Abstract
本发明公开了一种健脾养胃茶饮料及其制备方法,其利用普洱茶作为茶料进行粉碎并制成茶粉,并与茯苓、芡实、荷叶、玉竹、陈皮、木香、白术、鲜竹沥、党参、炒神曲、灵芝、冰糖进行配伍,其制备时先分别将普洱茶、灵芝和党参用不同类型的粉碎装置粉碎呈不同细度;同时将茯苓与芡实、荷叶、玉竹、陈皮、木香、白术、炒神曲、冰糖进行2~3次煎煮,煎煮完成后过滤并合并煎煮液,并在煎煮液中加入鲜竹沥,然后进行两次浓缩,并在第二次浓缩前加入普洱茶、灵芝和党参粉末,将浓缩完成的浸膏进行冻干后碾细装袋即得成品。本发明可直接用热水冲泡,具有携带、饮用方便的优点,同时能有效对脾、胃进行养护。

背景技术
茯苓,别名云苓、茯灵、松茯苓、松薯等,是寄生在松树根部的多孔菌科植物,是一种珍贵的药食两用菌,自古以来就是药食同源的保健食品,一直受到人们的关注,富含茯苓多糖等多种功效成分,具有健脾胃、利水消肿、降血脂、调节机体免疫、抗衰老、抗肿瘤、抗突变等功能;其功效非常广泛,不分四季,将它与各种药物配伍,不管寒、温、风、湿诸疾,都能发挥其独特功效。
而随着人民生活的不断提高,人们对肝病胃病预防越来越重视,预防肝病胃病的方法有很多种,最简便的方法是经常饮用扶肝养胃中药剂进行护肝排毒,但目前的益扶肝养胃中药剂主要是以简单的散剂为主,要么组分过于简单,药效较差,要么处方不合理,其预防肝病胃病功效不理想,往往难以达到预期目的,同时,这些散剂还需要经过人体机体的消化后方能被吸收,使得其这些制剂生物利用率相对较低,使用不方便,起效慢,而且口感差、价格昂贵,携带和服用都不方便。

本发明所解决的技术问题在于提供一种健脾养胃茶饮料,以解决上述技术背景中的缺陷。
本发明所解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现:
一种健脾养胃茶饮料,包括以下质量份的原料:
普洱茶:50~60份、茯苓40~50份、芡实20~30份、荷叶15~18份、玉竹15~18份、陈皮10~15份、木香10~15份、白术8~12份、鲜竹沥5~8份、党参5~8份、炒神曲5~8份、灵芝3~5份、冰糖10~15份。
其优选质量份为:
普洱茶:55份、茯苓45份、芡实25份、荷叶16份、玉竹16份、陈皮13份、木香13份、白术10份、鲜竹沥7份、党参7份、炒神曲7份、灵芝4份、冰糖12份。
一种健脾养胃茶饮料的制备方法,利用上述质量份的原料进行茶饮料制备,其具体制备方法如下:
1)将普洱茶用普通的料理机粉碎,并过100~200目筛。
2)将灵芝和党参分别通过胶体磨进行超微粉碎,过300~500目筛。
3)将茯苓切成8~10mm见方的小块,与芡实、荷叶、玉竹、陈皮、木香、白术、炒神曲合并加入容器中,加入8~15倍固体质量的水进行2~3次煎煮,并在最后一次煎煮时加入冰糖,合并煎煮液,然后加入鲜竹沥,搅拌均匀后过滤,滤液减压浓缩至密度为1.05~1.15的清膏。
4)将步骤1)与步骤2)中制得的粉末加入清膏中进行匀速搅拌,搅拌均匀后继续浓缩成比重为1.35~1.38的浸膏,再将浸膏进行冻干操作,使其含水量低于10%后,碾成细粉。
5)将步骤4)所制得的细粉分装入滤纸茶袋,即得成品健脾养胃茶饮料。
在本发明中,所述步骤3)中进行煎煮时,先利用大火将水烧开,然后保持文火煎煮2~3h,即完成一次煎煮,每次煎煮完成后都要进行固液分离,并在固渣中重新加水进行上述煎煮操作。
在本发明中,所述步骤4)中进行匀速搅拌时,搅拌装置的转速为60~90rad/min,搅拌操作时间为90~120min。
