Abstract
本发明涉及一种偏心蝶阀,具体的说是一种双阀板单轴四连杆偏心蝶阀,属于蝶阀结构技术领域。其包括阀体、主阀座、副阀座、主阀板、副阀板、驱动轴、曲柄、牵引板和吊架,驱动轴中部固接曲柄,曲柄上端通过第一销轴转动连接牵引板,牵引板后端通过第二销轴转动连接连杆;牵引板前端通过螺栓连接主阀板,主阀板前端通过多个连接组件连接副阀板;阀体内侧壁从内向外依次焊接主阀座和副阀座,主阀板位于主阀座内侧并能够与主阀座密封配合,副阀板位于副阀座内侧并能够与副阀座密封配合。本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,工作稳定可靠,通过四连杆机构带动阀板运动,避免了运动过程中阀板与阀体干涉,同时提高了密封性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种偏心蝶阀,具体的说是一种双阀板单轴四连杆偏心蝶阀,属于蝶阀结构技术领域。
背景技术
现有技术中,一般由两个台阀组成阀组,中间通氮气密封。如台阀采用高性能密封蝶阀会导致成本过高,如采用普通风阀则会泄漏太大,耗费氮气太多,使用成本太高。
本发明是将2台阀组成的阀组简化为一台阀,同时提高了密封性能,阀门成本和用户的使用成本大幅度下降。阀门体积小,重量轻。采用四联杆机构阀门扭矩小,密封性能可靠。该阀主要用于化工或环保行业尾气放散场合。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足之处,从而提供一种双阀板单轴四连杆偏心蝶阀,通过四连杆机构带动阀板运动,避免了运动过程中阀板与阀体干涉,同时提高了密封性能。
按照本发明提供的技术方案,双阀板单轴四连杆偏心蝶阀包括阀体、主阀座、副阀座、主阀板、副阀板、驱动轴、曲柄、牵引板和吊架,其特征是:阀体内横向设有驱动轴,驱动轴的两端伸出阀体并连接轴承座;驱动轴中部固接曲柄,曲柄上端通过第一销轴转动连接牵引板,牵引板后端通过第二销轴转动连接连杆,连杆下端通过第三销轴转动连接吊架,吊架通过螺栓固定在阀体上;牵引板前端通过螺栓连接主阀板,主阀板前端通过多个连接组件连接副阀板;阀体内侧壁从内向外依次焊接主阀座和副阀座,主阀板位于主阀座内侧并能够与主阀座密封配合,副阀板位于副阀座内侧并能够与副阀座密封配合。
进一步的,阀体和驱动轴之间设有填料,填料外侧设有填料压盖将填料压紧。
进一步的,连接组件包括连接螺栓和锁紧螺母,连接螺栓上连接锁紧螺母。
本发明与已有技术相比具有以下优点:
本发明结构简单、紧凑、合理,工作稳定可靠,通过四连杆机构带动阀板运动,避免了运动过程中阀板与阀体干涉,同时提高了密封性能。

具体实施方式
下面本发明将结合附图中的实施例作进一步描述:
如图1~2所示,本发明主要包括阀体1、主阀座2、副阀座3、主阀板4、副阀板5、驱动轴6、曲柄7、牵引板9和吊架10。
阀体1内横向设有驱动轴6,驱动轴6的两端伸出阀体1并连接轴承座11。阀体1和驱动轴6之间设有填料13,填料13外侧设有填料压盖12将填料13压紧。
驱动轴6中部固接曲柄7,曲柄7上端通过第一销轴8转动连接牵引板9。牵引板9后端通过第二销轴15转动连接连杆14,连杆14下端通过第三销轴16转动连接吊架10,吊架10通过螺栓固定在阀体1上。
牵引板9前端通过螺栓连接主阀板4,主阀板4前端通过多个连接组件连接副阀板5。阀体1内侧壁从内向外依次焊接主阀座2和副阀座3,主阀板4位于主阀座2内侧并能够与主阀座2密封配合,副阀板5位于副阀座3内侧并能够与副阀座3密封配合。
所述连接组件包括连接螺栓17和锁紧螺母18,连接螺栓17上连接锁紧螺母18,通过锁紧螺母17将连接螺栓17与主阀板4和副阀板5锁紧。
本发明的工作原理是:在工作时,外部驱动机构连接驱动轴,驱动轴转动带动曲柄转动,曲柄又带动牵引板前后运动,牵引板随之带动连接成一体的主阀板和副阀板密封或开启阀体。本发明通过四连杆机构带动阀板运动,避免了运动过程中阀板与阀体干涉,双层阀板结构大大提高了阀体密封性能。

1.一种双阀板单轴四连杆偏心蝶阀,包括阀体(1)、主阀座(2)、副阀座(3)、主阀板(4)、副阀板(5)、驱动轴(6)、曲柄(7)、牵引板(9)和吊架(10),其特征是:阀体(1)内横向设有驱动轴(6),驱动轴(6)的两端伸出阀体(1)并连接轴承座(11);驱动轴(6)中部固接曲柄(7),曲柄(7)上端通过第一销轴(8)转动连接牵引板(9),牵引板(9)后端通过第二销轴(15)转动连接连杆(14),连杆(14)下端通过第三销轴(16)转动连接吊架(10),吊架(10)通过螺栓固定在阀体(1)上;牵引板(9)前端通过螺栓连接主阀板(4),主阀板(4)前端通过多个连接组件连接副阀板(5);阀体(1)内侧壁从内向外依次焊接主阀座(2)和副阀座(3),主阀板(4)位于主阀座(2)内侧并能够与主阀座(2)密封配合,副阀板(5)位于副阀座(3)内侧并能够与副阀座(3)密封配合。
