Abstract

本发明属于水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂及其制备方法。所述的应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂,由以下重量百分数的原料制成:十六烷基二甲基(2‑亚硫酸)乙基铵30‑50%,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵20‑40%,聚六亚甲基胍10‑20%,渗透剂JFC 5‑10%,壬醇0.1‑1%,无水乙醇1%,余量为去离子水。所述的应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂在使用过程中不产生泡沫,穿透力强,作用快,对粘泥具有良好的分离剥离作用,具有清洁金属表面和提高设备换热率的作用,能够解决长期使用产生抗药性的问题,并且不会对环境造成污染;本发明同时提供了一种简单便捷的制备方法。

应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于水处理技术领域,具体涉及一种应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
微生物粘泥是由于水中溶解的营养源引起的活的细菌、丝状菌、藻类等微生物群体繁殖,以微生物菌体及其粘结在一起的黏性物质(多糖类、蛋白质等)为主体,混有泥沙、无机物和尘土等,形成附着的或堆积的软泥性沉淀物。微生物粘泥一旦大量形成,不仅会降低换热器和冷却塔的冷却作用,还会引起循环水系统中金属设备的腐蚀,直接影响并危害生产。因此,对循环水系统中的微生物粘泥进行清理剥离十分必要。
目前,国内循环水系统用的粘泥剥离剂,主要是十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、十四烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵类表面活性剂,这种药剂在使用时泡沫多,不易清除,长期使用,细菌易对其产生抗药性。
CN101849547A公开了一种高效杀菌剂,是由异噻唑啉酮、三羟甲基硝基甲烷和二溴乙醇三种主要组分的水剂产品,低剂量时即具有良好的微生物杀灭和粘泥剥离效果。该产品的缺点是三羟甲基硝基甲烷在微碱性溶液中会缓慢分解放出甲醛,使用寿命短,所以不太适用于微碱性的循环水中。
CN102994264A公开了一种高效粘泥剥离杀菌剂,由十二烷基二甲基苄基氯化铵、乙醇、异丙醇、顺丁烯二酸二仲辛酯磺酸钠、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚等组成。该产品具有良好的粘泥剥离效果和低泡性能,其缺点是长期使用容易产生抗药性。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明的目的是提供一种应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂,在使用过程中不产生泡沫,穿透力强,作用快,对粘泥具有良好的分离剥离作用,具有清洁金属表面和提高设备换热率的作用,能够解决长期使用产生抗药性的问题,并且不会对环境造成污染;本发明同时提供其制备方法。
本发明所述的应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂,由以下重量百分数的原料制成:十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵30-50%,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵20-40%,聚六亚甲基胍10-20%,渗透剂JFC 5-10%,壬醇0.1-1%,无水乙醇1%,余量为去离子水。
优选地,由以下重量百分数的原料制成:十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵40-50%,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵20-30%,聚六亚甲基胍15-20%,渗透剂JFC 5-10%,壬醇0.5-1%,无水乙醇1%,余量为去离子水。
所述的聚六亚甲基胍为聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐。
所述的应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂的制备方法,包括如下步骤:依次将十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚六亚甲基胍、渗透剂JFC和去离子水在20-40℃下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再将已溶于无水乙醇中的壬醇加入反应设备中,搅拌、静置,即得应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂。
十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵,是一种非氧化性的杀菌剂,该产品除了具有杀菌、缓蚀功效外,还具有优良的粘泥剥离效果和抑制细菌繁殖的能力;本品还具有良好的生物降解性,在28d时降解率达到了85%。杀菌作用主要是与细菌选择性吸附,通过渗透和扩散作用,穿过细胞膜进入细胞,使细胞酶钝化,抑制蛋白酶的生成,使蛋白质变性而达到杀菌作用。本品具有优良的粘泥剥离效果,可用于各种冷却装置的粘泥剥离和凉水塔的净化。
十六烷基三甲基溴化铵,是一种非氧化性的杀菌剂,对水中多种油脂具有良好的乳化作用,具有优良的表面活性和生物降解性,对微生物粘泥有很好的剥离作用。其杀生作用主要体现在:其能溶解细胞膜,能与蛋白质和大多数核聚糖形成共聚物,以达到杀灭微生物和粘泥剥离的效果。
