本发明属于陶瓷制器制备技术领域,具体涉及一种柴烧药膳釜及其制备方法。
背景技术
产品研发构想来自于,明代万历(公元一五七三至一六二○年)年进士延伦创始的《平定州志》善本记载:“砂产州北山中,砂色白,俗名乾子,村民陶为器皿,货之他方,京师呼为砂吊子者即为州产也。”为此,晋明堂探寻、研发平定州北所产特种泥料的优化原矿配方、炼制、成型、烧成等环节,寻找气孔结构最大化(透气、透香、软化水质等功能)与渗漏之间的零界,使所制器皿达到预设之功效。成功发明以平定州北所产特种泥料(火山岩泥)为主基料的养生器皿“乾子药膳釜”。其取材皆为无污染纯天然矿料,乾子透气性强,导热慢,其作用之水适合泡不同种类的茶。火山岩泥密度较低,含有多种极益于人体的多种矿物质,能起到软化水质的作用,使茶汤、药膳等入口自然、回甘悠长、喉韵倍增。其蜂巢状气孔结构透气性远优于其它储水容器,其较大的矿藏储量,为产业化发展提供了坚实的基础。但是,由于目前市场上类似优质原料匮乏,功效不佳、配方不丰富、搭配不科学、烧成不稳定、手感差、表面粗糙;且更有益于健康的高温陶稀缺、技术上不易实现。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种柴烧药膳釜及其制备方法。本发明的工艺和配方制成的药膳釜不仅可以通过1200度以上的高温使有害物析出几乎为零,使饮食更加安全;同时不会使陶器瓷化,还可让其透气性和透香性更优;克服了传统技法中不施釉即会缓慢渗漏的缺陷,并使外壁手感更好,光泽度更均匀,颗粒更饱满;最重要的是,还将其养生功效最大化。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种柴烧药膳釜,制备所述药膳釜的泥料包括:85-99.5%重量百分含量的古州火山岩制成的基料和0.5-15%重量百分含量的养生添加剂;
述养生添加剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:钾长石5份、石墨粉10份、电气石40份、蛋白石15份、蛇纹石18份、铝质粘土7份、奇冰石12份、北投石2份、石英2 份、贝壳 12份。
一种柴烧药膳釜的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
1)、研磨:将上述原料露天放置,经数月自然风化后,研磨成粉,过筛至60目;
2)、炼泥:按照比例将上步中的原料粉混合成泥料,然后加入山泉水进行搅拌 ,混合泥料与山泉水的重量比为100:35,混合泥料与山泉水的搅拌在炼泥机内进行;
3)、陈腐:将炼制好的泥料等份,用油纸封装置于缸内密封,将缸置于密闭环境中静置2年;
4)、制胚:将陈腐好的泥料,通过手工拍打泥片,手塑成型;
5)、煅烧:将所述模胚放入电窑进行煅烧时间20h,煅烧温度为 1100℃保持温度20小时,自动降温即可;
6)、修胚:通过对上步中一次烧成的器物进行几何标准测量后,利用整口机修整设备进行修整,用物理方法达到几何上的规整;
7)、煅烧:将上步中的修胚置于柴窑进行第二次煅烧,煅烧温度为1100℃,保持温度60小时,自动降温即可;
所述的柴窑包括预热室、燃烧室、拱顶、窑门、烟囱、窑底和排烟孔,其中,在进行烧制时,柴窑要先通过预热室进行预热,数个燃烧室呈阶梯状串连在一起,预热室与位于最低处的燃烧室连接,在预热室和燃烧室一侧均设置有窑门,预热室和燃烧室的顶部通过拱形拱顶封闭,燃烧室底部设置有呈斜坡状的窑底,窑底上方设置有炉栅,在每个燃烧室的顶部设置有烟囱,燃烧室内部与烟囱通过排烟孔。
本发明与现有技术相比其有益效果是:本发明制得的药膳釜制品,对水质的软化更佳;并可以改变水质的PH值至最宜人体饮用标准的弱碱性(7.1-8.2之间)水;可持续释放多种有益元素到水中,提升养生性。器壁具有更好的透气性;器身颗粒丰满、光泽度均匀,手感细腻温润。

图1为本发明中煅烧用的柴窑的结构示意图。
具体实施方式
一种柴烧药膳釜,制备所述药膳釜的泥料包括:85-99.5%重量百分含量的古州火山岩制成的基料和0.5-15%重量百分含量的养生添加剂;
述养生添加剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:钾长石5份、石墨粉10份、电气石40份、蛋白石15份、蛇纹石18份、铝质粘土7份、奇冰石12份、北投石2份、石英2 份、贝壳 12份。
一种柴烧药膳釜的制备方法,它包括以下步骤:
1)、研磨:将上述原料露天放置,经数月自然风化后,研磨成粉,过筛至60目;
2)、炼泥:按照比例将上步中的原料粉混合成泥料,然后加入山泉水进行搅拌 ,混合泥料与山泉水的重量比为100:35,混合泥料与山泉水的搅拌在炼泥机内进行;
3)、陈腐:将炼制好的泥料等份,用油纸封装置于缸内密封,将缸置于密闭环境中静置2年;
4)、制胚:将陈腐好的泥料,通过手工拍打泥片,手塑成型;
5)、煅烧:将所述模胚放入电窑进行煅烧时间20h,煅烧温度为 1100℃保持温度20小时,自动降温即可;
6)、修胚:通过对上步中一次烧成的器物进行几何标准测量后,利用整口机修整设备进行修整,用物理方法达到几何上的规整;
7)、煅烧:将上步中的修胚置于柴窑进行第二次煅烧,煅烧温度为1100℃,保持温度60小时,自动降温即可;
如图1,所述的柴窑包括预热室1、燃烧室2、拱顶3、窑门4、烟囱5、窑底6和排烟孔7,其中,在进行烧制时,柴窑要先通过预热室1进行预热,数个燃烧室2呈阶梯状串连在一起,预热室1与位于最低处的燃烧室2连接,在预热室1和燃烧室2一侧均设置有窑门4,预热室1和燃烧室2的顶部通过拱形拱顶3封闭,燃烧室2底部设置有呈斜坡状的窑底6,窑底6一侧下方设置有炉栅8,在每个燃烧室2的顶部设置有烟囱5,燃烧室2内部与烟囱5通过排烟孔7。
Claims (2)
1.一种柴烧药膳釜,其特征在于,制备所述药膳釜的泥料包括:85%重量百分含量的古州火山岩制成的基料和15%重量百分含量的养生添加剂;
所述养生添加剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:钾长石5份、石墨粉10份、电气石40份、蛋白石15份、蛇纹石18份、铝质粘土7份、奇冰石12份、北投石2份、石英2 份、贝壳 12份。
2.权利要求1所述的一种柴烧药膳釜的制备方法,其特征在于,它包括以下步骤:
1)、研磨:将上述原料露天放置,经数月自然风化后,研磨成粉,过筛至60目;
