在功能色母的生产线中,一般需要使用到高速混合机、螺杆挤出机和颗粒机等,而传 统的功能色母的生产线中的螺杆挤出机结构复杂,制造成本高,不方便控制其加工时长, 而与生产线配套使用的色母粒风冷机,往往需要较高的风冷塔,提高了加工成本。

本发明的目的在于提供一种改进功能色母生产线,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问 题。

一种改进功能色母生产线,由高速混合机、螺杆挤出机、熔体泵、颗粒机模具体和风 冷机组成,所述高速混合机包括釜体和分散盘,所述釜体的内部设置有第一转动轴,第一 转动轴上固定连接有若干相平行设置的分散盘,所述釜体的上部安装有第一电机,所述第 一电机下方对应分散盘设有吹风装置,所述釜体的内壁设有风嘴。

请参阅图1-3,一种改进功能色母生产线,由高速混合机、螺杆挤出机、熔体泵、颗粒机模具体和风冷机组成,所述高速混合机包括釜体1和分散盘4,釜体1的内部设置有 第一转动轴3,第一转动轴3上固定连接有若干相平行设置的分散盘4,釜体1的上部安 装有第一电机2,第一电机2下方对应分散盘4设有吹风装置,釜体1的内壁同样设有风 嘴,吹风装置和风嘴将物料吹散,第一电机2的输出端与第一转动轴3相固定连接,所述 螺杆挤出机包括第一筒体37、第二筒体8、第一螺杆9和第二螺杆10,第二筒体8的上部 右侧固定安装有进料装置,釜体1通过下料口与进料装置相固定接通,下料口为螺旋状结 构,第一筒体37的内部设置有第一螺杆心轴9,第二筒体37的内部设置有第二螺杆心轴 10,第一筒体37和第二筒体8的左右侧分别通过固定管相固定接通,第一螺杆心轴9的 表面上从左至右分别固定连接有第一螺旋送料叶片11、第一熔融螺块12、第一剪切螺块 13和第一螺旋出料叶片14,第二螺杆心轴10的表面上从右至左分别固定连接有第二螺旋 送料叶片15、第二熔融螺块16、第二剪切螺块17和第二螺旋出料叶片18,所述第一螺杆 心轴9两端分别与第一筒体37相转动连接,所述第二螺杆心轴10两端分别与第二筒体8 相转动连接,所述第一筒体37的左侧安装有驱动装置,第一筒体37的右侧设置熔体泵20, 所述熔体泵20通过接通管与第一筒体37相接通,熔体泵20与颗粒机模具体21的进料端 相固定接通。
颗粒机模具体21的出料端的下部设置有接料箱22,接料箱22通过提料装置23与风冷机的进料端相接通,所述风冷机包括落料罐24、隔板25、转轴、弧形连接板25、气体 泵27、回料箱35、凸轮33和弹性布34,所述落料罐24的内部固定连接有若干的隔板25, 落料罐34的内部中间设置有转轴,转轴活动贯穿隔板25,落料罐24的上部安装有第四电 机,第四电机的输出端与转轴相固定连接,位于隔板25上部的所述转轴的表面呈放射状 均匀固定连接有若干弧形板26,弧形板26的下部与隔板25相接触,所述隔板25上开设 有若干落料孔,所述落料罐24的表面安装有气体泵27,气体泵27的出风端固定接通有多 通管28,多通管28的其余分支管与落料罐24相固定接通,所述落料罐24的右侧固定连 接有回料箱35,回料箱35的内部下侧安装有凸轮33,凸轮33的上部设置有固定连接在 回料箱35内壁上的弹性布34,所述回料箱35的内壁上侧通过回料口与落料箱24相固定 接通,所述回料箱35上安装有鼓风机36,鼓风机36的出风端与回料口相对应,所述落料 罐24的下侧壁体开设有出料口,出料口的下侧设置有导料板30,导料板30的右端与回料 箱35相铰接,位于导料板29右侧的所述回料箱35的壁体上开设有进料口,所述导料板 29的下部固定连接有滑轨30,滑轨30上滑动连接有滑套,所述回料箱35上固定连接有 长度调节装置,长度调节装置的自由端与滑套相铰接;混合原料在釜体1内进过分散盘4 的作用被高速混合,然后注入到进料箱5内,通过螺旋叶片7的作用使混合原料注入到第 二筒体9内,由于第二螺杆心轴10的表面上从右至左分别固定连接有第二螺旋送料叶片 15、第二熔融螺块16、第二剪切螺块17和第二螺旋出料叶片18,因此混合原料通过熔融 作用和剪切作用的同时从右至左移动,混合原料再次进入到第一筒体37内,由于第一螺 杆心轴9的表面上从左至右分别固定连接有第一螺旋送料叶片11、第一熔融螺块12、第 一剪切螺块13和第一螺旋出料叶片14,因此进入到第一筒体37内的混合原料再次通过熔 