Abstract
一种超高温预制直埋保温管及保温方法。目前原有保温技术,采用聚氨酯、岩棉和硅酸盐等保温材料技术对超高温管道进行保温,虽然上述这种结构会起到一定的保温作用,能源散失率高,且保温层寿命短。一种超高温预制直埋保温管,其组成包括:钢管(1)、气凝胶保温层(2)和聚氨酯保温层(3),钢管外壁采用岩棉呈环状进行封闭包裹,形成岩棉保温层,岩棉保温层外侧采用气凝胶毡呈环状进行封闭包裹,形成气凝胶保温层,气凝胶保温层外侧均匀的包裹有热反射层,气凝胶保温层和反射层的外侧通过聚氨酯喷涂形成硬质聚氨酯喷涂发泡,形成聚氨酯保温层。本发明应用于供热、供冷、石油石化、船舶领域使用的2000℃超高温预制隔热保温管道。
Description
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种超高温预制直埋保温管及保温方法,解决了2000℃管道的保温技术少、保温效果差,导热系数高,能源散失高,保温层寿命短、高温不安全等问题。
背景技术:
目前原有保温技术,采用聚氨酯、岩棉和硅酸盐等保温材料技术对超高温管道进行保温,虽然上述这种结构会起到一定的保温作用,但导热系数高,能源散失率高,且保温层寿命短。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种超高温预制直埋保温管及保温方法。
上述的目的通过以下的技术方案实现:
一种超高温预制直埋保温管,其组成包括:钢管、岩棉保温层、气凝胶保温层和聚氨酯保温层,所述的钢管外壁采用岩棉呈环状进行封闭包裹,形成岩棉保温层,所述的岩棉保温层外侧采用气凝胶毡呈环状进行封闭包裹,形成所述的气凝胶保温层,所述的气凝胶保温层外侧均匀的包裹有热反射层,所述的气凝胶保温层和所述的反射层的外侧通过聚氨酯喷涂形成硬质聚氨酯喷涂发泡,形成所述的聚氨酯保温层,所述的聚氨酯保温层的外侧安装有金属防护层。
所述的超高温预制直埋保温管,根据温度的升高,可采取再增加多层所述的气凝胶保温层和所述的热反射层的安装,所述的气凝胶保温层和所述的反射层之间采取不锈钢金属环状卡箍对包裹的保温层进行固定。
所述的超高温预制直埋保温管,所述的气凝胶保温层单独使用时,外侧通过玻璃丝布均匀缠绕固定。
所述的超高温预制直埋保温管,所述的气凝胶毡封闭包裹的厚度与气凝胶隔热温度呈正比。
所述的超高温预制直埋保温管,所述的钢管是经过焊接探伤处理和防腐处理后的高温输送管道。
所述的超高温预制直埋保温管的保温方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
在耐高温的管道外壁采用岩棉进行封闭包裹,然后在岩棉保温层外面再采用气凝胶毡进行封闭包裹,封闭包裹的厚度要根据使用的气凝胶隔热温度,对管道最高温和实现的保温效果数据进行计算厚度,最后在气凝胶外部采用聚氨酯喷涂方法进行硬质聚氨酯喷涂发泡,实现硬质聚氨酯喷涂封闭保温,最后在聚氨酯外部制作金属防护层,实现高温管道保温。
本发明的有益效果:
1.本发明实现了降低导热系数低,提高安全、防火等级,保温性能强,使用寿命长,能源高效利用,实现明显的节能减排。
本发明耐高温,可达2000℃,不产生碳化和降解现象;防火等级最高,达到建筑A级防火等级,可耐2000℃火焰;超低导热系数,100℃,导热系数0.022W/MK,200℃,导热系数0.027W/MK, 500℃,导热系数0.052W/MK。只有传统保温材料的20%;防水性最强,憎水率达99.5%;寿命最长,20年以上无需更换;节能高:节能率达30-50%。
本发明的气凝胶的98%为空气,最小密度为3.55kg/m³,是已知的最轻固体,具有低密度、高孔隙率、地导热系数、低折射率,是新型轻质多孔纳米技术材料,由于主要材料为二氧化硅,也称为二氧化硅气凝胶。

