Abstract

本发明涉及一种宽内圈轴承用锁紧装置。它含有轴承内圈,轴承内圈内有衬套,衬套一端与轴承内圈的一端间有锁紧螺母。轴承内圈的内圆和衬套的外圆均为锥形且二者的锥度相等。其特点是轴承内圈的大直径端伸出在外圈一端之外,衬套的大直径端伸出在轴承内圈的大直径端之外,衬套的外伸端外圆上有周向凸台。周向凸台内侧的衬套与轴承内圈间在圆周方向上呈固定配合,在轴向则呈滑动配合。锁紧螺母外端有用于是使衬套主轴间、衬套与轴承内圈间锁紧的周向内凸边。采用这种锁紧装置,不仅能确保轴承与主轴间的锁紧,延长轴承的使用寿命,还可节省钢材、降低生产成本。适用于宽内圈轴承与主轴间的连接。

宽内圈轴承用锁紧装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种轴承固定装置。具体说,是宽内圈轴承在安装使用状态下其内圈与主轴间连接用的锁紧装置。
背景技术
在机械制造行业都知道,轴承在安装使用状态下其内圈与主轴间需固定连接在一起。因此,在轴承上大都配有锁紧装置。传统的锁紧装置含有轴承内圈,轴承内圈内有衬套,该衬套的横截面为C字形,其一端与轴承内圈的一端间有锁紧螺母。轴承内圈的内圆和衬套的外圆均为锥形且二者的锥度相等,以便使内圈一端的内圆直径和衬套一端的外圆直径均大于另一端。衬套的小直径端伸出在轴承内圈的小直径端之外且加工有外螺纹,衬套的小直径端借助该外螺纹旋拧有锁紧螺母,使用时,通过旋紧锁紧螺母,可使衬套沿其轴向的大直径端向其小直径端滑动,从而实现轴承内圈与主轴间的固定连接。由于衬套的小直径端伸出在轴承内圈的小直径端之外且加工有与锁紧螺母配合的外螺纹,为满足外螺纹的加工需要,要求衬套的小直径端壁厚必须满足一定要求,因此,衬套的小直径端壁厚较厚。再一方面,由于衬套的小直径端加工有外螺纹,为使其具有一定的强度,也要求其壁厚不能太薄,常采用的壁厚在2.5~20mm之间。总之,传统锁紧装置的衬套小直径端壁厚较厚。由于衬套小直径端壁厚较厚,占用了轴承的有效空间,限制了轴承的尺寸,从而缩短了轴承的使用寿命。又由于衬套的小直径端壁厚较厚,使用的钢材多,生产成本较高。另外,由于衬套与内圈在圆周方向上无定位机构,衬套与轴承内圈间在圆周方向易滑动,使得轴承与主轴间难以锁紧。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种宽内圈轴承用锁紧装置。采用这种锁紧装置,不仅能确保轴承与主轴间的锁紧,延长轴承的使用寿命,还可节省钢材、降低生产成本。
为解决上述问题,采取以下技术方案:
本发明的宽内圈轴承用锁紧装置含有轴承内圈,轴承内圈内有衬套,该衬套的横截面为C字形,其一端与轴承内圈的一端间有锁紧螺母。轴承内圈的内圆和衬套的外圆均为锥形且二者的锥度相等,以便使轴承内圈一端的内圆直径和衬套一端的外圆直径均大于另一端。其特点是轴承内圈的大直径端伸出在外圈一端之外,衬套的大直径端伸出在轴承内圈的大直径端之外,衬套的外伸端外圆上有周向凸台。该周向凸台的外圆直径大于轴承内圈的内圆直径,其内侧的衬套外圆上和轴承内圈的大直径端内圆上均有轴向键槽,两轴向键槽内有定位键且二者间呈滑动配合。锁紧螺母外端有周向内凸边,该周向内凸边的内圆直径小于衬套大直径段上的周向凸台外圆直径,其内侧加工有周向凹槽,周向凹槽内有止动环,该止动环为C字形环。内圈的大直径端外圆上有螺纹,锁紧螺母借助该螺纹旋拧在轴承内圈的大直径端上并使其周向内凸边挡住衬套上的周向凸台。
为防止轴承内圈与衬套间在圆周方向上滑动,锁紧螺母上加工有径向螺孔,径向螺孔内有紧定螺钉。
采用上述方案,具有以下优点:
由上述方案可以看出,轴承内圈的大直径端外圆上加工有螺纹,锁紧螺母借助该螺纹旋拧在轴承内圈的大直径端上。使用时,通过旋拧锁紧螺母来带动衬套向其小直径端滑动。由于与锁紧螺母配合用的螺纹加工在轴承内圈的大直径端外圆上,不需在衬套的小直径端加工螺纹就可实现轴承与主轴间的固定,使得衬套的小直径端壁厚可以做得很薄。而衬套的小直径端壁厚一薄,其占用轴承的有效空间就少。衬套占用轴承的有效空间一少,轴承的尺寸就可增大。轴承的尺寸一大,其强度就高、使用寿命就长。又由于衬套的小直径端壁厚较薄,使用的钢材较少,使得生产成本较低。另外,由于衬套外圆上和内圈的大直径端内圆上均有轴向键槽,两轴向键槽内有定位键,可避免衬套与内圈间在圆周方向滑动,保证轴承与主轴间能够锁紧。

