Abstract
本发明公开了一种运输机货舱大门低振噪比的控制系统,该项目属航空技术领域,包括电子、机械学科,还涉及到控制原理技术。本发明通过对货舱大门驱动装置进行配置,提出货舱大门控制技术使用过程中出现的问题进行优化设计,使飞机满足复杂环境下低振噪比的使用要求。
Description
技术领域
本发明属于中型中程运输机舱门驱动技术,涉及一种飞机货舱大门控制技术。
背景技术
随着的运输装备不断强化,运输机除用来载运重型装备和人员外,还必须具备空投、空降功能。货舱大门是由电磁阀、液压锁、单向节流阀向作动筒开起腔供压,将货舱货舱大门打开。而货舱大门的关闭是经液压锁,向作动筒关闭腔供压,将货舱大门关闭的。在关闭货舱大门时,由于货舱大门自身的重量比较大,使得系统的回油压力达到安全阀入口压力的上限,造成货舱大门在关门初期安全阀频繁开启、关闭,使液压系统出现共振现象,导致液压系统啸叫。这种共振及啸叫现象,严重影响飞机的飞行安全。
发明内容
(一)发明目的:本发明克服了现有技术中的不足,用简单的控制方式提供了一种在进行运输装备或人员空投空降时,货舱大门能可靠地开关的技术。
(二)技术方案:一种运输机货舱大门低振噪比的控制系统,在现有货舱大门液压操纵系统的基础上,在液压锁和货舱大门作动筒之间的关门管路上增加延迟活门,货舱大门在关闭过程中,液压油在延迟活门作用下,先去开货舱大门上位锁,开锁后液压油再去货舱大门作动筒关闭腔进行关门。
(三)有益效果
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果(优点)是:本发明在设计上结构简单,涉及面小,可靠性较高,实现了在空投空降过程中将货舱大门可靠地进行开关运行。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图与具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细描述:
货舱大门液压操纵系统由货桥锁机构液压系统、货桥开关液压系统、货舱货舱大门开关液压系统组成。货桥的开启有空降、空投和地面三个位置,空投时货桥开到水平线下与水平线夹角4°20′,空降时货桥开到与水平线平齐。
货舱大门技术上采取了余度设计,货舱大门有电气开关自动控制和手动阀控制两种形式。使用电气开关控制形式时可自动完成全套操纵程序,电气开关自动控制配置了三种操纵方式:
①在正常情况下由右系统供压;
②应急操纵由左系统供压;
③用手摇泵—电动泵系统也可以应急操纵货舱大门。
使用手动阀控制货舱大门时遵循一定顺序进行,不能颠倒,开货舱大门顺序:开货舱大门—关货桥—开货桥锁—开货桥;关货舱大门顺序:开货桥锁—关货桥—货桥上锁—关货舱大门。
货舱大门液压系统内安全活门Y8C-5808-800在货舱大门开关过程中震动和啸叫是由于在关货舱大门的过程中,系统回油腔压力较高,使得安全活门Y8C-5808-800频繁打开,流量脉动造成货舱大门液压系统内压力脉动幅值过大、频率过高造成的。为解决此问题采取的措施:
1)增大关闭货舱大门时系统的回油流量:将飞机货舱大门液压系统中单向节流阀
16A4-1436-9的节流参数:压差10MPa时流量为4.8L/min调整为流量6L/min,经对照标准,采用16A4-1436-11单向节流阀。
2)减少关闭货舱大门时系统回油对安全阀入口瞬时冲击压力:在液压锁和货舱大门作动筒之间的关门管路上增加延迟活门Y8-5809-70,货舱大门在关闭过程中液压油在延迟活门作用下,先去开货舱大门上位锁,开锁后液压油再去货舱大门作动筒关闭腔进行关门。
经过以上解决措施,使货舱大门在收放过程中液压系统流量得到改变,参数匹配比较合理,避免了液压系统共振现象。并且货舱大门液压系统的开关门时间无变化。
采用16A4-1436-11单向节流阀,以及在关门腔增加延迟活门Y8-5809-70的措施来解决货舱大门液压系统关闭时啸叫的故障,新增的附件单向节流阀16A4-1436-11为标准件,延迟活门Y8-5809-70为现有装机产品,改装时可直接选用。并且飞机上有合适的安装空间。并且在多架机上进行地面和飞行试验验证,均表明啸叫现象消失,系统工作正常,收放时间符合技术要求,达到了运输机货舱大门低振噪比优化的目的。
Claims (1)
1.一种运输机货舱大门低振噪比的控制系统,其特征在于:在现有货舱大门液压操纵系统的基础上,在液压锁和货舱大门作动筒之间的关门管路上增加延迟活门,同时将货舱大门液压操作系统中单向节流阀的节流参数调整为:压差10MPa时流量为4.8L/min调整为流量6L/min;货舱大门在关闭过程中,液压油在延迟活门作用下,先去开货舱大门上位锁,开锁后液压油再去货舱大门作动筒关闭腔进行关门;所述货舱大门技术上采取了余度设计,货舱大门有电气开关自动控制和手动阀控制两种形式;使用电气开关控制形式时可自动完成全套操纵程序,电气开关自动控制配置了三种操纵方式:
①在正常情况下由右系统供压;
②应急操纵由左系统供压;
③用手摇泵—电动泵系统也可以应急操纵货舱大门。
