本发明公开了一种新型防粘连藻酸盐敷料,涉及医疗器械领域,由上、下两层结构组成,并紧密粘结,上层结构为聚乳酸纤维膜层,由聚乳酸纤维构成,所述聚乳酸纤维膜层由静电纺丝技术制得,所述下层结构为海藻酸盐无纺布层,由海藻酸盐纤维组成,所述海藻酸盐无纺布层由湿法纺丝和针刺工艺制得,所述聚乳酸纤维膜层均匀分布有直径为0.5μm~1μm的微孔。本发明不仅具有较强的吸收渗液性能而且还具有防止伤口粘连从而防止创面造成二次损伤。

一种新型防粘连藻酸盐敷料
技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,具体属于一种新型防粘连藻酸盐敷料。
背景技术
海藻酸盐敷料是海藻中提炼出的海藻酸,是一种类纤维素的不溶解多糖。制作过程中海藻酸被转换成一种钙盐。在与创面渗液接触时,海藻酸的钙盐能通过离子间交换,使不溶解性海藻酸盐钙变为可溶性藻酸钠,并释放出钙,具有极强的吸收性。这保证了伤口湿性愈合环境,延长换药时间,同时使伤口内的坏死组织自溶。海藻酸盐中的钙离子在伤口表面形成一层网状凝胶有助于促进止血。但现有的海藻酸盐敷料一般由藻酸盐层、医用胶带组成。海藻酸盐敷料吸液后需要用绷带再次固定,或伤口渗透液渗透到医用胶带上;同时导致海藻酸盐层容易与创面发生粘连,造成创面二次损伤。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了满足吸收伤口渗液又不粘连伤口的目的,提供了一种新型防粘连藻酸盐敷料。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供的一种新型防粘连藻酸盐敷料,由上、下两层结构组成,并紧密粘结,上层结构为聚乳酸纤维膜层,由聚乳酸纤维构成,所述聚乳酸纤维膜层由静电纺丝技术制得,所述下层结构为海藻酸盐无纺布层,由海藻酸盐纤维组成,所述海藻酸盐无纺布层由湿法纺丝和针刺工艺制得,所述聚乳酸纤维膜层均匀分布有直径为0.5μm~1μm的微孔。
优选的,所述聚乳酸纤维膜层的厚度为2μm~5μm,所述聚乳酸纤维直径为200nm~1μm。
优选的,所述海藻酸盐无纺布层的厚度为1mm~3mm,克重为110g/m2~150g/m2
本发明的有益效果为:不仅具有较强的吸收渗液性能而且还具有防止伤口粘连从而防止创面造成二次损伤。

如图所示:提供的一种新型防粘连藻酸盐敷料,由上、下两层结构组成,并紧密粘结,上层结构为聚乳酸纤维膜层1,由聚乳酸纤维构成,所述聚乳酸纤维膜层1由静电纺丝技术制得,所述下层结构为海藻酸盐无纺布层2,由海藻酸盐纤维组成,所述海藻酸盐无纺布层2由湿法纺丝和针刺工艺制得;所述聚乳酸纤维膜层1的厚度为2μm~5μm,所述聚乳酸纤维直径为200nm~1μm;所述聚乳酸纤维膜层1均匀分布有直径为0.5μm~1μm的微孔;所述海藻酸盐无纺布层2的厚度为1mm~3mm,克重为110g/m2~150g/m2

1.一种新型防粘连藻酸盐敷料,其特征在于,由上、下两层结构组成,并紧密粘结,上层结构为聚乳酸纤维膜层,由聚乳酸纤维构成,所述聚乳酸纤维膜层由静电纺丝技术制得,所述下层结构为海藻酸盐无纺布层,由海藻酸盐纤维组成,所述海藻酸盐无纺布层由湿法纺丝和针刺工艺制得,所述聚乳酸纤维膜层均匀分布有直径为0.5μm~1μm的微孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防粘连藻酸盐敷料,其特征在于,所述聚乳酸纤维膜层的厚度为2μm~5μm,所述聚乳酸纤维直径为200nm~1μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种新型防粘连藻酸盐敷料,其特征在于,所述海藻酸盐无纺布层的厚度为1mm~3mm,克重为110g/m2~150g/m2