在本发明中,所述步骤5)中进行装袋时,每袋装粉量为4~6g,可以冲泡250~350ml水,且进行冲泡操作时优选采用85~95℃的热水进行冲泡,冲泡过程中会在杯底留有沉淀,属于正常现象,可以进行搅匀后服用。
有益效果:本发明的健脾养胃茶饮料利用普洱茶作为主料,其作为发酵茶其本身代谢的有益物质就具有保健功效,配合茯苓等其他药物产生协同作用,具有强身健体、活血化淤、暖肾降逆功能,尤其在健脾养胃、祛除胃肠胀气、疼痛,帮助消化等有诸多好处,同时通过口感微甜,有轻微中药香味,携带、饮用非常方便,能有效适应快节奏的现代生活节奏。
具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解,下面结合具体实施例,进一步阐述本发明。
实施例一:
在本实施例中,健脾养胃茶饮料包括以下组分的原料:
普洱茶:500g、茯苓400g、芡实200g、荷叶170g、玉竹170g、陈皮120g、木香100g、白术80g、鲜竹沥60g、党参60g、炒神曲80g、灵芝40g、冰糖150g。
制备时先按上述质量组分称取原料,将其中的普洱茶用普通的料理机粉碎,并过100目筛备用;灵芝和党参分别通过胶体磨进行超微粉碎,并过300目筛;同时,茯苓切成8~10mm见方的小块,与芡实、荷叶、玉竹、陈皮、木香、白术、炒神曲合并加入容器中,加入15倍固体质量的水进行煎煮,煎煮时先利用大火将水烧开,然后保持文火煎煮2h,然后固液分离,并在固渣中重新加12倍固体质量的水以及冰糖进行二次煎煮操作,合并煎煮液,然后加入鲜竹沥,搅拌均匀后过滤,滤液减压浓缩至密度为1.14的清膏。
将粉碎后的普洱茶、灵芝、党参粉末加入清膏中进行匀速搅拌,搅拌装置的转速为80rad/min,搅拌操作时间为120min,搅拌完成后继续浓缩成比重为1.36的浸膏,再将浸膏进行冻干操作,使其含水量低于10%后,碾成细粉进行装袋,均匀称取5~6g细粉装不同入滤纸茶袋,即得成品健脾养胃茶饮料。

普洱茶:600g、茯苓400g、芡实200g、荷叶180g、玉竹180g、陈皮130g、木香130g、白术100g、鲜竹沥80g、党参80g、炒神曲50g、灵芝50g、冰糖100g。
制备时先按上述质量组分称取原料,将其中的普洱茶用普通的料理机粉碎,并过200目筛备用;灵芝和党参分别通过胶体磨进行超微粉碎,并过500目筛;同时,茯苓切成8~10mm见方的小块,与芡实、荷叶、玉竹、陈皮、木香、白术、炒神曲合并加入容器中,加入10倍固体质量的水进行煎煮,煎煮时先利用大火将水烧开,然后保持文火煎煮3h,然后固液分离,并在固渣中重新加8倍固体质量的水以及冰糖进行二次煎煮操作,合并煎煮液,然后加入鲜竹沥,搅拌均匀后过滤,滤液减压浓缩至密度为1.05的清膏。
将粉碎后的普洱茶、灵芝、党参粉末加入清膏中进行匀速搅拌,搅拌装置的转速为90rad/min,搅拌操作时间为90min,搅拌完成后继续浓缩成比重为1.38的浸膏,再将浸膏进行冻干操作,使其含水量低于9%后,碾成细粉进行装袋,均匀称取5~6g细粉装不同入滤纸茶袋,即得成品健脾养胃茶饮料。
实施例三:
在本实施例中,健脾养胃茶饮料包括以下组分的原料:
普洱茶:550g、茯苓450g、芡实250g、荷叶160g、玉竹160g、陈皮130g、木香130g、白术100g、鲜竹沥70g、党参70g、炒神曲70g、灵芝40g、冰糖120g。
