一种生物膜清除剂,包括以下质量百分数的组分:1‑10%两性表面活性剂、1‑10%阳离子表面活性剂、0.01‑5%缓蚀剂、0.1‑3%助洗剂、0.1‑3%的增稠剂,余量为水。本发明提出一种去污效能高、存放时间长的生物膜清除剂,使用安全有效地除去细菌分泌形成的生物膜和其他污垢的复合污垢的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物。

一种生物膜清除剂
技术领域
本发明涉及日用清洁领域,更具体而言,涉及有效地除去细菌分泌形成的生物膜和其他污垢的复合污垢的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物。
背景技术
生物膜是由细菌在其分泌的粘液(粘多糖)内形成细菌团块与细胞外基质的复合体,其紧密黏附于物体表面(地面)并且难以去除的。常规的毛刷清晰手段对细菌生物膜作用有限,需要利用合适的表面活性剂对其进行瓦解破坏,协助后续消毒剂对残留细菌的杀灭。
一般地,表面活性剂分类为阴离子性表面活性剂、阳离子性表面活性剂、非离子性表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂。它们之中,阴离子性表面活性剂、两性表面活性剂等具有洗涤力,被用作洗涤液的主要成分。另一方面,阳离子性表面活性剂由于与油成分的亲和性良好,故在例如金属构件等的洗涤中,与含有阴离子性表面活性剂或两性表面活性剂等的洗涤液一起使用,以防止油成分在洗涤液中溶液化、乳化,并对处于乳化状态的洗涤液破坏乳化物,从而长时间维持洗涤液的洗涤力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提出一种去污效能高、存放时间长的生物膜清除剂,使用安全有效地除去细菌分泌形成的生物膜和其他污垢的复合污垢的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种生物膜清除剂,包括以下质量百分数的组分:1-10%两性表面活性剂、1-10%阳离子表面活性剂、0.01-5%缓蚀剂、0.1-3%助洗剂、0.1-3%的增稠剂,余量为水。
更进一步,所述两性表面活性剂为十二烷基氨基丙酸、十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺中一种。
更进一步,所述阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂。
优选,季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂为十六烷基溴化吡啶。
更进一步,所述缓蚀剂为有:椰子油羟乙基咪唑啉,十二烷基羟乙基咪唑啉,油基羟乙基咪唑啉,葡糖酸,脂肪氨基酸,豆蛋白聚合物,妥尔油基羟乙基咪唑啉,辛基羟乙基咪唑啉中一种或多种,优选十二烷基羟乙基咪唑啉与脂肪氨基酸的混合物。
更优选,十二烷基羟乙基咪唑啉与脂肪氨基酸的比例为1:2。
更进一步,所述含助洗剂为乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、三聚磷酸中一种,优选三聚磷酸。
更进一步,所述增稠剂为氯化钠或羧甲基纤维素或交联聚维酮。
更进一步的说明,制备上述一种生物膜清除剂的方法,包括以下步骤:
将配比中的两性表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、依次加入纯化水中,加热充分搅拌至完全溶解,随后加入缓蚀剂、助洗剂、增稠剂,充分搅拌至完全溶解即可获得。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明提供的生物膜清除剂去污效能高、存放时间长,使用安全有效地除去细菌分泌形成的生物膜和其他污垢的复合污垢的硬质表面用洗净剂组合物。
具体实施方式
下面通过具体实施方式来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
实施例1
配方:包括以下质量百分数的组分:1%十二烷基氨基丙酸、1%十六烷基溴化吡啶、0.01%葡糖酸,0.1%乙二胺四乙酸、0.1%氯化钠,余量为水。
制备方法:将配比中的十二烷基氨基丙酸、十六烷基溴化吡啶、依次加入纯化水中,加热充分搅拌至完全溶解,随后加入葡糖酸、乙二胺四乙酸、氯化钠,充分搅拌至完全溶解即可获得。
实施例2
配方:包括以下质量百分数的组分:10%十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、10%十六烷基溴化吡啶、0.02%油基羟乙基咪唑啉、0.04%脂肪氨基酸、0.5%三聚磷酸、0.5%交联聚维酮,余量为水。
制备方法:将配比中的十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、十六烷基溴化吡啶、依次加入纯化水中,加热充分搅拌至完全溶解,随后加入油基羟乙基咪唑啉、脂肪氨基酸、三聚磷酸、交联聚维酮,充分搅拌至完全溶解即可获得。
实施例3
配方:2%十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、3%十六烷基溴化吡啶、0.05%油基羟乙基咪唑啉、1%脂肪氨基酸、1 %三聚磷酸、0.3%羧甲基纤维素,余量为水。
制备方法:将配比中的十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺、十六烷基溴化吡啶、依次加入纯化水中,加热充分搅拌至完全溶解,随后加入油基羟乙基咪唑啉、脂肪氨基酸、三聚磷酸、羧甲基纤维素,充分搅拌至完全溶解即可获得。
经去污力试验证明,本发明具有良好的清除管镜内的生物膜作用,尤以本发明实施例1-3最为有效。

1.一种生物膜清除剂,包括以下质量百分数的组分:1-10%两性表面活性剂、1-10%阳离子表面活性剂、0.01-5%缓蚀剂、0.1-3%助洗剂、0.1-3%的增稠剂,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物膜清除剂,其特征在于:所述两性表面活性剂为十二烷基氨基丙酸、十八烷基二羟乙基氧化胺中一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物膜清除剂,其特征在于:所述阳离子表面活性剂为季铵盐型阳离子表面活性剂。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物膜清除剂,其特征在于:所述缓蚀剂为有:椰子油羟乙基咪唑啉,十二烷基羟乙基咪唑啉,油基羟乙基咪唑啉,葡糖酸,脂肪氨基酸,豆蛋白聚合物,妥尔油基羟乙基咪唑啉,辛基羟乙基咪唑啉中一种或多种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物膜清除剂,其特征在于:所述含助洗剂为乙二胺四乙酸(EDTA)、三聚磷酸中一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种生物膜清除剂,其特征在于:所述增稠剂为氯化钠或羧甲基纤维素或交联聚维酮。
7.制备权利要求1所述的一种生物膜清除剂,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
将配比中的两性表面活性剂、阳离子表面活性剂、依次加入纯化水中,加热充分搅拌至完全溶解,随后加入缓蚀剂、助洗剂、增稠剂,充分搅拌至完全溶解即可获得。
