Abstract
本发明属于塑料制品技术领域,特别是涉及一种塑料板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:对塑料板进行退火处理;对经过退火处理的塑料板进行除油处理;对经过除油处理的塑料板进行除电和除尘处理;将步骤3处理后的塑料板表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为0.5~1.5mm;对塑料板表面喷涂底漆,然后烘干;接着再喷涂面漆,使面漆在表面自然流平后,再进行撒点喷涂面漆;然后将塑料板在55~75℃的温度下烘干固化8~15min,之后再采用40~45℃的温度烘干至水分含量为4~6%即可。本发明能够充分的着色,同时最大程度地减少或消除任何有机溶剂或其组分。塑料板的印花色泽明艳,且不易掉色。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料制品技术领域技术领域,具体来说,一种塑料板的加工工艺。
背景技术
塑料是一类具有可塑性的合成高分子材料。它与合成橡胶、合成纤维形成了当今日常生活不可缺少的三大合成材料。具体地说,塑料是以天然或合成树脂为主要成分,加入各种添加剂,在一定温度和压力等条件下可以塑制成一定形状,在常温下保持形状不变的材料。塑料板业是我国轻工业的支柱产业。目前,我国的塑料板行业面临着发展机遇,但也会遇到许多挑战,这需要以市场、企业为主导,政府在加以政策引导,一起向塑料板强国迈进。有些塑料本身就是单纯的树脂,如聚乙烯、聚苯乙烯等,称为单一组分塑料。有些塑料除了合成树脂之外,还含有其他辅助材料,如增塑剂、稳定剂、着色剂、各种填料等,称为多组分塑料。在塑料板加工过程中,对其表面进行喷涂是一个必不可少的步骤,但是现有技术中,对塑料板所采用的喷涂效果不佳,塑料板的表面会有砂孔、划伤等很难掩盖的缺陷,因此造成较高 的不良率,从而影响塑料板在使用中的抗腐蚀能力。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明的目的是提供一种塑料板的表面喷涂方法,以解决现有技术的塑料板表面喷涂效果欠佳的技术问题。
本发明通过以下技术方案解决上述技术问题:
一种塑料板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,对塑料板进行退火处理;
S2,对经过退火处理的塑料板进行除油处理;
S3,对经过除油处理的塑料板进行除电和除尘处理;
S4,将步骤3处理后的塑料板表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为0.5~1.5mm;
S5,对塑料板表面喷涂底漆,然后烘干;
S6,接着再喷涂面漆,使面漆在表面自然流平后,再进行撒点喷涂面漆;
S7,然后将塑料板在55~75℃的温度下烘干固化11~15min,之后再采用40~45℃的温度烘干至水分含量为4~6%即可。
所述步骤2中,对塑料板用汽油或酒精清洗,然后用纯水冲洗其表面,最后进行常温晾干。
所述步骤5中底漆喷涂厚度为0.2~0.5mm,在45~55℃的温度下干燥处理6~10h。
所述步骤6中,面漆的厚度为0.8~1.2mm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明能够充分的着色,同时最大程度地减少或消除任何有机溶剂或其组分。塑料板的印花色泽明艳,且不易掉色。
具体实施方式
为了方便本领域的技术人员理解,下面将结合实施例对本发明做进一步的描述。实施例仅仅是对该发明的举例说明,不是对本发明的限定,实施例中未作具体说明的步骤均是已有技术,在此不做详细描述。
实施例一
一种塑料板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,对塑料板进行退火处理;
S2,对经过退火处理的塑料板进行除油处理;
S3,对经过除油处理的塑料板进行除电和除尘处理;
S4,将步骤3处理后的塑料板表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为0.5mm;
S5,对塑料板表面喷涂底漆,然后烘干;
S6,接着再喷涂面漆,使面漆在表面自然流平后,再进行撒点喷涂面漆;
S7,然后将塑料板在55℃的温度下烘干固化11min,之后再采用40℃的温度烘干至水分含量为4%即可。
所述步骤2中,对塑料板用汽油或酒精清洗,然后用纯水冲洗其表面,最后进行常温晾干。
所述步骤5中底漆喷涂厚度为0.2mm,在45℃的温度下干燥处理6h。

实施例二
一种塑料板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:

S6,接着再喷涂面漆,使面漆在表面自然流平后,再进行撒点喷涂面漆;
S7,然后将塑料板在75℃的温度下烘干固化15min,之后再采用45℃的温度烘干至水分含量为6%即可。
所述步骤2中,对塑料板用汽油或酒精清洗,然后用纯水冲洗其表面,最后进行常温晾干。
所述步骤5中底漆喷涂厚度为0.5mm,在55℃的温度下干燥处理10h。
所述步骤6中,面漆的厚度为1.2mm。
实施例三
一种塑料板的加工工艺,包括以下步骤:
S1,对塑料板进行退火处理;
S2,对经过退火处理的塑料板进行除油处理;
S3,对经过除油处理的塑料板进行除电和除尘处理;
S4,将步骤3处理后的塑料板表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为1mm;
S5,对塑料板表面喷涂底漆,然后烘干;
S6,接着再喷涂面漆,使面漆在表面自然流平后,再进行撒点喷涂面漆;
S7,然后将塑料板在70℃的温度下烘干固化9min,之后再采用40℃的温度烘干至水分含量为5%即可。
所述步骤2中,对塑料板用汽油或酒精清洗,然后用纯水冲洗其表面,最后进行常温晾干。
所述步骤5中底漆喷涂厚度为0.3mm,在55℃的温度下干燥处理8h。
所述步骤6中,面漆的厚度为1mm。
Claims (4)
1.一种塑料板的加工工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
S1,对塑料板进行退火处理;
S2,对经过退火处理的塑料板进行除油处理;
S3,对经过除油处理的塑料板进行除电和除尘处理;
S4,将步骤3处理后的塑料板表面进行处理,使其表面平整度为0.5~1.5mm;
S5,对塑料板表面喷涂底漆,然后烘干;
S6,接着再喷涂面漆,使面漆在表面自然流平后,再进行撒点喷涂面漆;
S7,然后将塑料板在55~75℃的温度下烘干固化11~15min,之后再采用40~45℃的温度烘干至水分含量为4~6%即可。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑料板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤2中,对塑料板用汽油或酒精清洗,然后用纯水冲洗其表面,最后进行常温晾干。
3.如权利要求1所述的塑料板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤5中底漆喷涂厚度为0.2~0.5mm,在45~55℃的温度下干燥处理6~10h。
4.如权利要求1所述的塑料板的加工工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤6中,面漆的厚度为0.8~1.2mm。
