本发明公开了一种具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:喷涂、涂钛金属层、网版印刷、电镀和注塑成型。本发明注塑产品的处理工艺加工的产品表面具有显著的高棱角、高立体感的效果,产品更加美观,并且产品具有良好的硬度,耐磨性能、抗化学腐蚀性能以及抗UV性能符合相应标准,能够广泛应用于手机、平板电脑及其他消费电子产品的塑胶壳体。

一种具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺。
背景技术
[0002] 随着人们生活水平的不断提升,手机、平板电脑等消费电子产品已经越来越普及,在功能日益强大的基础上,其塑料外壳的质感和图案的立体感,也越来越成为消费者选择的指标。目前在对产品塑胶壳体进行喷漆时存在以下诸多问题:(1)喷漆层过厚;(2)喷漆粒子过粗;(3)喷漆均匀度差;(4)耐磨性差;(5)喷漆有死角;(6)喷漆底材的运用问题;(7)喷漆影响材质的强度;(8)喷漆表面的脏点。
[0003] 另外,对塑胶壳体做立体效果时亦存在效果不佳,立体感不强,对于尖角和棱角结构却无法加工,具有明显的局限性,不适合于批量生产,效率低下等缺陷。
发明内容
[0004] 本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种表面立体感好、处理过程简易的具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺。
[0005] 为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:
[0006] (I)喷涂:在基材的两面分别涂布树脂类油漆,并进行固化;
[0007] (2)涂钛金属层:真空溅镀氧化钛金属层,该氧化钛金属层的透光率为75~80% ;
[0008] (3)网版印刷:将模具清洗并喷漆后,晾干,再将油墨印刷在涂钛金属层后的基材上,经过固化后,依靠模具定位机构定位,在模内与基材一同成型;
[0009] (4)电镀:利用电极通过电流,使金属附著于基材表面上,再将基材进行冲切形成片材;
[0010] (5)注塑成型:将冲切好的片材放置于相应的注塑模具内进行注塑成型,即得到成

[0011] 为提高喷涂效果,上述步骤(1)喷涂时还加入油漆稀释剂。
[0012] 上述基材为PC或PET。
[0013] 上述基材的厚度为0.15~0.3毫米。
[0014] 上述钛金属层的厚度为2~10微米。
[0015] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明塑料件的处理工艺加工的产品表面具有显著的高棱角、高立体感的效果,产品更加美观,并且产品具有良好的硬度,耐磨性能、抗化学腐蚀性能以及抗UV性能符合相应标准。能够广泛应用于手机、平板电脑及其他消费电子产品的塑胶壳体上,大大提升了产品的竞争力。
具体实施方式
[0016] 一种具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺,包括如下步骤:(I)喷涂:在基材的两面分别涂布树脂类油漆,并进行固化;(2)涂钛金属层:真空溅镀氧化钛金属层,该氧化钛金属层的透光率为75〜80% ; (3)网版印刷:将模具清洗并喷漆后,晾干,再将油墨印刷在涂钛金属层后基材上,经过固化后,依靠模具定位机构定位,在模内与基材一同成型;(4)电镀:利用电极通过电流,使金属附著于基材表面上,再将基材进行冲切形成片材;(5)注塑成型:将冲切好的片材放置于相应的注塑模具内进行注塑成型,即得到成品。
[0017] 最终产品经硬度测试、黏著力测试、耐磨测试、抗化学测试、抗UV测试:
[0018] 其中,硬度测试条件为:负荷:1 K g f,作用角度:45°,使用器具:Mitsubishi2H铅笔,结果显示没有刮痕。
[0019] 黏着力测试:非破坏性测试的测试方法:使用3M-595胶带5cm长度贴于表面后急拉,结果显示表面涂料层不能被拉起;破坏性测试的测试方法:以刀片在表面划出方格(热固性ImmX 1mm,热塑性2mmX 2mm),再用3M-595胶带贴上后急拉,在方格中小于15%的涂料层被移除。
[0020] 耐磨测试:RCA测试机台,使用11/16宽的带状白纸,每分钟17圈,荷重为175g,结果显示不见磨痕。
[0021] 抗化学测试:酸性测试,曝露时间24、48、72小时,表面经无任何改变;硷性测试60°C,曝露时间24、48、72小时,表面经无任何改变。
[0022] 抗UV测试:在600C,200小时的UV光照射(波长313nm),表面经测试后无任何改变。
[0023] 综上所述,按本发明处理工艺处理的注塑件具有良好的硬度,耐磨性能、抗化学腐蚀性能以及抗UV性能符合相应标准。

Claims (5)

1.一种具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺,其特征在于包括如下步骤: (1)喷涂:在基材的两面分别涂布树脂类油漆,并进行固化;(2)涂钛金属层:真空溅镀氧化钛金属层,该氧化钛金属层的透光率为75〜80% ; (3)网版印刷:将模具清洗并喷漆后晾干,再将油墨印刷在涂钛金属层后的基材上,经过固化后,依靠模具定位机构定位,在模内与基材一同成型; (4)电镀:利用电极通过电流,使金属附著于基材表面上,再将基材进行冲切形成片材; (5)注塑成型:将冲切好的片材放置于相应的注塑模具内进行注塑成型,即得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤(I)喷涂时还加入油漆稀释剂。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述基材为PC或PET。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述基材的厚度为0.15〜0.3毫米。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种具有立体感的塑料件表面处理工艺,其特征在于:所述钛金属层的厚度为2〜10微米。
