本发明涉及一种毛巾布料染色工艺,包括以下步骤:浸泡、上色、固色、上光、回风以及成品。本发明采用六次的上色步骤,使染料一遍遍地渗入毛巾布料中,避免毛巾布料很容易就褪色,利用该工艺制得的毛巾布料或其他物品,可以大幅度提高上染率、得色率以及以后的清洗牢度、摩擦牢度。

本发明涉及纺织染色工艺,特别是一种毛巾布料染色工艺。
背景技术
随着生活水平的提高,人们对日常纺织品的需求越来越大,尤其是毛巾的色彩、舒适、健康方面要求越来越高。现在市面上出售的毛巾五颜六色,令人眼花缭乱,这些布料很容易褪色,上染率、得色率以及以后的清洗牢度、摩擦牢度都不高。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足而提供的一种毛巾布料染色工艺。
一种毛巾布料染色工艺,包括以下操作步骤:
浸泡:把做好手工的毛巾布料投入容器中,注入蒸馏水至容器一半运转5-10分钟,得到湿布;
上色:加温至蒸汽均匀升温时加入染色剂和粘合剂,运转升温至60-80℃,保温时间为60-120分钟,上色六次后置于避光通风处晾干,得到染色毛巾布料;
固色:将上色的毛巾布料平摊,用蜡水均匀涂抹在染色毛巾布料表面,烘干,即得染色毛巾布料。
上光:用高压清洗机将重量为1%-2%的布料用硅油均匀喷在染色毛巾布料上,然后完全烘干;
回风:打冷风5-10分钟;
成品:完全冷却后出容器。
优选地,所述的毛巾布料为表面光洁平整、线孔细腻、大小一致、无起球、无污点以及无破损的布料。
优选地,所述的毛巾布料染色温度控制在30℃-40℃之间,视着色程度重复上述毛巾布料染色工艺5-10次。
优选地,所述的上色六次的上色顺序如下:第一次上色的顺序从布料的左上角开始,从左至右往下上色;第二次上色的顺序从布料的右上角开始,从右至左往下上色;第三次上色的顺序与第一次上色的顺序相同;第四次上色的顺序与第二次上色的顺序相同;第五次上色的顺序从布料的左上角开始,从上至下往右下角上色;第六次上色的顺序从布料的左上角开始,从上至下往右下角以画圈的方法上色。
优选地,所述的黏合剂为热熔胶聚乙烯重量为布料重量的2%-4%;染色剂为可溶性还原染料的重量为布料重量的3%-5%;硅油重量为布料重量的1%-2%;蜡水的重量为布料重量的2%-3%。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明六次的上色步骤,使染料一遍遍地渗入毛巾布料中,避免毛巾布料很容易就褪色;利用该工艺制得的毛巾布料或其他物品,可以大幅度提高上染率、得色率以及以后的清洗牢度、摩擦牢度。

实施例1
一种毛巾布料染色工艺,包括以下操作步骤:

上色:加温至蒸汽均匀升温时加入染色剂和粘合剂,运转升温至60℃,保温时间为60分钟,上色六次后置于避光通风处晾干,得到染色毛巾布料;
固色:将上色的毛巾布料平摊,用蜡水均匀涂抹在染色毛巾布料表面,烘干,即得染色毛巾布料。

上光:用高压清洗机将重量为2%的布料用硅油均匀喷在染色毛巾布料上,然后完全烘干;
回风:打冷风10分钟;
成品:完全冷却后出容器。

固色:将上色的毛巾布料平摊,用蜡水均匀涂抹在染色毛巾布料表面,烘干,即得染色毛巾布料。

3.根据权利要求1所述的一种毛巾布料染色工艺,其特征在于:所述的毛巾布料染色温度控制在30℃-40℃之间,视着色程度重复上述毛巾布料染色工艺5-10次。
