Abstract

本发明公开了一种微胶囊整理剂及其制备方法,所述整理剂包括:水35~50份、微胶囊12~25份、分散剂3~8份、润湿剂4~9份、甘油1~3份;其中,微胶囊包含胶囊芯和胶囊壳,胶囊芯为功能性成分,胶囊壳为热固性树脂。与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优点:(1)本发明所述微胶囊整理剂能够与织物表面稳定结合,经多次水洗后依然不脱落;(2)本发明所述微胶囊整理剂在织物表面分散均匀,无团聚现象发生。

一种微胶囊整理剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种纺织面料整理剂,具体为一种微胶囊整理剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
为了对纺织面料进行整理,越来越多的使用含有多种内含物的微胶囊。微胶囊的功效是在织物表面上延迟释放活性物质,以便得到持久的整理效果。
但是现有技术中采用微胶囊来整理织物,特别是在整理部分或完全用现代合成纤维如聚酯、聚酰胺或者弹性纤维织造的纺织织物或成品缝制纺织物时,具有以下缺陷:首先,未被织物吸收的微胶囊会丢失,这样导致材料的浪费和成本的提高;其次,微胶囊在织物表面吸附不均匀,易在织物表面遗留下不美观的斑痕或团聚物。
发明内容
本发明的目的是:为了克服现有技术的缺陷,获得一种能够与织物表面稳定结合,且分布均匀的整理剂,本发明提供了一种微胶囊整理剂及其制备方法。
技术方案:一种微胶囊整理剂,按重量份计,所述整理剂包括:水35~50份、微胶囊12~25份、分散剂3~8份、润湿剂4~9份、甘油1~3份;其中,微胶囊包含胶囊芯和胶囊壳,胶囊芯为功能性成分,胶囊壳为热固性树脂。
优选的,所述功能性成分为溶菌酶、季铵盐表面活性剂、六亚甲基双胍、全氟磺酸盐、酰化羊毛脂、烷氧基化羊毛脂中的至少一种。
优选的,所述热固性树脂为酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、聚氨酯、聚酰亚胺中的一种。
优选的,所述分散剂为黄原胶、瓜尔胶、聚丙烯酸酯中的一种。
优选的,所述润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酰胺中的一种。
优选的,所述微胶囊的直径为0.5~100μm。
以上任一所述微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将胶囊芯灌装于胶囊壳中,形成微胶囊;
(2)将微胶囊分散于水中,加入分散剂、润湿剂和甘油,在30~65℃条件下,采用磁力搅拌器搅拌3~8min。
有益效果:(1)本发明所述微胶囊整理剂能够与织物表面稳定结合,经多次水洗后依然不脱落;(2)本发明所述微胶囊整理剂在织物表面分散均匀,无团聚现象发生。
具体实施方式
实施例1
一种微胶囊整理剂,按重量份计,所述整理剂包括:水35份、微胶囊12份、分散剂3份、润湿剂4份、甘油1份;其中,微胶囊包含胶囊芯和胶囊壳,胶囊芯为功能性成分,胶囊壳为热固性树脂。
所述功能性成分为溶菌酶和季铵盐表面活性剂。
所述热固性树脂为酚醛树脂。
所述分散剂为黄原胶。
所述润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐。
所述微胶囊的直径为0.5μm。
以上任一所述微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将胶囊芯灌装于胶囊壳中,形成微胶囊;
(2)将微胶囊分散于水中,加入分散剂、润湿剂和甘油,在30℃条件下,采用磁力搅拌器搅拌3min。
实施例2
一种微胶囊整理剂,按重量份计,所述整理剂包括:水40份、微胶囊18份、分散剂5份、润湿剂6份、甘油2份;其中,微胶囊包含胶囊芯和胶囊壳,胶囊芯为功能性成分,胶囊壳为热固性树脂。
所述功能性成分为六亚甲基双胍。
所述热固性树脂为脲醛树脂。
所述分散剂为瓜尔胶。
所述润湿剂为琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸盐。
所述微胶囊的直径为10μm。
以上任一所述微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将胶囊芯灌装于胶囊壳中,形成微胶囊;
(2)将微胶囊分散于水中,加入分散剂、润湿剂和甘油,在45℃条件下,采用磁力搅拌器搅拌5min。
实施例3
一种微胶囊整理剂,按重量份计,所述整理剂包括:水40份、微胶囊20份、分散剂6份、润湿剂7份、甘油3份;其中,微胶囊包含胶囊芯和胶囊壳,胶囊芯为功能性成分,胶囊壳为热固性树脂。
所述功能性成分为全氟磺酸盐。
所述热固性树脂为聚氨酯。
所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸酯。
所述润湿剂为烷基磺基琥珀酰胺。
所述微胶囊的直径为20μm。
以上任一所述微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将胶囊芯灌装于胶囊壳中,形成微胶囊;
(2)将微胶囊分散于水中,加入分散剂、润湿剂和甘油,在50℃条件下,采用磁力搅拌器搅拌6min。
实施例4
一种微胶囊整理剂,按重量份计,所述整理剂包括:水50份、微胶囊25份、分散剂8份、润湿剂9份、甘油3份;其中,微胶囊包含胶囊芯和胶囊壳,胶囊芯为功能性成分,胶囊壳为热固性树脂。
所述功能性成分为酰化羊毛脂和烷氧基化羊毛脂。
所述热固性树脂为聚酰亚胺。
所述分散剂为聚丙烯酸酯。
所述润湿剂为烷基磺基琥珀酰胺。
所述微胶囊的直径为100μm。
以上任一所述微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将胶囊芯灌装于胶囊壳中,形成微胶囊;
(2)将微胶囊分散于水中,加入分散剂、润湿剂和甘油,在65℃条件下,采用磁力搅拌器搅拌8min。
对实施例1~4制备获得的微胶囊整理剂进行性能测试,试验方法为:选取黑色真丝织物,取微胶囊整理剂加入0.5~3倍体积的水制成整理液,然后泵式喷涂瓶将整理液喷雾至织物上,喷雾量为织物重量的15~30%,然后室温干燥织物,观察,并记录结果。结果如下:

1.一种微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,按重量份计,所述整理剂包括:水35~50份、微胶囊12~25份、分散剂3~8份、润湿剂4~9份、甘油1~3份;其中,微胶囊包含胶囊芯和胶囊壳,胶囊芯为功能性成分,胶囊壳为热固性树脂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,所述功能性成分为溶菌酶、季铵盐表面活性剂、六亚甲基双胍、全氟磺酸盐、酰化羊毛脂、烷氧基化羊毛脂中的至少一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,所述热固性树脂为酚醛树脂、脲醛树脂、聚氨酯、聚酰亚胺中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,所述分散剂为黄原胶、瓜尔胶、聚丙烯酸酯中的一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,所述润湿剂为烷基硫酸盐、琥珀酸烷基酯磺酸盐、烷基磺基琥珀酰胺中的一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种微胶囊整理剂,其特征在于,所述微胶囊的直径为0.5~100μm。
7.权利要求1~6任一所述微胶囊整理剂的制备方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括以下步骤:
(1)将胶囊芯灌装于胶囊壳中,形成微胶囊;
(2)将微胶囊分散于水中,加入分散剂、润湿剂和甘油,在30~65℃条件下,采用磁力搅拌器搅拌3~8min。