融作用和剪切作用的同时从左至右移动,若此时开关阀关闭,混合原料再次通过固定管进 入到第二筒体8内,因此形成循环,可根据需要来控制循环时长,因此使混合原料充分作 用,在保证了熔融和剪切作用的同时,使设备体积减小、筒体变短,节约占地面积,并且 方便控制作业时间,通过熔体泵20的作用将混合料注入到颗粒机模具体21内,色母粒落 入到接料箱22内,通过提升装置将色母粒注入到落料罐24内,色母粒在落料罐24内从 上至下下落,在下落的过程中,由于气体泵21将气体吹入到落料罐22内,对色母粒进行 风冷,由于隔板25的作用,因此使色母粒逐渐的效率,延长风冷时间,提高风冷效果, 而转动状态下的弧形板26使堆积在隔板上的色母粒能够通过落料口而不发生堵塞,通过 松开和上紧顶紧螺栓,即可调节导料板29的倾斜角度,当导料板29倾斜下端朝向回料箱 时,则原料注入到回料箱35内,转动的凸轮33撞击弹性布34,色母粒被弹起并且通过鼓 风的吹风,使色母粒再次进入到落料罐24内,经过多次的风冷,提高色母粒的风冷效果, 当导料板30倾斜下端朝向左侧时,则色母粒出料,操作简单、方便。
所述驱动装置包括固定套接在第一螺杆9上的主动带轮、固定套接在第二螺杆10上 的从动带轮和安装在第一筒体37上的第二电机19,所述第二电机19的输出端与第一螺杆 9相固定连接,所述主动带轮和从动带轮通过传动皮带相连接。
所述进料装置包括固定连接在第二筒体9上的进料箱5、设置在进料箱5内部的转动 柱、固定连接在转动柱上的螺旋叶片7和安装在进料箱5表面上的第三电机6,所述第三电机6的输出端与转动柱相固定连接,进料装置设置观察窗,用于观察物料混合情况,取 样孔用于取样,观察混合情况。
所述接通管上安装有开关阀。
所述长度调节装置包括固定连接在回料箱35上的套筒31、设置在套筒31内并延伸出 套筒31外侧的活动柱32和安装在套筒31上的顶紧螺栓,所述活动柱32的上端与滑套相铰接。
本发明的工作原理是:混合原料在釜体1内进过分散盘4的作用被高速混合,然后注 入到进料箱5内,通过螺旋叶片7的作用使混合原料注入到第二筒体9内,由于第二螺杆心轴10的表面上从右至左分别固定连接有第二螺旋送料叶片15、第二熔融螺块16、第二 剪切螺块17和第二螺旋出料叶片18,因此混合原料通过熔融作用和剪切作用的同时从右 至左移动,混合原料再次进入到第一筒体37内,由于第一螺杆心轴9的表面上从左至右 分别固定连接有第一螺旋送料叶片11、第一熔融螺块12、第一剪切螺块13和第一螺旋出 料叶片14,因此进入到第一筒体37内的混合原料再次通过熔融作用和剪切作用的同时从 左至右移动,若此时开关阀关闭,混合原料再次通过固定管进入到第二筒体8内,因此形 成循环,可根据需要来控制循环时长,因此使混合原料充分作用,在保证了熔融和剪切作 用的同时,使设备体积减小、筒体变短,节约占地面积,并且方便控制作业时间,通过熔 体泵20的作用将混合料注入到颗粒机模具体21内,色母粒落入到接料箱22内,通过提 升装置将色母粒注入到落料罐24内,色母粒在落料罐24内从上至下下落,在下落的过程 中,由于气体泵21将气体吹入到落料罐22内,对色母粒进行风冷,由于隔板25的作用, 因此使色母粒逐渐的效率,延长风冷时间,提高风冷效果,而转动状态下的弧形板26使 堆积在隔板上的色母粒能够通过落料口而不发生堵塞,通过松开和上紧顶紧螺栓,即可调 节导料板29的倾斜角度,当导料板29倾斜下端朝向回料箱时,则原料注入到回料箱35 内,转动的凸轮33撞击弹性布34,色母粒被弹起并且通过鼓风的吹风,使色母粒再次进 入到落料罐24内,经过多次的风冷,提高色母粒的风冷效果,当导料板30倾斜下端朝向 左侧时,则色母粒出料,操作简单、方便。
在本发明的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“设置”、“相连”及“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地 连接;可以是直接相连,也可以通过中间媒介间接相连,可以是两个元件内部的连通。对 于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本发明中的具体含义。

