背景技术
目前,各种清洗液被广泛应用在人们的生活中,极大地方便了人们的使用,这些清洗液,大多存在一些不足,特别是一些针对水果的清洗液,因为水果特殊性,特别是水果,本身清洗不方便,一般的清洗液无法满足要求,不利于环保,因此,需要予以改进。

本发明的目的在于提供一种水果清洁处理剂,以便更好地针对水果进行清洗,改善水果清洗效果。

一种水果清洁处理剂,由以下质量份数组分组成:椰油酸二乙醇胺5~12份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10~25份,二酰胺四乙酸8~18份,单硬脂酸甘油酯12~20份,柠檬酸钠9~15份,蔗糖溶液10~26份和去离子水50~95份。
进一步地,上述一种水果清洁处理剂,由以下质量份数组分组成:椰油酸二乙醇胺5~12份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10~25份,二酰胺四乙酸8~18份,单硬脂酸甘油酯12~20份,柠檬酸钠9~15份,蔗糖溶液10~26份和去离子水50~95份。
进一步地,上述一种水果清洁处理剂制备方法如下:
(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到60~75℃,然后将上述质量份数的无水椰油酸二乙醇胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二酰胺四乙酸和单硬脂酸甘油酯依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将上述A溶液升温至90~95℃后,依次加入上述质量份数的柠檬酸钠和蔗糖溶液,混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。
该发明的有益效果在于:本发明通过采用复方组分的表面活性剂,改善了清洗效果、渗透能力、乳化能力和稳定性,使得清洗剂无残留、无闪点、配方温和、兼容性好、使用寿命长、维护成本低。

本实施例中的一种水果清洁处理剂,由以下质量份数组分组成:椰油酸二乙醇胺5份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠10份,二酰胺四乙酸8份,单硬脂酸甘油酯12份,柠檬酸钠9份,蔗糖溶液10份和去离子水50份。
上述一种水果清洁处理剂制备方法如下:
(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到60℃,然后将上述质量份数的无水椰油酸二乙醇胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二酰胺四乙酸和单硬脂酸甘油酯依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将上述A溶液升温至90℃后,依次加入上述质量份数的柠檬酸钠和蔗糖溶液,混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。
实施例2
本实施例中的一种水果清洁处理剂,由以下质量份数组分组成:椰油酸二乙醇胺12份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠25份,二酰胺四乙酸18份,单硬脂酸甘油酯20份,柠檬酸钠15份,蔗糖溶液26份和去离子水95份。
上述一种水果清洁处理剂制备方法如下:
(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到75℃,然后将上述质量份数的无水椰油酸二乙醇胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二酰胺四乙酸和单硬脂酸甘油酯依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将上述A溶液升温至95℃后,依次加入上述质量份数的柠檬酸钠和蔗糖溶液,混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。
实施例3
本实施例中的一种水果清洁处理剂,由以下质量份数组分组成:椰油酸二乙醇胺7份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠12份,二酰胺四乙酸10份,单硬脂酸甘油酯14份,柠檬酸钠12份,蔗糖溶液15份和去离子水70份。
上述一种水果清洁处理剂制备方法如下:
(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到65℃,然后将上述质量份数的无水椰油酸二乙醇胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二酰胺四乙酸和单硬脂酸甘油酯依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将上述A溶液升温至92℃后,依次加入上述质量份数的柠檬酸钠和蔗糖溶液,混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。
实施例4
本实施例中的一种水果清洁处理剂,由以下质量份数组分组成:椰油酸二乙醇胺10份,十二烷基苯磺酸钠22份,二酰胺四乙酸15份,单硬脂酸甘油酯18份,柠檬酸钠12份,蔗糖溶液24份和去离子水85份。
上述一种水果清洁处理剂制备方法如下:
(1)将上述质量份数的去离子水加热到70℃,然后将上述质量份数的无水椰油酸二乙醇胺、十二烷基苯磺酸钠、二酰胺四乙酸和单硬脂酸甘油酯依次加入,混合均匀,获得A溶液;
(2)将上述A溶液升温至93℃后,依次加入上述质量份数的柠檬酸钠和蔗糖溶液,混合均匀后,予以冷却至室温,即获得本品。
