技术领域
本发明涉及管道、设备保温技术领域,具体涉及一种功能性可拆卸式保温套。
背景技术
保温材料分为有机和无机两类:1、无机保温材料,常用的有泡沫混凝土、矿棉、石棉、玻璃棉、蛭石、硅藻土、膨胀珍珠岩以及岩棉等;2、有机保温材料,随着化学工业的发展,如聚氨酯硬质泡沫塑料等已在供热管道上使用。这种保温材料热导率小、耐腐蚀性好、吸水率低、质轻、强度大、加工成型简单,但耐温程度有待进一步提高。供热管道的保温一般由保温层和保护层两部分构成。为防止腐蚀,先要在管子表面涂上防锈材料。保温层的厚度由技术经济决定。保护层一般用石棉水泥涂抹或用沥青玻璃布、金属皮包覆。必要时,在保护层外还应采取防水措施。保护层的外表面应当整洁、光滑、美观并与周围环境相协调,有时还刷上一层色漆,以区别不同用途的管道。供热管道保温结构的施工方法有涂抹式、灌筑式、填充式、绑扎式和预制式,其中绑扎式和预制式结构使用广泛。
供热管网在热量从热源输送到用户系统的过程中,由于管道内的温度高于周围环境温度,热量将不断地散失到周围环境中,从而形成供热管网的散热损失。管道保温广泛用于液体、气体的输送管网、化工管道保温工程石油、化工、集中供热热网、中央空调通风管道、市政工程等。保温的主要目的是减少在输送过程中的热损失,节约燃料、保证温度。热网运行经验表明,即使有良好的保温,热水管网的热损失仍占总输送热量的5%-8%,蒸汽管网占8%-12%,而相应的保温结构费用占整个管道费用的25%-40%。供热管网的保温是减少供热管网散热损失,提高供热输送热效率的重要措施,然而增加保温厚度会带来投资的增加,因此如何确定保温厚度达到最佳的效果是供热管网节能的重要内容。
申请公开号为CN106838546A的中国专利公开了一种可拆卸式蒸汽管道及设备保温套,包括保温衣拼接处,一侧端口设置一个缩口,在该缩口内壁设置一防水凸筋或凹槽,而与之拼接的另一侧端口形成一与所述缩口相匹配的扩口,在扩口上设置有相应的防水凹槽或凸筋;所述保温衣设有外层、内层和中间层;本发明的一种可拆卸式蒸汽管道及设备保温套,由多个保温衣组成,可拆卸,降低了大规模更换保温套的可能性,减少了对管道的影响;由无机盐纤维层、铝箔玻纤布和铝箔气囊反射层组成的复合式保温毡隔热性能优异;软性的保温套可以满足良好的贴覆性能,密封性能好;各个分部本身密封防水性能好,使用寿命长。相较于市场上现存的管道保温设备便携很多,但是在长期使用时更换损耗率较大。
申请公开号为CN105318143A的中国发明专利公开了一种管道保温装置,它包括成对并间隔固定套设在高温管道3上的支撑环4,所述支撑环上固定设置有外壳体2,所述外壳体上设置有保温涂料层1,所述支撑环、管道和外壳体之间间隔形成有蓄热保温腔5。本发明由于外壳板、管道和支撑环之间间隔形成有呈环体状的蓄热保温腔。它具有节能环保、结构简单、密封性好、保温层质轻、不需填充任何隔热保温材料,施工简便的优点,但是其保温效果有待提高,且在更换过程中破损率大。
目前,市场上存在的管道保温材料质量良莠不齐,制造成本较高、寿命较短尤其是保温性能较差,安装复杂,耗费大量人力物力,因此研究低成本、高性能、安装便携的管道保温结构,具有广泛的市场应用价值。

优选的,所述基础保温层、第二保温层和第三保温层为高温玻璃棉、硅酸铝针织毯以及纳米气凝胶毡的一种或多种,其中高温玻璃棉容重为48kg/m3,厚度为3~5cm;硅酸铝针织毯容重为96~220kg/m3,厚度为3~5cm;纳米气凝胶毡容重为150~210kg/m3,厚度为0.5~1cm。
优选的,所述的基础反射层、第二反射层和第三反射层为铝箔玻纤布,铝箔玻纤布的面密度为140~290g/m2
优选的,所述外护层的内层材料为高硅氧玻纤布,容重为550~650kg/m3,长期耐受温度在800℃以上;外护层的外层材料为阻燃防火材料,包含硅胶布、芳纶编织布、铝箔玻纤布中的一种或多种。

如附图1所示,本发明所述的一种功能性可拆卸式保温套,包含固定搭扣、保温复合层和外护层7;所述的保温复合层包含由内到外的基础保温层1、基础反射层2、第二保温层3、第二反射层4、第三保温层5、第三反射层6,上述各层均通过缝合形成完整的环形结构;所述的外护层7设置在保温复合层的外侧,外护层7由两个环状结构拼接而成,固定搭扣设置在外护层7的拼接处。
所述的基础保温层1为高温玻璃棉,容重为48kg/m3,厚度为5cm;所述基础反射层2为铝箔玻纤布,面密度为210g/m2;所述第二保温层3为硅酸铝纤维毯,容重为196kg/m3,厚度为5cm;所述第二反射层4为铝箔玻纤布,厚度为4mm;所述第三保温层5为纳米气凝胶毡,容重为210kg/m3,厚度为1cm;所述第三反射层6为铝箔玻纤布,面密度为210g/m2;所述外护层7的内层材料为高硅氧玻纤布,容重为600kg/m3,可长期耐800℃以上,外层材料为阻燃防火材料硅胶布。
