本发明通过以下技术方案来实现:一种黑豆酵素片,由以下原料按照质量份数进行配比:黑豆酵素液30-60份、甘草1-5份、橄榄菜4-12份、奶粉10-25份、盐2-7份、白砂糖0.5-4份。
所述原料优选的质量份数为:黑豆酵素液40份、甘草4份、橄榄菜10份、奶粉15份、盐4份、白砂糖3.5份。
所述原料优选的质量份数为:黑豆酵素液50份、甘草3份、橄榄菜6份、奶粉20份、盐5份、白砂糖1.5份。
所述黑豆酵素液是以黑豆、蜂蜜、红糖按照质量比1:0.5-1: 0.5-2混合发酵31-42天制备。
所述的黑豆酵素片,制备步骤是:(1)取黑豆酵素液喷雾干燥,得酵素粉;(2)取甘草、橄榄菜加工成80-100目的细粉;(3)将酵素粉、细粉、奶粉、盐、白砂糖混合均匀,用制片工艺进行压片,制得。

1.一种黑豆酵素片,其特征在于,由以下原料按照质量份数进行配比:黑豆酵素液30-60份、甘草1-5份、橄榄菜4-12份、奶粉10-25份、盐2-7份、白砂糖0.5-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的黑豆酵素片,其特征在于,所述原料的质量份数为:黑豆酵素液40份、甘草4份、橄榄菜10份、奶粉15份、盐4份、白砂糖3.5份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的黑豆酵素片,其特征在于,所述原料的质量份数为:黑豆酵素液50份、甘草3份、橄榄菜6份、奶粉20份、盐5份、白砂糖1.5份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的黑豆酵素片,其特征在于,所述黑豆酵素液是以黑豆、蜂蜜、红糖按照质量比1:0.5-1: 0.5-2混合发酵31-42天制备。
