Abstract
本发明公开了一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶,所述的搅拌桶上底部固定连接有固定底座,所述的搅拌桶顶部固定连接有驱动电机,且搅拌桶内设置有旋转轴,所述的旋转轴上均匀分布有螺纹,所述的搅拌桶内底部固定连接有固定板,固定板底部为加热腔,所述的旋转轴上套设有分料板,所述的分料板与所述的旋转轴螺纹连接,所述的旋转轴底部固定连接有搅拌杆,所述的搅拌桶内顶部固定连接有微型电机,微型电机底部连接有转动轴,转动轴上固定连接有粉碎刀片。该装置在使用过程中将粉碎完成的粉料和未粉碎完成的粉料进行分开,大大提高了粉料的粉碎效率,且搅拌范围大,提高了搅拌效率,粉料通过加热干燥后排出,给人们的使用提供了便利。

技术领域
本发明属于磨盘修复领域,具体地说,涉及一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置。
背景技术
磨盘在工业企业领域中使用广泛,随之而来的是磨盘的修复技术正在逐步兴起,磨盘的修复主要通过粉料以及添加剂充分搅拌熔融后对磨盘进行修复。
但是磨盘的修复过程中粉料需要充分搅拌,但是现有的粉料搅拌装置在使用过程中搅拌效率低,并且粉料结块以后难以粉碎,给人们的使用造成了一定的不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶,所述的搅拌桶上底部固定连接有固定底座,所述的搅拌桶顶部固定连接有驱动电机,且搅拌桶内设置有旋转轴,所述的旋转轴上均匀分布有螺纹,所述的搅拌桶内底部固定连接有固定板,固定板底部为加热腔,所述的旋转轴上套设有分料板,所述的分料板与所述的旋转轴螺纹连接,所述的旋转轴底部固定连接有搅拌杆,所述的搅拌桶内顶部固定连接有微型电机,微型电机底部连接有转动轴,转动轴上固定连接有粉碎刀片。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述的固定底座底部固定连接有减震垫,减震垫采用弹性硅胶材质制成。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的搅拌桶上设置有进料管和排料管,且进料管和排料管上设置有阀门。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的固定板上均匀分布有细孔,加热腔内固定连接有加热器,所述的加热器与外侧的电源电性连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的分料板上均匀分布有过滤孔,且分料板与所述的搅拌桶内壁滑动连接。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述的搅拌杆为伸缩杆结构。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
该装置在使用过程中将粉碎完成的粉料和未粉碎完成的粉料进行分开,大大提高了粉料的粉碎效率,且搅拌范围大,提高了搅拌效率,粉料通过加热干燥后排出,给人们的使用提供了便利。

请参阅图1,本发明实施例中,一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶1,所述的搅拌桶1上底部固定连接有固定底座2,固定底座2底部固定连接有减震垫,减震垫采用弹性硅胶材质制成;所述的搅拌桶1上设置有进料管3和排料管4,且进料管2和排料管4上设置有阀门,所述的搅拌桶1顶部固定连接有驱动电机5,且搅拌桶1内设置有旋转轴6,所述的旋转轴6上均匀分布有螺纹,所述的搅拌桶1内底部固定连接有固定板8,固定板8底部为加热腔10,且所述的固定板8上均匀分布有细孔,加热腔10内固定连接有加热器9,所述的加热器9与外侧的电源电性连接。
所述的旋转轴6上套设有分料板7,分料板7上均匀分布有过滤孔,且所述的分料板7与所述的旋转轴6螺纹连接,分料板7与所述的搅拌桶1内壁滑动连接,且所述的旋转轴6底部固定连接有搅拌杆11,搅拌杆11为伸缩杆结构。
所述的搅拌桶1内顶部固定连接有微型电机12,微型电机12底部连接有转动轴13,转动轴13上固定连接有粉碎刀片14。
本发明的工作原理是:
粉料通过进料管3进入搅拌桶1内,位于分料板7表面,驱动电机5工作的带动旋转轴6转动,旋转轴6在转动过程中带动分料板7向上移动,粉末通过分料板7上的过滤孔进入固定板8上进行搅拌后进入加热腔10内,大颗粒截留于分料板7表面向上移动,微型电机12工作带动旋转轴13和粉碎刀片14转动,对大颗粒进行粉碎,粉碎后的粉末进入加热腔10内加热后从排料管4排出。

1.一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置,包括搅拌桶(1),所述的搅拌桶(1)上底部固定连接有固定底座(2),所述的搅拌桶(1)顶部固定连接有驱动电机(5),且搅拌桶(1)内设置有旋转轴(6),所述的旋转轴(6)上均匀分布有螺纹,所述的搅拌桶(1)内底部固定连接有固定板(8),固定板(8)底部为加热腔(10),所述的旋转轴(6)上套设有分料板(7),所述的分料板(7)与所述的旋转轴(6)螺纹连接,所述的旋转轴(6)底部固定连接有搅拌杆(11),所述的搅拌桶(1)内顶部固定连接有微型电机(12),微型电机(12)底部连接有转动轴(13),转动轴(13)上固定连接有粉碎刀片(14)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述的固定底座(2)底部固定连接有减震垫,减震垫采用弹性硅胶材质制成。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述的搅拌桶(1)上设置有进料管(3)和排料管(4),且进料管(2)和排料管(4)上设置有阀门。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述的固定板(8)上均匀分布有细孔,加热腔(10)内固定连接有加热器(9),所述的加热器(9)与外侧的电源电性连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述的分料板(7)上均匀分布有过滤孔,且分料板(7)与所述的搅拌桶(1)内壁滑动连接。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种磨盘修复粉料的快速搅拌装置,其特征在于,所述的搅拌杆(11)为伸缩杆结构。
