本发明公开了一种健脾、补肾、活血、护发、养肝明目的糕点及其加工方法,由下列的原料组成:银条菜、黄花菜、阳荷、红枣醋、三文鱼、甜叶菊、火龙果果皮、康仙花、南瓜花、功劳叶、刺梨、柚子花、胡秃子、红枣、枸杞、花生仁、紫苏籽粉、桑椹酒、五味子花粉、藕粉、紫薯粉、食用碱、枫糖、亚麻籽油。本发明健脾、补肾、活血、护发、养肝明目的糕点,香浓酥嫩,丝甜爽口,风味独特,配方合理搭配,使得营养丰富均衡,还添加银条菜、黄花菜、康仙花、胡秃子等多种有益成分,相互协同作用,具有健脾、补肾、活血、护发、养肝明目等功能作用,营养保健价值高,即可作为佐茶食品,又可户外充饥,安全卫生,深受广大消费者的喜爱。

随着人们生活节奏的加快,方便的速食食品已被广泛接受,其中香甜可口的糕点更被大众所喜爱,作为零食或宴席点心,是我国的传统美食,随着生活水平的提高,糕点品种越来越多,,但普遍存在着原料单一,有效营养成分少,含糖高,保健性能差等缺点,长期食用会对人体的健康产生不利影响。因此亟需功能性糕点产品的开发,本发明提供一种健脾、补肾、活血、护发、养肝明目等功能作用糕点食品,满足人们对营养保健、方便快捷等食品消费模式的需求。

本发明的目的在于提供一种健脾、补肾、活血、护发、养肝明目的糕点及其加工方法。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
一种健脾、补肾、活血、护发、养肝明目的糕点,是由以下重量份的原料组成:
银条菜10-15、黄花菜10-12、阳荷5-10、红枣醋20-30、三文鱼8-15、甜叶菊2-3、火龙果果皮3-5、康仙花1-2、南瓜花2-3、功劳叶1-2、刺梨2-3、柚子花2-3、胡秃子10-15、红枣15-20、枸杞8-10、花生仁20-30、紫苏籽粉3-5、桑椹酒30-40、五味子花粉2-3、藕粉10-20、紫薯粉80-100、食用碱2-4、枫糖10-20、亚麻籽油适量。
本发明的健脾、补肾、活血、护发、养肝明目的糕点的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄花菜放入沸水漂烫1-3分钟捞出沥干,将鲜嫩阳荷花苞洗净切丝,与洗净银条菜、沥干黄花菜一并搅拌打制成细滑泥状,将三文鱼除杂洗净切片,加入红枣醋浸制10-15分钟,入笼蒸制熟透,磨制成浆,与细滑菜泥搅拌均匀,得鲜鱼浆;
(2)将甜叶菊、火龙果果皮、康仙花、南瓜花、功劳叶、刺梨、柚子花除杂洗净,磨制成粉,倒入桑葚酒中浸制1-2天,过滤得浸制酒液,滤渣加2-3倍水煎煮30-50分钟,过滤去渣,得煎煮液;
(3)将胡秃子、红枣、枸杞分别除杂洗净,得到果肉,冻干,研磨成粉,得果粉;花生仁破碎成颗粒状,与紫苏籽粉一并入锅,文火炒制熟香,得籽仁粉;
(4)将煎煮液加热至60-80℃,加入枫糖搅拌溶解,加入果粉、籽仁粉及其他剩余粉体原料,揉拌过程中加入浸制酒液,揉拌均匀后与鲜鱼浆再次滚揉至柔韧面团,静置醒发40-60分钟,与面团重量的1-3%的亚麻籽油再次揉拌均匀,入模、整形、切制、烘烤至蓬松熟香,即得。

取以下重量(斤)的原料:
银条菜10、黄花菜10、阳荷5、红枣醋20、三文鱼8、甜叶菊2、火龙果果皮3、康仙花1、南瓜花2、功劳叶1、刺梨2、柚子花2、胡秃子10、红枣15、枸杞8、花生仁20、紫苏籽粉3、桑椹酒30、五味子花粉2、藕粉10、紫薯粉80、食用碱2、枫糖10、亚麻籽油适量;
所述的健脾、补肾、活血、护发、养肝明目的糕点的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄花菜放入沸水漂烫2分钟捞出沥干,将鲜嫩阳荷花苞洗净切丝,与洗净银条菜、沥干黄花菜一并搅拌打制成细滑泥状,将三文鱼除杂洗净切片,加入红枣醋浸制15分钟,入笼蒸制熟透,磨制成浆,与细滑菜泥搅拌均匀,得鲜鱼浆;
(2)将甜叶菊、火龙果果皮、康仙花、南瓜花、功劳叶、刺梨、柚子花除杂洗净,磨制成粉,倒入桑葚酒中浸制2天,过滤得浸制酒液,滤渣加3倍水煎煮50分钟,过滤去渣,得煎煮液;
(3)将胡秃子、红枣、枸杞分别除杂洗净得到果肉冻干研磨成粉,得果粉;花生仁破碎成颗粒状,与紫苏籽粉一并入锅,文火炒制熟香,得籽仁粉;
(4)将煎煮液加热至80℃,加入枫糖搅拌溶解,加入果粉、籽仁粉及其他剩余粉体原料,揉拌过程中加入浸制酒液,揉拌均匀后与鲜鱼浆再次滚揉至柔韧面团,静置醒发60分钟,与面团重量的2%的亚麻籽油再次揉拌均匀,入模、整形、切制、烘烤至蓬松熟香,即得。

所述糕点的加工方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将黄花菜放入沸水漂烫1-3分钟捞出沥干,将鲜嫩阳荷花苞洗净切丝,与洗净银条菜、沥干黄花菜一并搅拌打制成细滑泥状,将三文鱼除杂洗净切片,加入红枣醋浸制10-15分钟,入笼蒸制熟透,磨制成浆,与细滑菜泥搅拌均匀,得鲜鱼浆;
(2)将甜叶菊、火龙果果皮、康仙花、南瓜花、功劳叶、刺梨、柚子花除杂洗净,磨制成粉,倒入桑葚酒中浸制1-2天,过滤得浸制酒液,滤渣加2-3倍水煎煮30-50分钟,过滤去渣,得煎煮液;
