Abstract

本发明公开了一种藻酸盐敷芯。该敷芯采用一层针刺藻酸盐或藻酸盐与其他纤维混纺的吸水层与一层藻酸盐穿孔膜复合而成。该敷芯用于进一步制备医用敷贴。

一种藻酸盐敷芯
技术领域
本发明涉及医用材料领域,尤其涉及一种藻酸盐敷芯。
背景技术
医用伤口敷贴起到临时包扎止血、伤口渗液控制、隔离保护、抗菌消炎、促进创口愈合等作用,由于方便易用,减少了伤口护理工作量,越来越受到广大医务工作者和患者的欢迎。
近年来,以藻酸盐纤维制备的藻酸盐敷料,具有吸液量大、止血快、易成凝胶以减轻痛感、释放钙离子促进创口愈合、防粘连伤口等功效,正受到越来越广泛多应用,是满足伤口湿性愈合理论的新型敷料。
目前的藻酸盐敷贴用敷芯,采用一层针刺藻酸盐无纺布和一层粘胶层构成,使用时纤维易脱落残留在伤口床上,且干燥硬脆的纤维会导致伤口床周边无渗液皮肤的刺痒,造成患者的不适。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种藻酸盐敷芯,采用该敷芯制成的藻酸盐敷贴无纤维脱落、有效缓解了无渗液皮肤的刺痒的同时,有效地保持了藻酸盐功能的充分发挥。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种藻酸盐敷芯,其特征在于,是由一层藻酸盐纤维或藻酸盐纤维与其他纤维混纺的吸水层与一层穿孔藻酸盐膜复合而成,所述穿孔藻酸盐膜采用以藻酸盐为原料的薄膜经冲孔制备。
进一步,其他纤维是由脱脂棉、粘胶、锦纶、涤纶、聚乳酸纤维中的一种或多种。
进一步,所述吸水层是由藻酸盐纤维或藻酸盐纤维与其他纤维共混后制成的无纺布。
进一步,所述吸水层克重为40~120g/cm2
进一步,穿孔藻酸盐膜采用藻酸盐医用膜经冲孔制成。
进一步,所述穿孔藻酸盐膜的穿孔率为20~80%,厚度为10~100um,孔的形状是圆形、菱形或其他形状。
进一步,所述复合为在穿孔藻酸盐膜上涂布胶水后与吸水层贴合、干燥。
进一步,所述胶水是医用粘胶剂、羧甲基纤维素溶液、海藻酸钠溶液、聚乙烯醇溶液中的一种或多种。
本发明将藻酸盐纤维或藻酸盐纤维与其他纤维混纺无纺布吸水层与穿孔藻酸盐膜复合而成。其中,吸水层由藻酸盐纤维或藻酸盐纤维与其他纤维如脱脂棉纤维、粘胶、锦纶、涤纶、聚乳酸纤维等的一种或多种混合,经无纺布工艺制备,穿孔藻酸盐膜采用以藻酸盐为原料的薄膜经冲孔制备,然后在穿孔藻酸盐膜的一面上涂布胶水,并与吸水层贴合、干燥,从而制备得到。

具体实施例
下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,旨在用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。实施例中未注明具体技术或条件者,按照本领域内的文献所描述的技术或条件或者按照产品说明书进行。所用试剂或仪器未注明生产厂商者,均为可以通过市购获得的常规产品。
实施例1藻酸盐敷芯的制备
采用克重为40g,采用50%藻酸盐纤维和50%脱脂棉纤维混纺的无纺布作为吸水层和厚度为10um、穿孔率为60%、孔型为菱形的穿孔藻酸盐医用膜,以1%羧甲基纤维素钠水溶液为胶水,经贴合、干燥制备成薄型藻酸盐敷芯。该敷芯可用于制备创可贴和小渗液伤口的医用敷贴。结果见图1-4,其中图1为藻酸盐敷芯结构示意图;图2为本发明藻酸盐敷芯断面结构示意图,其中1为吸水层,2为穿孔藻酸盐膜;图3为本发明藻酸盐敷芯中的吸水层的俯视结构示意图;图4是本发明藻酸盐敷芯中的穿孔藻酸盐膜的俯视结构示意图。
实施例2藻酸盐敷芯的制备
采用克重为120g,采用100%藻酸盐纤维无纺布作为吸水层和厚度为100um、穿孔率为20%、孔型为圆形的穿孔藻酸盐医用膜,以1%聚乙烯醇水溶液为胶水,经贴合、干燥制备成厚型藻酸盐敷芯。该敷芯可用于制备大渗液伤口的医用敷贴。结果见图1的藻酸盐敷芯结构示意图。
尽管上面已经示出和描述了本发明的实施例,可以理解的是,上述实施例是示例性的,不能理解为对本发明的限制,本领域的普通技术人员在不脱离本发明的原理和宗旨的情况下在本发明的范围内可以对上述实施例进行变化、修改、替换和变型。

Claims (7)

1.一种藻酸盐敷芯,其特征在于,是由一层藻酸盐纤维或藻酸盐纤维与其他纤维混纺的吸水层与一层穿孔藻酸盐膜复合而成,所述穿孔藻酸盐膜采用以藻酸盐为原料的薄膜经冲孔制备。
2.权利要求1所述藻酸盐敷芯,其特征在于,所述其他纤维为脱脂棉、粘胶、锦纶、涤纶、聚乳酸纤维中的一种或多种。
3.权利要求1所述藻酸盐敷芯,其特征在于,所述吸水层是由藻酸盐纤维或藻酸盐纤维与其他纤维共混后制成的无纺布。
4.权利要求1所述藻酸盐敷芯,其特征在于,所述吸水层克重为40~120g/cm2
5.权利要求1所述藻酸盐敷芯,其特征在于,所述穿孔藻酸盐膜的穿孔率为20~80%,厚度为10~100um,孔的形状是圆形、菱形或其他形状。
6.权利要求1所述藻酸盐敷芯,其特征在于,所述复合为在穿孔藻酸盐膜上涂布胶水后与吸水层贴合、干燥。
7.权利要求6所述藻酸盐敷芯,其特征在于,所述胶水是医用粘胶剂、羧甲基纤维素溶液、海藻酸钠溶液、聚乙烯醇溶液中的一种或多种。
