本发明提供了一种生物可降解医用腹部手术伤口敷料,所述的伤口敷料为复合型生物可降解材料,由用于接触伤口且为网络状结构的底层和覆盖在底层上的上层复合而成,所述的底层材料选自纳米海藻酸钠、纳米几丁聚糖、纳米壳聚糖、纳米胶原、纳米明胶或其共聚物,所述的上层材料选自聚羟基乙酸、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯或其共聚物。本发明的生物可降解医用腹部手术伤口敷料,具有如下技术效果:无毒性、无刺激性生物相容性,手术伤口敷料的降解产物最终分解成无毒的二氧化碳和水,不会导致炎症反应。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种生物可降解医用腹部手术伤口敷料,属于生物医用材料生产技术领域。
背景技术
生物可降解材料在医学上是指一类具有特殊性能,用于外科修复、理疗康复、诊断、治疗病患,能够在生物体内可降解与吸收,而对人体组织不会产生不良影响的生物材料。随着组织工程技术的发展,生物可降解材料得到迅速发展,其应用范围涉及到几乎所有非永久性的植入装置,包括药物控释载体、手术缝线、手术护理装置、止血设备、手术防粘连膜及组织和细胞工程等。
生物可降解材料包括:1)天然可降解性高分子材料:主要有胶原、明胶、甲壳糖、毛发、海藻酸、血管、血清纤维蛋白、聚氨基酸等。最大优点是降解产物易于被吸收而不产生炎症反应,但存在力学性能差的弱点。在自然界,通过二氧化碳、水、微生物和阳光周而复始地合成天然材料,生物界奇妙的遗传技术将材料的优良特性一代一代地传递下去。2)合成可降解性高分子材料:是目前组织工程用生物材料的主要研究对象,其中以聚交酯系列材料为主;这类材料降解速度和强度可调,容易塑型和构建高孔隙度三维支架;这类材料本质缺陷在于其降解产物的集中释放容易产生炎症反应,会使培养环境酸度过高。该类材料对细胞亲和力弱,往往需要物理方法或加入某些因子才能黏附细胞。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种生物可降解医用腹部手术伤口敷料。
本发明的生物可降解医用腹部手术伤口敷料,所述的伤口敷料为复合型生物可降解材料,由用于接触伤口且为网络状结构的底层和覆盖在底层上的上层复合而成,所述的底层材料选自纳米海藻酸钠、纳米几丁聚糖、纳米壳聚糖、纳米胶原、纳米明胶或其共聚物,所述的上层材料选自聚羟基乙酸、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯或其共聚物。
优选地,
所述的底层和上层的厚度比为1:(1-3)。
本发明的生物可降解医用腹部手术伤口敷料,具有如下技术效果:无毒性、无刺激性生物相容性,手术伤口敷料的降解产物最终分解成无毒的二氧化碳和水,不会导致炎症反应。

本发明的生物可降解医用腹部手术伤口敷料,所述的伤口敷料为复合型生物可降解材料,由用于接触伤口且为网络状结构的底层和覆盖在底层上的上层复合而成,所述的底层材料选自纳米壳聚糖,所述的上层材料选自聚乙内酯。所述的底层和上层的厚度比为1:3。

1.一种生物可降解医用腹部手术伤口敷料,其特征在于,所述的伤口敷料为复合型生物可降解材料,由用于接触伤口且为网络状结构的底层和覆盖在底层上的上层复合而成,所述的底层材料选自纳米海藻酸钠、纳米几丁聚糖、纳米壳聚糖、纳米胶原、纳米明胶或其共聚物,所述的上层材料选自聚羟基乙酸、聚乳酸、聚乙内酯或其共聚物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的生物可降解医用腹部手术伤口敷料,其特征在于,所述的底层和上层的厚度比为1:(1-3)。
