本发明涉及一种车辆电动尾门撑杆止转结构,包括导向杆、螺旋丝杆、丝杆螺母,丝杆螺母与导向杆铆接固定,螺旋丝杆通过丝杆螺母在导向杆内转动,其特征在于,所述螺旋丝杆深入导向杆一端设有弹性挡圈卡簧,导向杆远离丝杆螺母一端设置有螺纹槽,螺纹槽的直径大于弹性挡圈卡簧的直径。本发明装配简单,生产效率高,可以有效防止丝杆转动和脱落。

技术领域
本发明涉及属于汽车零部件领域,具体涉及一种车辆电动尾门撑杆止转结构。
背景技术
现有电动尾门撑杆,是利用直流减速电机带动丝杆转动使汽车尾门完成开启与关闭。丝杆的转动需要限位止转结构来限定尾门开启的最大角度,一般丝杆限位结构有两种,一种是轴套侧面铆接,表面植绒,轴套侧面铆接工艺简单,但轴套侧面铆接强度低,存在一些潜在的失效模式,另一种是塑料件和金属平垫轴向铆接,轴向铆接,冲压力大,工艺相对复杂,容易将丝杆损坏。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种汽车电动尾门撑杆止转结构,可以有效防止丝杆转动和脱落。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种车辆电动尾门撑杆止转结构,包括导向杆、螺旋丝杆、丝杆螺母,丝杆螺母与导向杆铆接连接,螺旋丝杆通过丝杆螺母在导向杆内转动,其特征在于,所述螺旋丝杆深入导向杆一端设有弹性挡圈卡簧,导向杆远离丝杆螺母一端设置有螺纹槽,螺纹槽的直径大于弹性挡圈卡簧的直径。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性挡圈卡簧与螺旋丝杆之间依次设置有金属挡圈和POM挡头。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述POM挡头采用POM材质。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述弹性挡圈卡簧的结构采用无凸耳设计。
本发明具有以下优点:
1、装配简单,生产效率高;
2、可以有效防止丝杆转动和脱落;
3、噪音小、拆换容易、可反复使用、性能稳定。

具体实施方式
下面结合具体附图对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1所示,一种车辆电动尾门撑杆丝杆止转结构,它分别由导向杆1、弹性挡圈卡簧2、金属挡圈3、POM挡头4、螺旋丝杆5、丝杆螺母6等零部件构成。丝杆螺母6与导向杆1铆接连接,螺纹槽1-1用于连接外部球头,螺旋丝杆5通过丝杆螺母6在导向杆1内位移转动,直至螺旋丝杆5深入导向杆1一端设有的弹性挡圈卡簧2被导向1杆远离丝杆螺母一端设置的螺纹槽1-1处内的外部球头阻挡而停止移动,螺旋丝杆5向下运动时因POM挡块4受到丝杆螺母6的端面阻挡而停止移动,最终达到了使螺旋丝杆5止转的效果。
所述的弹性挡圈卡簧2压入螺旋丝杆5上的卡簧槽,完全挡住金属挡圈3,使金属挡圈3处于固定状态,所述的POM挡头4,被金属挡圈3挡住。POM挡头4主要用于螺旋丝杆5内部导向,POM挡头4在螺纹导向杆1内壁滑动。
所述的挡头4采用的是POM材质,POM材质有一定耐摩特性。
所述的弹性挡圈卡簧2的结构采用的是挡圈的特殊工艺设计,无凸耳设计,不会干涉其它零配件,安装简单、拆换容易、可反复使用、性能稳定。
具体工作原理:本发明中设计的一种尾门电动撑杆的丝杆止转结构,是利用弹性挡圈卡簧2,挡住丝杆的止转,同时引用POM材质的特性作为内导向的滑动块,减少摩擦系数,降低噪音。有效的保证了撑杆丝杆止转,降低撑杆运行噪音,进一步优化电动尾门撑杆的结构。

1.一种车辆电动尾门撑杆止转结构,包括导向杆(1)、螺旋丝杆(5)、丝杆螺母(6),丝杆螺母(6)与导向杆(1)铆接连接,螺旋丝杆(5)通过丝杆螺母(6)在导向杆(1)内转动,其特征在于,所述螺旋丝杆(5)深入导向杆(1)一端设有弹性挡圈卡簧(2),导向杆(1)远离丝杆螺母(6)一端设置有螺纹槽(1-1),螺纹槽(1-1)的直径大于弹性挡圈卡簧(2)的直径。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种车辆电动尾门撑杆止转结构,其特征在于,所述弹性挡圈卡簧(2)与螺旋丝杆(5)之间依次设置有金属挡圈(3)和POM挡头(4)。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的一种车辆电动尾门撑杆止转结构,其特征在于,所述POM挡头(4)采用POM材质。
4.如权利要求3所述的一种车辆电动尾门撑杆止转结构,其特征在于,所述弹性挡圈卡簧(2)的结构采用无凸耳设计。