实施例1:
一种超高温预制直埋保温管,其组成包括:钢管5、岩棉保温层4、气凝胶保温层3和聚氨酯保温层2,所述的钢管外壁采用岩棉呈环状进行封闭包裹,形成岩棉保温层,所述的岩棉保温层外侧采用气凝胶毡呈环状进行封闭包裹,形成所述的气凝胶保温层,所述的气凝胶保温层外侧均匀的包裹有热反射层,所述的气凝胶保温层和所述的反射层的外侧通过聚氨酯喷涂形成硬质聚氨酯喷涂发泡,形成所述的聚氨酯保温层,所述的聚氨酯保温层的外侧安装有金属防护层1。
实施例2:
根据实施例1所述的超高温预制直埋保温管,根据温度的升高,可采取再增加多层所述的气凝胶保温层和所述的热反射层的安装,所述的气凝胶保温层和所述的反射层之间采取不锈钢金属环状卡箍对包裹的保温层进行固定。
实施例3:
根据实施例1或2所述的超高温预制直埋保温管,所述的气凝胶保温层单独使用时,外侧通过玻璃丝布均匀缠绕固定。

根据实施例1或2或3所述的超高温预制直埋保温管,所述的气凝胶毡封闭包裹的厚度与气凝胶隔热温度呈正比。

一种实施例1—5之一所述的超高温预制直埋保温管的保温方法,该方法包括如下步骤:
在耐高温的管道外壁采用岩棉进行封闭包裹,然后在岩棉保温层外面再采用气凝胶毡进行封闭包裹,封闭包裹的厚度要根据使用的气凝胶隔热温度,对管道最高温和实现的保温效果数据进行计算厚度,最后在气凝胶外部采用聚氨酯喷涂方法进行硬质聚氨酯喷涂发泡,实现硬质聚氨酯喷涂封闭保温,最后在聚氨酯外部制作金属防护层,实现高温管道保温。
实施例7:
高温输送管道经过焊接探伤处理和防腐处理后,在室温的状态下,根据温度介质选择的耐450-2000℃高温的气凝胶保温层,将高温管道呈环状包裹住。然后,根据介质温度和保温需求,采取热反射层进行包裹气凝胶保温层,根据温度,可采取再增加多层的气凝胶保温层和热反射层的安装。
实施例8:
外护管制作或复合外护管制作:
外护管是对气凝胶保温层和热反射层给予防护,根据温度可采取聚氨酯复合保护、硅酸盐复合保护等,再安装金属外护管,也可直接安装金属外护管。
实施例9:
在室温的状态下,不能带温操作,根据温度介质选择的耐450-2000℃高温的气凝胶保温层,将高温管道呈环状包裹住,同时根据介质温度和保温需求,采用热反射层进行包裹气凝胶保温层,根据温度的升高,可采取再增加多层的气凝胶保温层和热反射层的安装。
实施例10:
气凝胶保温层和热反射层的安装固定,可采取不锈钢金属环状卡箍对包裹的保温层进行固定,保温层的压缝处理采用压敏胶带封闭,单独使用气凝胶保温时,在外面使用玻璃丝布进行缠绕固定。
实施例11:
本新型适用于-50-2000℃的温度范围的预制隔热保温管道,管道型号为DN15mm-2000mm。

1.一种超高温预制直埋保温管,其组成包括:钢管、岩棉保温层、气凝胶保温层和聚氨酯保温层,其特征是:所述的钢管外壁采用岩棉呈环状进行封闭包裹,形成所述的岩棉保温层,所述的岩棉保温层外侧采用气凝胶毡呈环状进行封闭包裹,形成所述的气凝胶保温层,所述的气凝胶保温层外侧均匀的包裹有热反射层,所述的气凝胶保温层和所述的反射层的外侧通过聚氨酯喷涂形成硬质聚氨酯喷涂发泡,形成所述的聚氨酯保温层,所述的聚氨酯保温层的外侧安装有金属防护层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的超高温预制直埋保温管,其特征是:根据温度的升高,采取再增加多层所述的气凝胶保温层和所述的热反射层的安装,所述的气凝胶保温层和所述的反射层之间采取不锈钢金属环状卡箍对包裹的保温层进行固定。