Claims (7)

1.一种改进功能色母生产线,由高速混合机、螺杆挤出机、熔体泵、颗粒机模具体和风冷机组成,其特征在于,所述高速混合机包括釜体和分散盘,所述釜体的内部设置有第一转动轴,第一转动轴上固定连接有若干相平行设置的分散盘,所述釜体的上部安装有第一电机,所述第一电机下方对应分散盘设有吹风装置,所述釜体的内壁设有风嘴,第一电机的输出端与第一转动轴相固定连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的改进功能色母生产线,其特征在于,所述螺杆挤出机包括第一筒体、第二筒体、第一螺杆和第二螺杆,所述第二筒体的上部右侧固定安装有进料装置,所述釜体通过下料口与进料装置相固定接通,所述下料口为螺旋状结构,所述第一筒体的内部设置有第一螺杆心轴,第二筒体的内部设置有第二螺杆心轴,第一筒体和第二筒体的左右侧分别通过固定管相固定接通,第一螺杆心轴的表面上从左至右分别固定连接有第一螺旋送料叶片、第一熔融螺块、第一剪切螺块和第一螺旋出料叶片,第二螺杆心轴的表面上从右至左分别固定连接有第二螺旋送料叶片、第二熔融螺块、第二剪切螺块和第二螺旋出料叶片,所述第一螺杆心轴两端分别与第一筒体相转动连接,所述第二螺杆心轴两端分别与第二筒体相转动连接,所述第一筒体的左侧安装有驱动装置,第一筒体的右侧设置熔体泵,所述熔体泵通过接通管与第一筒体相接通,熔体泵与颗粒机模的进料端相固定接通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的改进功能色母生产线,其特征在于,所述颗粒机模的出料端的下部设置有接料箱,接料箱通过提料装置与风冷机的进料端相接通,所述风冷机包括落料罐、隔板、转轴、弧形连接板、气体泵、回料箱、凸轮和弹性布,所述落料罐的内部固定连接有若干的隔板,落料罐的内部中间设置有转轴,转轴活动贯穿隔板,所述落料罐的上部安装有第四电机,第四电机的输出端与转轴相固定连接,位于隔板上部的所述转轴的表面呈放射状均匀固定连接有若干弧形板,弧形板的下部与隔板相接触,所述隔板上开设有若干落料孔,所述落料罐的表面安装有气体泵,气体泵的出风端固定接通有多通管,多通管的其余分支管与落料罐相固定接通,所述落料罐的右侧固定连接有回料箱,回料箱的内部下侧安装有凸轮,凸轮的上部设置有固定连接在回料箱内壁上的弹性布,所述回料箱的内壁上侧通过回料口与落料箱相固定接通,所述回料箱上安装有鼓风机,鼓风机的出风端与回料口相对应,所述落料罐的下侧壁体开设有出料口,出料口的下侧设置有导料板,导料板的右端与回料箱相铰接,位于导料板右侧的所述回料箱的壁体上开设有进料口,所述导料板的下部固定连接有滑轨,滑轨上滑动连接有滑套,所述回料箱上固定连接有长度调节装置,长度调节装置的自由端与滑套相铰接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的改进功能色母生产线,其特征在于,所述驱动装置包括固定套接在第一螺杆上的主动带轮、固定套接在第二螺杆上的从动带轮和安装在第一筒体上的第二电机,所述第二电机的输出端与第一螺杆相固定连接,所述主动带轮和从动带轮通过传动皮带相连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的改进功能色母生产线,其特征在于,所述进料装置包括固定连接在第二筒体上的进料箱、设置在进料箱内部的转动柱、固定连接在转动柱上的螺旋叶片和安装在进料箱表面上的第三电机,所述第三电机的输出端与转动柱相固定连接,所述进料装置设置观察窗和取样孔。
6.根据权利要求1所述的改进功能色母生产线,其特征在于,所述接通管上安装有开关阀。
7.根据权利要求1所述的改进功能色母生产线,其特征在于,所述长度调节装置包括固定连接在回料箱上的套筒、设置在套筒内并延伸出套筒外侧的活动柱和安装在套筒上的顶紧螺栓,所述活动柱的上端与滑套相铰接。