聚六亚甲基胍,是一种新型杀菌剂,聚六亚甲基胍盐呈正电性,极易与各类细菌、病毒吸附,进而使其无法分裂繁殖,丧失活性;使细胞膜结构坍塌,形成跨膜气孔,细胞膜破裂而死;聚六亚甲基胍聚合物还能形成一层膜,封闭微生物的呼吸通道,使其窒息而死。杀菌机理跟微生物的种类和形态无关,即使微生物变种或变异也不会影响其功效的发挥,因此,微生物不会产生抗药性。小鼠经口LD50﹥5000mg/kg,属实际无毒。
渗透剂JFC能增强各组分的渗透能力,增强粘泥剥离的效果;壬醇可以减少在使用过程中的泡沫。
综上所述,本发明的有益效果如下:
1、配方成分具有明显的协同增效作用,在使用过程中不产生泡沫,穿透力强,毒性低,作用快,对由粘泥、油泥、菌藻分泌物及菌藻等组成的粘泥有良好的分解剥离作用。同时,还具有清洁金属表面和提高设备换热率的作用。
2、配方中加入聚六亚甲基胍,能够解决长期使用产生抗药性的问题。
3、配方组分安全无毒,不会对环境造成污染。
4、制备方法简单便捷,常温下将各原料组分按比例加入反应器中搅拌均匀即可,制得的产品稳定性好。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明,但其并不限制本发明的实施。
实施例中用到的所有原料除特殊说明外,均为市购。
实施例1
依次将十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚六亚甲基胍、渗透剂JFC和去离子水在30℃下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再将已溶于无水乙醇中的壬醇加入反应设备中,搅拌、静置,即得应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂。各原料的重量百分含量为:十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵30%,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵40%,聚六亚甲基胍15%,渗透剂JFC 8%,壬醇0.1%,无水乙醇1%,去离子水5.9%。
实施例2
依次将十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚六亚甲基胍、渗透剂JFC和去离子水在20℃下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再将已溶于无水乙醇中的壬醇加入反应设备中,搅拌、静置,即得应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂。各原料的重量百分含量为:十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵40%,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵30%,聚六亚甲基胍10%,渗透剂JFC10%,壬醇0.5%,无水乙醇1%,去离子水8.5%。
实施例3
依次将十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚六亚甲基胍、渗透剂JFC和去离子水在40℃下加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再将已溶于无水乙醇中的壬醇加入反应设备中,搅拌、静置,即得应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂。各原料的重量百分含量为:十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵50%,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵20%,聚六亚甲基胍20%,渗透剂JFC5%,壬醇1%,无水乙醇1%,去离子水3%。
将实施例1-3制备的粘泥剥离剂,加入到微生物粘泥滋生严重的循环水系统中,粘泥剥离效果良好,经过为期一年的试运行,生物粘泥量均小于3mL/m3

1.一种应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂,其特征在于:由以下重量百分数的原料制成:十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵30-50%,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵20-40%,聚六亚甲基胍10-20%,渗透剂JFC 5-10%,壬醇0.1-1%,无水乙醇1%,余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂,其特征在于:由以下重量百分数的原料制成:十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵40-50%,十六烷基三甲基溴化铵20-30%,聚六亚甲基胍15-20%,渗透剂JFC 5-10%,壬醇0.5-1%,无水乙醇1%,余量为去离子水。
3.根据权利要求1所述的应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂,其特征在于:聚六亚甲基胍为聚六亚甲基单胍盐酸盐。
4.一种权利要求1-3任一项所述的应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括如下步骤:依次将十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚六亚甲基胍、渗透剂JFC和去离子水加入反应设备中,搅拌过程中再将已溶于无水乙醇中的壬醇加入反应设备中,搅拌、静置,即得应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂。
5.根据权利要求4所述的应用于循环水系统的粘泥剥离剂的制备方法,其特征在于:依次将十六烷基二甲基(2-亚硫酸)乙基铵、十六烷基三甲基溴化铵、聚六亚甲基胍、渗透剂JFC和去离子水在20-40℃下加入反应设备中。
