Claims (4)
- 体内の内腔に発生した狭窄または閉塞した病変部位を拡張させるステントであって、
超弾性形状記憶合金からなるワイヤ(1)を中空式円筒状の形状で網形態に編むか交差させて複数の空間部(11)が形成され、両端には周方向に複数の折曲端(12)が形成されて熱処理された円筒状ステント(10)を含み、
前記円筒状ステント(10)は内面全体に密着するPTFE材質の第1の人工血管層(13)が形成され、長手方向に沿ってあらかじめ定められた間隔で、前記円筒状ステント(10)上に密着するPTFE材質の第2の人工血管層(14)が円筒状に複数形成され、
前記第1の人工血管層(13)は、前記円筒状ステント(10)の内面全体に密着するよう前記円筒状ステント(10)の長手方向に沿ってPTFE材質のテープがらせん状に巻かれて形成され、
前記第1の人工血管層(13)と複数の第2の人工血管層(14)とが円筒状ステント(10)の内外面を覆いつつ互いに吸着した状態になるように加熱溶着されることにより、塞がれた複数の空間部(11’)を有する第1区間(A)と、残りの塞がれない複数の空間部(11)を有する第2区間(B)とが複数形成されて交互に帯状に配置され、
各前記第1区間(A)の外径は各第2区間(B)の外径より大きく、
各前記第1区間(A)は表面の前記第2の人工血管層(14)が病変部位に係止し、各前記第2区間(B)は空間部(11)が病変部位に挿入されて病変部位に係止し、
各前記第1区間(A)の空間部(11’)の前記ワイヤ(1)は、互いに吸着した前記第1の人工血管層(13)及び第2の人工血管層(14)に固定されるため、各前記第1区間(A)の空間部(11’)は外力が発生しても形が変形せず、
各前記第2区間(B)の空間部(11)の前記ワイヤ(1)は、前記第2の人工血管層(14)がなく吸着されない前記第1の人工血管層(13)に固定されないため、外力が発生すると前記第1の人工血管層(13)上で動き、各前記第2区間(B)の空間部(11)の形が変形することを特徴とする、滑り止め機能が向上したステント。 - 各前記第1区間(A)は長さを同一に形成され、各前記第2区間(B)は長さを同一に形成されていることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の滑り止め機能が向上したステント。