制备时先按上述质量组分称取原料,将其中的普洱茶用普通的料理机粉碎,并过180目筛备用;灵芝和党参分别通过胶体磨进行超微粉碎,并过400目筛;同时,茯苓切成8~10mm见方的小块,与芡实、荷叶、玉竹、陈皮、木香、白术、炒神曲合并加入容器中,加入14倍固体质量的水进行煎煮,煎煮时先利用大火将水烧开,然后保持文火煎煮2h,然后固液分离,并在固渣中重新加11倍固体质量的水进行第二次煎煮操作,然后进行固液分离操作,并在固渣中加入8倍固体质量的水以及冰糖进行第三次煎煮操作,合并三次煎煮的煎煮液,然后加入鲜竹沥,搅拌均匀后过滤,滤液减压浓缩至密度为1.10的清膏。
将粉碎后的普洱茶、灵芝、党参粉末加入清膏中进行匀速搅拌,搅拌装置的转速为80rad/min,搅拌操作时间为100min,搅拌完成后继续浓缩成比重为1.36的浸膏,再将浸膏进行冻干操作,使其含水量低于8%后,碾成细粉进行装袋,均匀称取5~6g细粉装不同入滤纸茶袋,即得成品健脾养胃茶饮料。
实施例一、实施例二、实施例三制备的健脾养胃茶饮料在进行冲泡时,每包茶袋可以冲泡250~350ml水,且进行冲泡操作时采用85~95℃的热水进行冲泡,由于冲泡后一定时间内杯底会留有沉淀,因而需要搅匀后再进行服用,其中实施例一泡出来的茶饮料口味最淡、实施例二泡出来的茶饮料药味较重,而实施例三泡出来的茶饮料口感最好。

Claims (6)
1.一种健脾养胃茶饮料,其特征在于,包括以下质量份的原料:
普洱茶:50~60份、茯苓40~50份、芡实20~30份、荷叶15~18份、玉竹15~18份、陈皮10~15份、木香10~15份、白术8~12份、鲜竹沥5~8份、党参5~8份、炒神曲5~8份、灵芝3~5份、冰糖10~15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的健脾养胃茶饮料,其特征在于,包括以下质量份的原料:普洱茶:55份、茯苓45份、芡实25份、荷叶16份、玉竹16份、陈皮13份、木香13份、白术10份、鲜竹沥7份、党参7份、炒神曲7份、灵芝4份、冰糖12份。
3.一种健脾养胃茶饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,采用权利要求1或2中所述的各组分的原料制备健脾养胃茶饮料,其具体制备方法如下:
1)将普洱茶用普通的料理机粉碎,并过100~200目筛;
2)将灵芝和党参分别通过胶体磨进行超微粉碎,过300~500目筛;
3)将茯苓切成8~10mm见方的小块,与芡实、荷叶、玉竹、陈皮、木香、白术、炒神曲合并加入容器中,加入8~15倍固体质量的水进行2~3次煎煮,并在最后一次煎煮时加入冰糖,合并煎煮液,然后加入鲜竹沥,搅拌均匀后过滤,滤液减压浓缩至密度为1.05~1.15的清膏;
4)将步骤1)与步骤2)中制得的粉末加入清膏中进行匀速搅拌,搅拌均匀后继续浓缩成比重为1.35~1.38的浸膏,再将浸膏进行冻干操作,使其含水量低于10%后,碾成细粉;
5)将步骤4)所制得的细粉分装入滤纸茶袋,每袋装粉量为4~6g,即得成品健脾养胃茶饮料。
4.根据权利要求3所述的健脾养胃茶饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤3)中进行煎煮时,先利用大火将水烧开,然后保持文火煎煮2~3h,即完成一次煎煮,每次煎煮完成后都要进行固液分离,并在固渣中重新加水进行上述煎煮操作。
5.根据权利要求3所述的健脾养胃茶饮料的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤4)中进行匀速搅拌时,搅拌装置的转速为60~90rad/min,搅拌操作时间为90~120min。
6.根据权利要求1所述的健脾养胃茶饮料,其特征在于,该健脾养胃茶饮料在冲泡时采用85~95℃的热水进行冲泡,每袋冲泡250~350ml水,并在冲泡后搅匀服用。
