(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到65℃,然后将上述质量份数的无水聚二甲基硅氧烷、碳酸钠溶液、二酰胺四乙酸和单硬脂酸甘油酯依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将上述A溶液升温至92℃后,依次加入上述质量份数的柠檬酸钠和乙醇,混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。

本实施例中的一种初中教具清洁处理剂,由以下质量份数组分组成:聚二甲基硅氧烷10份,碳酸钠溶液22份,二酰胺四乙酸15份,单硬脂酸甘油酯18份,柠檬酸钠12份,乙醇24份和去离子水85份。
上述一种初中教具清洁处理剂制备方法如下:
(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到70℃,然后将上述质量份数的无水聚二甲基硅氧烷、碳酸钠溶液、二酰胺四乙酸和单硬脂酸甘油酯依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将上述A溶液升温至93℃后,依次加入上述质量份数的柠檬酸钠和乙醇,混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。
