此后,在其内表面和外表面上具有第一人造血管层13和第二人造血管层14的圆柱形支架10与夹具20一起放入热压装置中,然后施加热和压力。
因此,第一人造血管层13和多个第二人造血管层14通过热熔融合在一起以包围圆柱形支架10,从而制造出包括具有多个阻塞的开口11'的多个第一部分A和具有多个保持畅通的开口11的多个第二部分B的支架100。
在此,第一部分A构造成有相同的长度,并且第二部分B构造成具有相同的长度。
另外,第一部分A的开口11'由融合在一起的第一人造血管层13和第二人造血管层14阻塞,而第二部分B的开口11保持畅通,由于缺少与第一人造血管层融合的第二人造血管层14,第一人造血管层13保持未融合状态。
然后,将其中安装有夹具20的支架100从热压装置中取出,并将支架100与夹具20分离。
结果,如图3所示,根据本发明的实施方式的具有改进的防滑功能的支架100制造成第一部分A在按压病变部位的同时插入到病变部位中,从而夹在病变部位中,并且第二部分B夹在与开口11啮合的病变部位中。
另外,由于第一部分A的开口11'固定到融合在一起的第一人造血管层13和第二人造血管层14,即使在对第一部分施加外力的情况下,防止第一部分的开口形状的变形,而由于缺少与第一人造血管层融合的第二人造血管层14,第二部分B的开口11没有固定到保持未融合的第一人造血管层13,当外力施加到第二部分时,第二部分的开口变形。
同时,如图4所示,根据本发明的另一实施方式的支架100可以构造成使得第一部分A构造为具有相同的长度,并且第二部分B构造为具有不同的长度。
换句话说,第二人造血管层14以夹紧方式分别缠绕在圆柱形支架10的外表面的一部分上,使得第二人造血管层具有相同的长度,其中第二人造血管层14以不同的间隔排列。
另外,如图5所示,根据本发明的另一实施方式的支架100可以构造成使得第二部分B构造为具有相同的长度,并且第一部分A构造为具有不同的长度。
换句话说,第二人造血管层14以夹紧方式分别缠绕在圆柱形支架10的外表面的一部分上,使得第二人造血管层具有不同的长度,其中第二人造血管层14以不同的间隔排列。
下面将描述如上所述的具有改进的防滑功能的支架100的操作和效果。
如图1至3和图6所示,根据本发明的实施方式的支架100使用支架装置插入在诸如食管、十二指肠或胆管的身体的管腔中发生的诸如狭窄或闭塞的病变部位中,并且扩大诸如狭窄或闭塞的病变部位。
另外,第一部分A在按压病变部位的同时插入到病变部位中,从而夹在病变部位中,并且第二部分B夹在与开口11啮合的病变部位中。
在此,如图3所示,支架100构造成使得第一部分A构造成具有相同的长度,并且第二部分B构造成具有相同的长度。
换句话说,第一部分A在按压病变部位的同时插入到病变部位中,从而夹在病变部位中以占据相同的面积,并且第二部分B夹在与开口11啮合的病变部位中以占据相同的面积。
在此,第一部分A插入到病变部位中,同时通过PTFE材料制成的第二人造血管层14的厚度压迫病变部位,从而夹在病变部位。
另外,由于其间布置有第二部分B的第一部分A具有融合在一起的第一人造血管层13和第二人造血管层14,第二部分B的PTFE-第一人造血管层13由第一部分A的第一人造血管层13和第二人造血管层14支撑。
因此,防止病变侵入到第二部分B的开口11中、推动第二部分B的第一人造血管层13、并突出到支架100的内部。
换句话说,防止病变突出到支架100的内部,由此防止由于第二部分B的开口11的周边的线1的撕裂而出血。
另外,如图6所示,当多个开口11响应于身体管腔的形状而变形时,支架100的第二部分B是弯曲的。
换句话说,由于缺少与第一人造血管层融合的第二人造血管层14,第二部分B的开口11没有固定到保持未融合的第一人造血管层13,当支架100插入到身体管腔中时,第二部分的开口通过施加在其上的外力而变形。
因此,支架100放置于病变部位中以具有与弯曲的身体管腔相同的弯曲形状。
在此,由于第一部分A的开口11'固定到融合在一起的第一人造血管层13和第二人造血管层14,所以防止了第一部分的开口形状的变形。相应地,支架100的第二部分B保持弯曲的形状以与弯曲的身体管腔的形状一致。
同时,如图4所示,根据本发明另一实施方式的支架100构造成使得第一部分A构造成具有相同的长度,并且第二部分B构造成具有不同的长度。
换句话说,第一部分A在按压病变部位的同时插入到病变部位中,从而夹在病变部位中以占据相同的面积,并且第二部分B夹在与开口11啮合的病变部位中以占据不同的面积。
另外,支架100具有与图6的支架100不同的弯曲形状,并且通过施加相同支撑力的第一部分A保持弯曲的形状。
另外,如图5所示,支架100构造成使得第二部分B构造成具有相同的长度,并且第一部分A构造成具有不同的长度。
换句话说,第一部分A在按压病变部位的同时插入到病变部位中,从而夹在病变部位中以占据不同的面积,并且第二部分B夹在与开口11啮合的病变部位中以占据相同的地区。
另外,支架100具有与图6的支架100相同的弯曲形状,并且通过施加不同支撑力的第一部分A保持弯曲的形状。
尽管为了说明的目的已经描述了本发明的优选实施方式,但是本领域的技术人员将会理解,在不脱离所附权利要求公开的本发明的范围和精神的情况下,可以进行各种修改、添加和替换。

Claims (5)
1.一种具有改进的防滑功能的支架,所述支架配置成加宽身体管腔中的诸如狭窄或闭塞的病变部位,并且包括:
包括多个菱形开口(11)和多个顶点(12)的圆柱形支架(10),所述菱形开口(11)通过以互锁或交叉方式将超弹性形状记忆合金制成的线编织成中空圆柱形网状形状而形成,所述多个顶点(12)周向设置在圆柱形支架的相对的波纹端,圆柱形支架经受热处理,
其中圆柱形支架(10)具有由聚四氟乙烯(PTFE)材料制成并且完全接触圆柱形支架的内表面的第一人造血管层(13)和由PTFE材料制成并且以预定间隔部分地接触圆柱形支架的外表面的多个第二人造血管层(14),并且
所述第一人造血管层(13)和所述多个第二人造血管层(14)通过热熔融合在一起以包围所述圆柱形支架(10),从而形成具有多个阻塞的开口(11')的多个第一部分(A)以及具有多个保持畅通的开口(11)的多个第二部分(B),其中,第一部分(A)在按压病变部位的同时插入到病变部位中,从而夹在病变部位中,并且第二部分(B)夹在与开口(11)啮合的病变部位中。
2.根据权利要求1所述的支架,其中,所述第一部分(A)的开口(11')固定到融合在一起的所述第一人造血管层(13)和第二人造血管层(14),使得即使当外力施加到第一部分时,防止第一部分的开口形状的变形,以及
由于缺少与所述第一人造血管层融合的第二人造血管层(14),所述第二部分(B)的开口(11)没有固定到保持未融合的第一人造血管层(13),使得当外力施加到所述第二部分时,所述第二部分的开口变形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的支架,其中,所述第一部分(A)构造成具有相同的长度,并且所述第二部分(B)构造成具有相同的长度。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的支架,其中,所述第一部分(A)构造成具有相同的长度,并且所述第二部分(B)构造成具有不同的长度。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的支架,其中,所述第二部分(B)构造成具有相同的长度,并且所述第一部分(A)构造成具有不同的长度。
