本发明涉及一种泡沫型免洗洗手液及其制备方法，该洗手液由以下重量份的原料制成：葵基葡糖苷0.1‑1份，发泡剂0.4‑4份，苯扎氯铵0.01‑0.1份，甘油0.5‑5份，聚山梨醇酯‑20 0.1‑1份，金缕梅提取物0.01‑0.1份，芦荟提取物0.01‑0.1份，苯氧乙醇0.2‑1份，香精0.01‑0.5份，去离子水平衡至100。综上所述，本发明只需涂于手上待其自然挥干，即可满足手的消毒要求，尤其适合于乘坐公共交通工具、户外旅游等无水或用水不便场合时的手部消毒。

技术领域
本发明涉及护肤品技术领域，具体而言，涉及一种泡沫型免洗洗手液及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着人们对生活质量的标准要求的提高，人们对卫生标准的要求也越来越高，由于有时候人们外出旅行不断在公共场合参加活动，接触各种环境，特别是手部既需要接触各种传播源，又需要接触自身口鼻及食物，因此如何方便快速有效的清洁手部是一个非常重要的问题，如用餐前没有水，不方便洗手洗脸，那么就出现了市场上的免水洗手液。
目前市售的免洗洗手液，主要是不含有泡沫的洗手液，导致洗手液清洗皮肤效果不佳，即便是含有泡沫的洗手液，也需要借助清水进行冲洗是，使用极为不便。
发明内容
发明的目的是提供一种泡沫型免洗洗手液及其制备方法，涂于手上待其自然挥干，即可满足手的消毒要求。
为了实现上述目的，本发明实施例采用的技术方案如下：
本发明实施例提供了一种泡沫型免洗洗手液，该洗手液由以下重量份的原料制成：葵基葡糖苷0.1-1份，发泡剂0.4-4份，苯扎氯铵 0.01-0.1份，甘油0.5-5份，聚山梨醇酯-200.1-1份，金缕梅提取物0.01-0.1份，芦荟提取物 0.01-0.1份，苯氧乙醇0.2-1份，香精0.01-0.5份，去离子水平衡至100。
进一步，该洗手液由以下重量份的原料制成：葵基葡糖苷0.5份，发泡剂1份，苯扎氯铵 0.1，甘油2份，聚山梨醇酯-20 0.5份，金缕梅提取物0.1份，芦荟提取物 0.1份，苯氧乙醇1份，香精0.1份，去离子水平衡至100。
进一步，该洗手液由以下重量份的原料制成：葵基葡糖苷0.1份，发泡剂0.4份，苯扎氯铵 0.01份，甘油0.5份，聚山梨醇酯-20 0.1份，金缕梅提取物0.01份，芦荟提取物0.01份，苯氧乙醇0.2份，香精0.01份，去离子水平衡至100。
进一步，该洗手液由以下重量份的原料制成：葵基葡糖苷1份，发泡剂4份，苯扎氯铵0.1份，甘油5份，聚山梨醇酯-20 1份，金缕梅提取物0.1份，芦荟提取物 0.1份，苯氧乙醇1份，香精0.5份，去离子水平衡至100。
一种泡沫型免洗洗手液的制备方法，包括下列步骤：
（1）将聚山梨醇酯-20、香精混合至澄清，备用；
（2）将葵基葡糖苷、发泡剂加入水中，搅拌加热至75-80℃，保温搅拌20分钟；
（3）降温至48℃以下，加入步骤1混合液及其余物料，搅拌均匀，所得即所述免洗型泡沫洗手液。
相对于现有技术，本发明实施例具有以下有益效果：本发明使用无需配合水清洗，均匀涂抹于手部即可；配合泡沫泵头，泵少量液体即可转变为丰富泡沫，同样容量对比普通洗手液更耐用，且复配天然植物提取物，无任何化学残留物，抑菌的同时更呵护双手，令双手肌肤娇嫩细滑。
具体实施方式
实施例1
洗手液制备：
取聚山梨醇酯-20 0.5份、香精0.1份混合至澄清，备用；
将葵基葡糖苷0.5份、发泡剂1份，加入94.6份去离子水中，搅拌加热至75℃，保温搅拌20分钟；
降温至48℃以下，加入聚山梨醇酯-20和香精混合液、苯扎氯铵0.1份，甘油2份，金缕梅提取物0.1份，芦荟提取物 0.1份，苯氧乙醇1份，搅拌均匀，所得即所述免洗型泡沫洗手液。
实施例2
洗手液制备：
取聚山梨醇酯-20 0.1份、香精0.01份混合至澄清，备用；
将葵基葡糖苷0.1份、发泡剂0.4份，加入98.66份去离子水中，搅拌加热至75℃，保温搅拌20分钟；
降温至48℃以下，加入聚山梨醇酯-20和香精混合液、苯扎氯铵0.01份，甘油0.5份，金缕梅提取物0.01份，芦荟提取物 0.01份，苯氧乙醇0.2份，搅拌均匀，所得即所述免洗型泡沫洗手液。
实施例3
洗手液制备：
取聚山梨醇酯-20 1份、香精0.5份混合至澄清，备用；
将葵基葡糖苷1份、发泡剂4份，加入87.2份去离子水中，搅拌加热至80℃，保温搅拌20分钟；
降温至48℃以下，加入聚山梨醇酯-20和香精混合液、苯扎氯铵0. 1份，甘油5份，金缕梅提取物0.1份，芦荟提取物 0.1份，苯氧乙醇1份，搅拌均匀，所得即所述免洗型泡沫洗手液。

1.一种泡沫型免洗洗手液，其特征在于，该洗手液由以下重量份的原料制成：葵基葡糖苷0.1-1份，发泡剂0.4-4份，苯扎氯铵 0.01-0.1份，甘油0.5-5份，聚山梨醇酯-20 0.1-1份，金缕梅提取物0.01-0.1份，芦荟提取物 0.01-0.1份，苯氧乙醇0.2-1份，香精0.01-0.5份，去离子水平衡至100。
2.根据权利要求1所述的泡沫型免洗洗手液，其特征在于:

5.一种泡沫型免洗洗手液的制备方法，包括下列步骤：
（1）将聚山梨醇酯-20、香精混合至澄清，备用；
（2）将葵基葡糖苷、发泡剂加入水中，搅拌加热至75-80℃，保温搅拌20分钟；
（3）降温至48℃以下，加入步骤1混合液及其余物料，搅拌均匀，所得即所述免洗型泡沫洗手液。
