本发明涉及一种特殊膳食面粉,具体而言,涉及一种杂粮面粉的制作方法。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们的保健意识越来越强,对休闲食品的要求也越来越高。在日常生活中,追求美味、方便、营养价值高的食品已成为时尚。在众多休闲食品中,为大多数人所喜爱的当属面食或面点:如饼干、面包、蛋糕或方便面等。这类食品不仅能补充人体能量,而且各具风味、老少皆宜。但是,现有技术中的这类产品,虽口感不错、具有饱腹功能,但是营养价值有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种杂粮面粉的制作方法,以解决上述问题。
为实现本发明目的,采用的技术方案为:一种杂粮面粉的制作方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)包括如下重量份的原料:小麦30-50份,紫薯30-40份,薏苡仁10-20份,红豆5-10份,山药5-10份,核桃3-5份,花生1-5份,莲子3-5份,芡实1-5份,茯苓1-3份,白芝麻2-4份,当归1-3份,杏仁1-4份,菜豆0.5-3份,去核红枣0.5-1.5份;
(2)将步骤1中的紫薯、山药洗净后去皮,切成丁,用清水冲洗至表面无白浆,加入1.5-2.5倍清水煮熟,冷却后打浆,再用胶体磨磨浆10-20分钟,得到紫薯浆;
(3)将步骤1中的茯苓、当归混合粉碎,加入3-5倍清水煎煮50-60分钟,得到重要溶液;
(4)将步骤1中的薏苡仁、红豆、核桃、花生、芡实、白芝麻、杏仁、菜豆、去核红枣拣杂洗净后晒干,送入锅中,加盖,小火慢炖1h-2h分钟,得到杂粮,将得到的杂粮送入磨浆机中磨浆;
(5)将步骤2制得的紫薯浆、步骤3制得的中药溶液、步骤4中制得的的浆料送入到搅拌机中,充分搅拌20-30min,并送入到蒸煮锅中进行蒸煮;
(6)将步骤4中蒸煮得到的产物送入到粉碎机中,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。
进一步的,在所述步骤5中加入全脂牛乳粉3-4份、精盐1-2份、食用碱0.1-0.2份。
本发明的有益效果是,
本发明通过在小麦中加入紫薯、薏苡仁、红豆等多种原料,使制得出的面粉不仅具有度独特的口感,且营养均衡、质地细腻、色泽均匀、复水性好,还具有补充人体的气血、养阴润肺、补肝益肾、润肠通便、抗衰老、减低心脏病风险的功能。

下面通过具体的实施例子对本发明做进一步的详细描述。
本发明提供的一种杂粮面粉的制作方法,具体包括如下步骤:
(1)包括如下重量份的原料:小麦30-50份,紫薯30-40份,薏苡仁10-20份,红豆5-10份,山药5-10份,核桃3-5份,花生1-5份,莲子3-5份,芡实1-5份,茯苓1-3份,白芝麻2-4份,当归1-3份,杏仁1-4份,菜豆0.5-3份,去核红枣0.5-1.5份;
(2)将步骤1中的紫薯、山药洗净后去皮,切成丁,用清水冲洗至表面无白浆,加入1.5-2.5倍清水煮熟,冷却后打浆,再用胶体磨磨浆10-20分钟,得到紫薯浆;
(3)将步骤1中的茯苓、当归混合粉碎,加入3-5倍清水煎煮50-60分钟,得到重要溶液;

(6)将步骤4中蒸煮得到的产物送入到粉碎机中,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。
在所述步骤5中还加入全脂牛乳粉3-4份、精盐1-2份、食用碱0.1-0.2份。

1.一种杂粮面粉的制作方法,其特征在于,具体包括如下步骤:
包括如下重量份的原料:小麦30-50份,紫薯30-40份,薏苡仁10-20份,红豆5-10份,山药5-10份,核桃3-5份,花生1-5份,莲子3-5份,芡实1-5份,茯苓1-3份,白芝麻2-4份,当归1-3份,杏仁1-4份,菜豆0.5-3份,去核红枣0.5-1.5份;
将步骤1中的紫薯、山药洗净后去皮,切成丁,用清水冲洗至表面无白浆,加入1.5-2.5倍清水煮熟,冷却后打浆,再用胶体磨磨浆10-20分钟,得到紫薯浆;
将步骤1中的茯苓、当归混合粉碎,加入3-5倍清水煎煮50-60分钟,得到重要溶液;
将步骤1中的薏苡仁、红豆、核桃、花生、芡实、白芝麻、杏仁、菜豆、去核红枣拣杂洗净后晒干,送入锅中,加盖,小火慢炖1h-2h分钟,得到杂粮,将得到的杂粮送入磨浆机中磨浆;
将步骤2制得的紫薯浆、步骤3制得的中药溶液、步骤4中制得的的浆料送入到搅拌机中,充分搅拌20-30min,并送入到蒸煮锅中进行蒸煮;
将步骤4中蒸煮得到的产物送入到粉碎机中,粉碎至100-120目细度,灭菌包装,得到成品。
2.根据权利要求1所述的杂粮面粉的制作方法,其特征在于,在所述步骤5中加入全脂牛乳粉3-4份、精盐1-2份、食用碱0.1-0.2份。
