背景技术
“湿热病”包括了中医学的热毒、燥湿症及现代医学中许多感染性疾病;清代叶天士将之分为卫、气、营、血四个阶段,在治疗方法上,病在表卫,宜辛凉解表;病在气分,宜清热泻火、泻下;病在营血则宜清营凉血、散血;而清热解毒法则各期均需应用,不仅热邪入里,即使病在卫分,也必加清热解毒的药物方能取得良效;可见清热解毒法在治疗温热病中地位之重要;正与现代医学治疗感染性疾病应用抗生素作为基本手段相一致;经研究发现,清热解毒不仅能抑制致病微生物,在体内、外也还能明显拮抗一些细菌所释放的内毒素、这些内毒素常引起脓毒血症等严重并发症,这些研究为中医清热解毒方药所解之“毒”,做出了现代科学的诠释。
但是现有的清火饮料存在口感差、保健功能单一,并且容易引起预防清火后口味下降、腹泻等现象;并且现有的清火饮料如荷叶茶等性寒,不易长期服用,否则容易伤及脾胃;而且寒性饮品大多口味苦涩,成品苦味较重或者添加甜味较重的甜味剂;对肠道功能偏弱者不良反应较多,易出现腹泻、食欲下降、反复上火等。
发明内容
本发明提供一种不添加寒性原料,口味清淡、无明显苦味且适合各类人群服用的非寒性清火饮料。
本发明采用的技术方案是:一种非寒性清火饮料,由以下重量份的原料配置而成:菊花2~3份、山楂2~3份、玉竹1~2份、淮山1~2份、金银花1~2份、茯苓1~2份、炒麦芽1~2份、葡萄糖85.5份、麦芽糊精10份。

(3)本发明中采用麦芽糊精作为原料的载体,口感滑腻、溶解性好、发酵性好,填充效果好,不易吸潮,增稠性强、载体性好、稳定性好,难以变质;添加葡萄糖作为调味剂口味好;
(4)本发明中添加益生元可增强饮用者的免疫力具有保健作用。

实施例1
一种非寒性清火饮料,由以下重量份的原料配置而成:菊花2份、山楂3份、玉竹1份、淮山2份、金银花1份、茯苓2份、炒麦芽1份。

实施例2

按照菊花3份、山楂2份、玉竹2份、淮山1份、金银花2份、茯苓1份、炒麦芽2份的配比取原材料,将上述原料烘干后,将原材料重量比与水的重量比为45:55的比例熬制,制备成浓缩药汤;然后混合葡萄糖85.5份、麦芽糊精10份和4.5份低聚果糖后制成颗粒,烘干分装成品。
将实施例1和实施例2制备得到的非寒性清火饮料,分别挑选出5名志愿者长期饮用,另外挑选5名志愿者服用传统配方的市场上售卖的植物清火类产品;传统配方的清火类产品每日饮用2-4袋,本发明产品每日饮用1-2袋;每袋重量相同;上述志愿者连续饮用20天后,服用传统配方的植物清火类产品的人群出现腹泻、食欲下降后停用产品后身体逐渐恢复;饮用本发明产品的志愿者没有出现不适症状。
2013年3月为了证明本发明效果,将本发明制备的产品给12名出现上火症状的成年人,每天服用3袋后,从第二天开始症状明显减轻,服用第四天后症状消失,没有出现腹泻和食欲下降的现象。
2013年6月为了证明本发明效果,将本发明制备的产品给8名5-7岁的孩子服用,每天服用1-2袋,坚持服用30天;期间孩子未出现上火现象,也未出现腹泻和食欲下降等现象。
2014年5月为了证明本发明效果,将本发明制备的产品给8名3岁以下吃奶粉的婴幼儿服用40天,每天1袋,婴幼儿中仅有一例出现大便干燥、口臭和眼屎等现象;其余均没有出现上火症状,也没有出现腹泻、奶量下降等现象。
本配方所有食材原料全部采用非寒性的原料组合在加上合理的主方比例,成品用微甜的葡萄糖调味可做到口味清淡、无明显苦味、适合各个人群服用,且达到或超过一半成品的清火效果;本发明不含寒性原料,适合各类人群长期饮用;配方中含山楂能健脾开胃、消食化滞,可预防清火后口味下降等现象;含有玉竹具有滋阴润肺、生津止渴、养胃阴清胃热;淮山可滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻的效果,避免清火后发生腹泻;添加炒麦芽具有形气消食,健脾开胃的效果;还含有茯苓和淮山,具有补肺,健脾、安神等功效;通过添加的菊花和金银花达到清火的效果;采用麦芽糊精作为原料的载体,口感滑腻、溶解性好、发酵性好,填充效果好,不易吸潮,增稠性强、载体性好、稳定性好,难以变质;添加葡萄糖作为调味剂口味好;并其还可添加益生元,增强饮用者的免疫力具有保健作用,还适用于肠胃不好的人群饮用。
Claims (5)
1.一种非寒性清火饮料,其特征在于,由以下重量份的原料配置而成:菊花2~3份、山楂2~3份、玉竹1~2份、淮山1~2份、金银花1~2份、茯苓1~2份、炒麦芽1~2份、葡萄糖85.5份、麦芽糊精10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种非寒性清火饮料,其特征在于,还包括4.5份益生元。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种非寒性清火饮料,其特征在于,所述菊花为滁菊、贡菊、杭白菊中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种非寒性清火饮料,其特征在于,所述玉竹为湘玉竹、海门玉竹、西玉竹、关玉竹和江北玉竹中的一种。
5.根据权利要求2所述的一种非寒性清火饮料,其特征在于,所述益生元为低聚果糖、多糖、多元醇中的一种。
