Abstract

本发明提供一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,包括以下操作步骤:(1)将制备成型的透明塑料瓶表面采用清洗液清洗后,表面采用火焰处理4‑5秒;(2)将清洗后的塑料瓶表面涂刷上透明涂料,然后放入烘箱中烘干,制得成品。本发明采用的透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,操作简单,成本低廉,无毒环保,制得的塑料瓶,表面具有优异的耐磨性能,光泽度高,透光性好,极大地提升了塑料瓶的品质。

一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法
技术领域
本发明属于塑料制品涂装技术领域,具体涉及一种透明塑料瓶涂装方法。
背景技术
透明塑料瓶是一种吹塑加工形成的颜色为透明白色的塑料包装容器,经过注塑加工形成中间产品瓶坯,然后经过吹塑加工形成塑料瓶,也就是二步法成型原理。透明塑料瓶是通过原料为聚酯类的特殊材料经过注塑加工形成透明瓶坯,透明瓶坯经过吹塑加工在特定压强和温度条件下,在模具的枪模内体积按照模具的规格膨胀,得到相应高度厚度的透明塑料瓶。目前,透明塑料瓶多用于医药,饮料,矿泉水,糖果,调味剂等包装用。现有技术中,为了增强透明塑料瓶的各项性能,常需要在其表面进行涂装操作,但是透明塑料表面的膜层会严重影响塑料瓶的透明度。
发明内容
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种透明塑料瓶涂装方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的。
一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的透明塑料瓶表面采用清洗液清洗后,表面采用火焰处理4-5秒,其中清洗液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸17-20份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠11-19份、六氟磷酸钠20-26份、L-乳酸钠5-8份、水350-400份;
(2)将清洗后的塑料瓶表面涂刷上透明涂料,然后放入烘箱中烘干,制得成品,其中透明涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸树脂乳液54-59份、异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯4-8份、二癸胺1-5份、纳米氧化铝2-4份、纳米钛酸锶1-3份、成膜助剂1-2份。
具体地,步骤(1)中的清洗液采用以下方法制成:将1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠、L-乳酸钠加入至水中,将水温升至50-55℃后,混合搅拌均匀,制得清洗液。
具体地,步骤(2)中,透明涂料涂刷的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
具体地,步骤(2)中,烘箱中烘干的温度为60-65℃,烘干的时间为50-70min。
具体地,步骤(2)中,所述成膜助剂为十二醇酯。
由以上的技术方案可知,本发明的有益效果是:
本发明采用的透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,操作简单,成本低廉,无毒环保,制得的塑料瓶,表面具有优异的耐磨性能,光泽度高,透光性好,极大地提升了塑料瓶的品质。其中,本发明制得的清洗液,除了可以有效的清除塑料瓶表面的污渍外,其中残留的清洗液,在火焰的作用下,可有效的提升塑料瓶表面的活性,增强透明涂料在塑料瓶表面的粘结性能,增强透明涂料的成膜效果;本发明提供的透明涂料,可以在塑料瓶表面形成一层均匀的、强度高的膜层,并且不会影响透明塑料的透明度,极大地提升了透明塑料的品质。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明的目的、技术方案及优点更加清楚明白,以下实施例对本发明进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施方例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限定本发明。
实施例1
一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的透明塑料瓶表面采用清洗液清洗后,表面采用火焰处理4秒,其中清洗液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸17份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠11份、六氟磷酸钠20份、L-乳酸钠5份、水350份;
(2)将清洗后的塑料瓶表面涂刷上透明涂料,然后放入烘箱中烘干,制得成品,其中透明涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸树脂乳液54份、异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯4份、二癸胺1份、纳米氧化铝2份、纳米钛酸锶1份、成膜助剂1份。
具体地,步骤(1)中的清洗液采用以下方法制成:将1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠、L-乳酸钠加入至水中,将水温升至50℃后,混合搅拌均匀,制得清洗液。
具体地,步骤(2)中,透明涂料涂刷的厚度为0.1mm。
具体地,步骤(2)中,烘箱中烘干的温度为60℃,烘干的时间为50min。

实施例2
一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的透明塑料瓶表面采用清洗液清洗后,表面采用火焰处理4秒,其中清洗液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸18份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠15份、六氟磷酸钠24份、L-乳酸钠7份、水360份;
(2)将清洗后的塑料瓶表面涂刷上透明涂料,然后放入烘箱中烘干,制得成品,其中透明涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸树脂乳液57份、异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯6份、二癸胺3份、纳米氧化铝3份、纳米钛酸锶2份、成膜助剂1份。
具体地,步骤(1)中的清洗液采用以下方法制成:将1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠、L-乳酸钠加入至水中,将水温升至53℃后,混合搅拌均匀,制得清洗液。
具体地,步骤(2)中,透明涂料涂刷的厚度为0.2mm。
具体地,步骤(2)中,烘箱中烘干的温度为63℃,烘干的时间为60min。
具体地,步骤(2)中,所述成膜助剂为十二醇酯。
实施例3
一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的透明塑料瓶表面采用清洗液清洗后,表面采用火焰处理5秒,其中清洗液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸20份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠19份、六氟磷酸钠26份、L-乳酸钠8份、水400份;
(2)将清洗后的塑料瓶表面涂刷上透明涂料,然后放入烘箱中烘干,制得成品,其中透明涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸树脂乳液59份、异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯8份、二癸胺5份、纳米氧化铝4份、纳米钛酸锶3份、成膜助剂2份。
具体地,步骤(1)中的清洗液采用以下方法制成:将1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠、L-乳酸钠加入至水中,将水温升至55℃后,混合搅拌均匀,制得清洗液。
具体地,步骤(2)中,透明涂料涂刷的厚度为0.3mm。
具体地,步骤(2)中,烘箱中烘干的温度为65℃,烘干的时间为70min。
具体地,步骤(2)中,所述成膜助剂为十二醇酯。
对比例1
透明涂料为市售的普通不含颜料的丙烯酸树脂涂料,其余的操作步骤与实施例1完全相同。
分别用各实施例和对比例的方法对相同材质的透明塑料瓶进行涂装操作,测得透明塑料瓶涂装前后透光率的变化,试验结果如表1所示:

由表1可知,本发明提供的涂装方法,制得的透明塑料瓶涂装前后透光率几乎无变化,有效的保证了透明塑料瓶的透明度。

Claims (5)

1.一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,其特征在于,包括以下操作步骤:
(1)将制备成型的透明塑料瓶表面采用清洗液清洗后,表面采用火焰处理4-5秒,其中清洗液由以下重量份的组分制成:1,2-环己二胺四乙酸17-20份、甲基丙烯磺酸钠11-19份、六氟磷酸钠20-26份、L-乳酸钠5-8份、水350-400份;
(2)将清洗后的塑料瓶表面涂刷上透明涂料,然后放入烘箱中烘干,制得成品,其中透明涂料由以下重量份的组分制成:丙烯酸树脂乳液54-59份、异丙醇频哪醇硼酸酯4-8份、二癸胺1-5份、纳米氧化铝2-4份、纳米钛酸锶1-3份、成膜助剂1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,其特征在于,步骤(1)中的清洗液采用以下方法制成:将1,2-环己二胺四乙酸、甲基丙烯磺酸钠、六氟磷酸钠、L-乳酸钠加入至水中,将水温升至50-55℃后,混合搅拌均匀,制得清洗液。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,透明涂料涂刷的厚度为0.1-0.3mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,烘箱中烘干的温度为60-65℃,烘干的时间为50-70min。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种透明塑料瓶的涂装方法,其特征在于,步骤(2)中,所述成膜助剂为十二醇酯。
