸0.8mg、 泛酸3mg、胆碱45mg、烟酰胺0.6mg;
(11)矿物质(矿物质的添加形式为该矿物质的有机或无机化合物):钙310mg、钾120mg、镁60mg、铁6mg、锌6mg、硒0.05mg、锰2mg、铬0.1mg、铜0.5mg、钼0.1mg;以上所用原料均可通过市售购买到。
将上述原料混合,搅拌均匀,经过干燥,制成粉状。用约150mL温开水溶解后,直接饮用。
本发明保健品对(·OH)的清除率为92. 3%,对超氧阴离子(O2-·)的清除率达96.5%,对 (DPPH·)的清除率达92.9%。
实施例2
本实施例选择海洋低温SOD、海藻酸钠、岩藻多糖、几丁聚糖、鲨鱼软骨素、糖氨聚糖、山药粉、西洋参粉、黑果腺肋花楸粉、当归粉、褐藻粉、马尾藻粉、掌状红皮藻粉、石莼粉、海带粉、紫菜粉、巨藻粉、牛磺酸、L-精氨酸、L-瓜氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、L-丙氨酸、 麦芽低聚糖、卵磷脂、辅酵素Q10、α-硫辛酸及各种维生素、矿物质、按下列重量配比进行制备:
(1)海洋低温SOD:15g;
(2)海洋生物活性多糖:海藻酸钠0.4g、岩藻多糖0.3g、几丁聚糖0.4g、鲨鱼软骨素0.3g、糖胺聚糖0.2g;
(3)山药粉3.0g;
(4)西洋参粉3.0g;
(5)黑果腺肋花楸粉3.0g;
(6)当归粉1.6g;
(7)海藻粉:褐藻粉0.4g、马尾藻粉0.4g、掌状红皮藻粉0.2g、石莼粉0.2g、海带粉0.2g、紫菜粉 0.2g、巨藻粉0.2g;
(8)营养氨基酸:牛磺酸0.3g、L-精氨酸0.3g、L-瓜氨酸0.3g、L-半胱氨酸0.3g、L-丙氨酸0.5g;
(9)营养素:卵磷脂0.5g、辅酵素Q10 0.08g、α-硫辛酸0.06g;
(10)维生素:维生素A 0.6mg、维生素E 5.4mg、维生素C 40mg、维生素D 0.3mg、维生素B1 0.6mg、维生素B2 1.5mg、维生素B61.5mg、维生素B120.6mg、烟酸0.7mg、叶酸0.7mg、 泛酸1mg、胆碱40mg、烟酰胺0.6mg;
(11)矿物质(矿物质的添加形式为该矿物质的有机或无机化合物):钙300mg、钾130mg、镁50mg、铁8mg、锌8mg、硒0.06mg、锰4mg、铬0.1mg、铜0.5mg、钼0.1mg;以上所用原料均可通过市售购买到。
将上述原料混合,搅拌均匀,经过干燥,制成粉状。用约150mL温开水溶解后,直接饮用。
本发明保健品对(·OH)的清除率为94. 7%,对超氧阴离子(O2-·)的清除率达95.8%,对 (DPPH·)的清除率达93.1%。
实施例3
本实施例选择海洋低温SOD、海藻酸钠、岩藻多糖、几丁聚糖、鲨鱼软骨素、糖氨聚糖、山药粉、西洋参粉、黑果腺肋花楸粉、当归粉、褐藻粉、马尾藻粉、掌状红皮藻粉、石莼粉、海带粉、紫菜粉、巨藻粉、牛磺酸、L-精氨酸、L-瓜氨酸、L-半胱氨酸、L-丙氨酸、 麦芽低聚糖、卵磷脂、辅酵素Q10、α-硫辛酸及各种维生素、矿物质、按下列重量配比进行制备:
(1)海洋低温SOD:30g;
(2)海洋生物活性多糖:海藻酸钠0.4g、岩藻多糖0.4g、几丁聚糖0.4g、鲨鱼软骨素0.4g、糖胺聚糖0.4g;
(3)山药粉5.0g;
(4)西洋参粉5.0g;
(5)黑果腺肋花楸粉3.0g;
(6)当归粉2.0g;
(7)海藻粉:褐藻粉0.6g、马尾藻粉0.3g、掌状红皮藻粉0.3g、石莼粉0.2g、海带粉0.2g、紫菜粉 0.2g、巨藻粉0.2g;

海洋低温SOD:10~30份,
海洋生物活性多糖:1.5~2.0份,
山药粉:1.5~5.0份,
西洋参粉:1.5~5.0份,
黑果腺肋花楸粉1.5~5.5份,
当归粉:1.5~2.0份,
海藻粉:1.5~2.0份,
营养氨基酸:1.5~2.5份,
低聚糖:1.5~2.5份,
营养素0.2~0.8份,
维生素:0.03~0.10份,
矿物质:0.2-1.0份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老的海洋低温SOD保健品,其特征在于,所述的海洋生物活性多糖为海洋动物多糖、海藻多糖和海洋壳类多糖中的一种、几种或全部,其中所述的海洋动物多糖为糖胺聚糖和鲨鱼软骨素中的一种或两种,所述的海藻多糖为琼脂、海藻酸钠、卡拉胶、岩藻多糖、海藻酸钾、海藻酸钙、海藻酸锌、海藻酸铁和海藻酸镁中的一种、几种或全部,所述的海洋壳类多糖为珍珠粉、珍珠层粉、几丁聚糖、几丁寡糖、氨糖中的一种、几种或全部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老的海洋低温SOD保健品,其特征在于,所述的海藻粉为褐藻粉、马尾藻粉、掌状红皮藻粉、石莼粉、海带粉、紫菜粉、巨藻粉中的一种、几种或全部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老的海洋低温SOD保健品,其特征在于,所述的营养氨基酸为L-精氨酸、牛磺酸、L-瓜氨酸、L-半胱氨酸和L-丙氨酸中的一种、几种或全部。
5.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老的海洋低温SOD保健品,其特征在于,所述的营养素为卵磷脂、辅酵素Q10和α-硫辛酸中的一种或全部。
6.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老的海洋低温SOD保健品,其特征在于,所述的维生素为维生素A、维生素D、维生素E、维生素C、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素B12、烟酸、叶酸、泛酸、胆碱和烟酰胺中的一种、几种或全部。
7.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老的海洋低温SOD保健品,其特征在于,所述的矿物质为钙、钾、镁、铁、锌、硒、锰、铜、铬和钼中的一种、几种或全部。
8.根据权利要求1所述的抗衰老的海洋低温SOD保健品,其特征在于,所述的保健品可制成粉状、片状、颗粒状、丸状或其他食品上可接受的剂型。
