Abstract

本发明涉及医用清洗剂,尤其涉及一种生物膜絮凝剂。一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,它的组分为:阳离子化合物10%‑20%,两性离子表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%‑10%,渗透剂1%‑5%,脂质溶解剂5%‑10%,络合剂0.5%‑3%,pH调节剂无机钠盐0.1%‑0.5%,余量为水。将阳离子化合物和两性离子表面活性剂加入水中搅拌溶解,依次加入渗透剂、脂质溶解剂、络合剂,搅拌溶解,最后加pH调节剂调节pH=7.0‑9.0。使用时稀释600倍。本发明能与细菌生物膜结合,瓦解细菌生物膜的脂质结构,使细菌生物膜快速絮凝剥离脱落。

技术领域
本发明涉及医用清洗剂,尤其涉及一种生物膜絮凝剂。
背景技术
生物膜已经成为很多行业长期难以解决的问题,如食品饮料生产的管道、制药行业的纯化水管道、医疗器械等物体表面,一旦滋生细菌形成生物膜,消毒及灭菌因子均难以杀灭包裹于其中的细菌。
细菌生物膜是由细菌及自身产生的多糖基质、纤维蛋白质、脂蛋白等包裹着的菌细胞的结构群体。生物膜表面的聚合物错综复杂,形成牢固有序的整体构造,有效保护生物膜在载体表面的稳定性。生物膜中的微生物以团簇的形式在一起,牢牢吸附在载体表面,很难被清除。
发明内容
本发明旨在解决现有技术的上述缺陷,提供一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂。本发明本发明细菌生物膜絮凝剂,能与细菌生物膜结合,瓦解细菌生物膜的脂质结构,使细菌生物膜快速絮凝剥离脱落。
本发明是这样实现的,一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,它的组分为:阳离子化合物10%-20%,两性离子表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%-10%,渗透剂1%-5%,脂质溶解剂5%-10%,络合剂0.5%-3%,pH调节剂无机钠盐0.1%-0.5%,余量为水。
所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,所述的阳离子化合物为烷基二甲基氯化铵或烷基苯基氯化铵或合用。
所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,所述的渗透剂为二甲基酰胺或尿素。
所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,所述的脂质溶解剂为二乙二醇丁醚或二丙二醇甲醚。
所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,所述的络合剂为羟基乙叉二膦酸或二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸。
所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,述的无机钠盐pH调节剂为磷酸钠或碳酸钠。
一种所述的任一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂的制备方法,它包括:将阳离子化合物和两性离子表面活性剂加入水中搅拌溶解,依次加入渗透剂、脂质溶解剂、络合剂,搅拌溶解,最后加pH调节剂调节pH=7.0-9.0。
一种所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,所述絮凝剂稀释100-600倍使用。
本发明利用渗透剂的穿透力,促进脂质溶解剂进入生物膜,溶化破坏生物膜的脂质基底,消除生物膜在物体表面的附着力;络合剂与基底残留结合,带正电荷的阳离子化合物与带负电荷的细菌表面结合,在两性离子表面活性剂的清洗作用下,合力将细菌生物膜快速絮凝剥离脱落。
依据《医用清洗剂卫生要求》T/WSJT002-2019附录F的生物膜去除效果测定,在40℃条件下作用30min,本发明细菌生物膜絮凝剂600倍稀释液对人工制备生物膜中细菌的去除率为91.64%,去除率>90.00%;ATP含量下降率为90.83%,下降率>90.00%,符合《医用清洗剂卫生要求》T/WSJT002-2019附录F.8的要求。
具体实施方式
下面,对结合实施例对本发明做进一步的说明。
一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,它的组分为:阳离子化合物10%-20%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%-10%,渗透剂1%-5%,脂质溶解剂5%-10%,络合剂0.5%-3%,pH调节剂无机钠盐0.1%-0.5%,余量为水。
所述的渗透剂为二甲基酰胺或尿素。
所述的脂质溶解剂为二乙二醇丁醚或二丙二醇甲醚。
所述的络合剂为羟基乙叉二膦酸或二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸。
述的无机钠盐pH调节剂为磷酸钠或碳酸钠。
将阳离子化合物和两性离子表面活性剂加入水中搅拌溶解,依次加入渗透剂、脂质溶解剂、络合剂,搅拌溶解,最后加pH调节剂调节pH=7.0-9.0。
一种所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,所述絮凝剂稀释100-600倍使用。
实施例1
细菌生物膜絮凝剂的组分为:烷基苯基氯化铵10%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%,二甲基酰胺3%,二丙二醇甲醚10%,羟基乙叉二膦酸2%,磷酸钠0.35%,余量为水。
将烷基二甲基氯化铵和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加入水中搅拌溶解,依次加入二甲基酰胺、二丙二醇甲醚、羟基乙叉二膦酸,搅拌溶解,最后加入碳酸钠调节pH=8.8得到浓缩液。
将制备的浓缩液用蒸馏水稀释150倍后按照《医用清洗剂卫生要求》T/WSJT002-2019附录F的生物膜去除效果测定,在40℃条件下作用30min,对人工制备生物膜中细菌的去除率为95.64%,去除率>90.00%;ATP含量下降率为91.83%,下降率>90.00%,符合《医用清洗剂卫生要求》T/WSJT002-2019附录F.8的要求。
实施例2
细菌生物膜絮凝剂的组分为:烷基苯基氯化铵15%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱8%,尿素4%,二乙二醇丁醚7%,二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸2%,磷酸钠0.35%,余量为水。所述的阳离子化合物为或烷基苯基氯化铵或合用。
将烷基苯基氯化铵和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加入水中搅拌溶解,依次加入尿素、二乙二醇丁醚、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸,搅拌溶解,最后加入碳酸钠pH=7.0,得到浓缩液。
将制备的浓缩液用蒸馏水稀释400倍后按照《医用清洗剂卫生要求》T/WSJT002-2019附录F的生物膜去除效果测定,在40℃条件下作用30min,对人工制备生物膜中细菌的去除率为93.16%,去除率>90.00%;ATP含量下降率为91.21%,下降率>90.00%,符合《医用清洗剂卫生要求》T/WSJT002-2019附录F.8的要求。
实施例3
细菌生物膜絮凝剂的组分为:烷基二甲基氯化铵或烷基苯基氯化铵合计20%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱10%,尿素5%,二乙二醇丁醚7%,羟基乙叉二膦酸3%,磷酸钠0.5%,余量为水。所述的阳离子化合物为或烷基苯基氯化铵或合用。
将烷基苯基氯化铵和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加入水中搅拌溶解,依次加入尿素、二乙二醇丁醚、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸,搅拌溶解,最后加入碳酸钠pH=7.0,得到浓缩液。