具体实施方式
如图1和图2所示,本发明的宽内圈轴承用锁紧装置含有轴承内圈9,轴承内圈9外面有保持架7、滚子6和轴承外圈8,轴承内圈9内有衬套12,该衬套的横截面为C字形,其在使用状态下套在主轴10上。轴承内圈9的内圆和衬套12的外圆均为锥形且二者的锥度相等,从而使轴承内圈9一端的内圆直径和衬套12一端的外圆直径均大于它们的另一端。轴承内圈9的大直径端伸出在轴承外圈8一端之外,衬套12的大直径端伸出在轴承内圈9的大直径端之外。衬套12的外伸端外圆上加工有周向凸台11,该周向凸台的外圆直径大于轴承内圈9的内圆直径,以便与轴承内圈9的外端相抵。周向凸台11内侧的衬套12外圆和轴承内圈9的大直径端内圆对应位置上均加工有轴向键槽,两轴向键槽内配有定位键5,且定位键5与两键槽间呈滑动配合。轴承内圈9的大直径端与衬套12的大直径端间设置有锁紧螺母4,该锁紧螺母的外端加工有周向内凸边2,周向内凸边2的内圆直径小于衬套12外伸端上的周向凸台11外圆直径,其内侧加工有周向凹槽,周向凹槽内设置有止动环1。该止动环为C字形环,在非压缩状态下其外圆与周向凹槽的槽底相抵,其外侧面在锁紧状态下与周向内凸边2相接触,其内侧面在锁紧状态下与衬套12大直径端的周向凸台11外侧面接触。轴承内圈9的大直径端外圆上加工有螺纹,锁紧螺母4借助该螺纹旋拧在轴承内圈9的大直径端上并使其周向内凸边2挡住衬套12上的周向凸台11。
为防止轴承内圈9与衬套12间在圆周方向上滑动,在锁紧螺母4上加工有径向螺孔,径向螺孔内配有紧定螺钉3。

Claims (2)

1.宽内圈轴承用锁紧装置,包括轴承内圈(9),轴承内圈(9)内有衬套(12),该衬套的横截面为C字形,其一端与轴承内圈(9)的一端间有锁紧螺母(4);轴承内圈(9)的内圆和衬套(12)的外圆均为锥形且二者的锥度相等,以便使轴承内圈(9)一端的内圆直径和衬套(12)一端的外圆直径均大于另一端;其特征在于轴承内圈(9)的大直径端伸出在轴承外圈(8)一端之外,衬套(12)的大直径端伸出在轴承内圈(9)的大直径端之外,衬套(12)的外伸端外圆上有周向凸台(11);该周向凸台的外圆直径大于轴承内圈(9)的内圆直径,其内侧的衬套(12)外圆上和轴承内圈(9)的大直径端内圆上均有轴向键槽,两轴向键槽内有定位键(5)且二者间呈滑动配合;锁紧螺母(4)外端有周向内凸边(2),该周向内凸边的内圆直径小于衬套(12)大直径端上的周向凸台(11)外圆直径,其内侧有周向凹槽,周向凹槽内有止动环(1),该止动环为C字形环;轴承内圈(9)的大直径端外圆上有螺纹,锁紧螺母(4)借助该螺纹旋拧在轴承内圈(9)的大直径端上并使其周向内凸边(2)挡住衬套(12)上的周向凸台(11)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的宽内圈轴承用锁紧装置,其特征在于锁紧螺母(4)上有径向螺孔,径向螺孔内有紧定螺钉(3)。