细菌生物膜絮凝剂的组分为:烷基二甲基氯化铵和烷基苯基氯化铵合计18%,椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱9%,尿素4%,二乙二醇丁醚7%,二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸2.8%,磷酸钠0.45%,余量为水。所述的阳离子化合物为或烷基苯基氯化铵或合用。
将烷基二甲基氯化铵、烷基苯基氯化铵和椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱加入水中搅拌溶解,依次加入尿素、二乙二醇丁醚、二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸,搅拌溶解,最后加入碳酸钠pH=9.0,得到浓缩液。
将制备的浓缩液用蒸馏水稀释600倍后按照《医用清洗剂卫生要求》T/WSJT002-2019附录F的生物膜去除效果测定,在40℃条件下作用30min,对人工制备生物膜中细菌的去除率为91.64%,去除率>90.00%;ATP含量下降率为90.83%,下降率>90.00%,符合《医用清洗剂卫生要求》T/WSJT002-2019附录F.8的要求。

1.一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,其特征在于,它的组分为:阳离子化合物10%-20%,两性离子表面活性剂椰油酰胺丙基甜菜碱5%-10%,渗透剂1%-5%,脂质溶解剂5%-10%,络合剂0.5%-3%,pH调节剂无机钠盐0.1%-0.5%,余量为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,其特征在于,所述的阳离子化合物为烷基二甲基氯化铵或烷基苯基氯化铵或合用。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,其特征在于,所述的渗透剂为二甲基酰胺或尿素。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,其特征在于,所述的脂质溶解剂为二乙二醇丁醚或二丙二醇甲醚。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,其特征在于,所述的络合剂为羟基乙叉二膦酸或二乙烯三胺五甲叉膦酸。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,其特征在于,所述的无机钠盐pH调节剂为磷酸钠或碳酸钠。
7.一种如利要求1-6所述的任一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括:将阳离子化合物和两性离子表面活性剂加入水中搅拌溶解,依次加入渗透剂、脂质溶解剂、络合剂,搅拌溶解,最后加pH调节剂调节pH=7.0-9.0。
8.一种如权利要求1所述的一种细菌生物膜絮凝剂,其特征在于,所述絮凝剂稀释100-600倍使用。
