Abstract
本发明提出了一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉及溶液;配方粉,包括茶叶提取物和一种或多种人体所含的无机盐;所述的茶叶提取物为茶多酚;其中茶多酚与无机盐的比例为0.05‑1:1。所述的茶叶提取物还包括茶氨酸和茶多糖,或者两种中的一种。所述的无机盐为氯化钠或氯化镁;本发明是以茶叶提取物为原料,除了能够清洗之外还能够抑制病原微生物生长、提高抵抗力、促进鼻腔组织康复,本发明的渗透压与细胞渗透压相当,因此使用舒适。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鼻腔保健的冲洗液及配方,具体涉及一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉及溶液。
背景技术
茶是源自我国的历史悠久的日常保健饮品,其功效得到广泛认可。现代科技对茶叶成分的研究非常深入,由此而将对茶叶的开发利用推进到食品、保健品、药品领域。同时,我国鼻炎患者众多,虽然有中西医多种治疗方法,但仍有许多反复发作和迁延不愈的患者。目前国内外都流行一种保健方法,就是定期以一定浓度的氯化钠溶液冲洗鼻腔,具有一定的效果。但是,这种冲洗液大多是0.9%左右的氯化钠溶液(相当于生理盐水的浓度),仅仅发挥清洗作用,效果有限。针对这一不足,我们将茶叶当中的成分用于鼻腔冲洗,利用这些目前研究公认具有抑菌、抗氧化、抗过敏作用的成分,来达到对鼻腔的保健作用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术的不足,提出了一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉及溶液。
一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉,包括茶叶提取物和一种或多种人体所含的无机盐;所述的茶叶提取物为茶多酚;其中茶多酚与无机盐的比例为0.05-1:1。
所述的茶叶提取物还包括茶氨酸和茶多糖,或者两种中的一种。
所述的无机盐为氯化钠或氯化镁;
作为优选,茶多酚、茶氨酸、茶多糖和氯化钠的质量比为(0.05-1):(0-1.75):(0-7.6):1;茶叶提取物与氯化钠的质量比;
一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉的溶液,将茶叶提取物,人体所含的无机盐的一种或多种,溶于水,得到溶液的渗透压为200-400mmol/L。
作为优选,所述的茶叶提取物还包括茶氨酸和茶多糖,或者两种中的一种。
作为优选,得到溶液的渗透压为280-320mmol/L。
作为优选,得到溶液的张力与鼻粘膜细胞等张溶液的张力相等。
有益效果:本发明是以茶叶提取物为原料,除了能够清洗之外还能够抑制病原微生物生长、提高抵抗力、促进鼻腔组织康复,本发明的渗透压与细胞渗透压相当,因此使用舒适。
具体实施方式
实施例一:茶叶提取物为基础的配方溶液,按重量分别称茶多酚0.05克、茶氨酸0.033克、茶多糖0.025克、氯化钠1克,加入水得到溶液的渗透压为200mmol/L,将配方溶液加入炎性鼻黏膜培养基,鼻黏膜细胞无明显毒性反应;与生理盐水相比,本配方液可使鼻黏膜炎性反应降低。
实施例二:茶叶提取物为基础的配方溶液,按重量分别称茶多酚1克、茶氨酸1.75克、茶多糖7.6克、氯化钠1克,加入水得到溶液的渗透压为280mmol/L。将配方溶液加入炎性鼻黏膜培养基,鼻黏膜细胞无明显毒性反应;与生理盐水相比,本配方液可使鼻黏膜炎性反应降低。
实施例三:茶叶提取物为基础的配方溶液,按重量分别称茶多酚0.5克、茶多糖0.1克、氯化钠0.8克,加入水得到溶液的渗透压为300mmol/L。按照配方各成分浓度加入炎性鼻黏膜培养基,鼻黏膜细胞无明显毒性反应;与生理盐水相比,本配方液可使鼻黏膜炎性反应降低。
实施例四:茶叶提取物为基础的配方溶液,按重量分别称茶多酚0.5克、氯化钠4.5克,加入500ml水得到溶液的渗透压约为310mmol/L。按照配方各成分浓度加入炎性鼻黏膜培养基,鼻黏膜细胞无明显毒性反应;与生理盐水相比,本配方液可使鼻黏膜炎性反应降低。
实施例五:茶叶提取物为基础的配方溶液,按重量分别称茶多酚1克、茶氨酸1.75克、氯化钠1克,加入水得到溶液的渗透压为320mmol/L。将配方溶液加入炎性鼻黏膜培养基,鼻黏膜细胞无明显毒性反应;与生理盐水相比,本配方液可使鼻黏膜炎性反应降低。
实施例六:茶叶提取物为基础的配方溶液,按重量分别称茶多酚1克、茶多糖3克、氯化镁5克,加入水得到溶液的渗透压为350mmol/L。将配方溶液加入炎性鼻黏膜培养基,鼻黏膜细胞无明显毒性反应;与生理盐水相比,本配方液可使鼻黏膜炎性反应降低。
实施例七:茶叶提取物为基础的配方溶液,按重量分别称茶多酚2克、茶氨酸1克、茶多糖0.5克、氯化镁2g,加入水得到溶液的渗透压为400mmol/L。将配方溶液加入炎性鼻黏膜培养基,鼻黏膜细胞无明显毒性反应;与生理盐水相比,本配方液可使鼻黏膜炎性反应降低。

1.一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉,其特征在于:包括茶叶提取物和一种或多种人体所含的无机盐;所述的茶叶提取物为茶多酚;其中茶多酚与无机盐的比例为0.05-1:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉,其特征在于:所述的茶叶提取物还包括茶氨酸和茶多糖,或者两种中的一种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉,其特征在于:所述的无机盐为氯化钠或氯化镁。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉,其特征在于:茶多酚、茶氨酸、茶多糖和氯化钠的质量比为(0.05-1):(0-1.75):(0-7.6):1;茶叶提取物与氯化钠的质量比。
5.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉的溶液,其特征在于:将茶叶提取物,人体所含的无机盐的一种或多种,溶于水,得到溶液的渗透压为200-400mmol/L。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉的溶液,其特征在于:所述的茶叶提取物还包括茶氨酸和茶多糖,或者两种中的一种。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉的溶液,其特征在于:得到溶液的渗透压为280-320mmol/L。
8.根据权利要求5或6所述的一种茶叶提取物为基础的配方粉的溶液,其特征在于:得到溶液的张力与鼻粘膜细胞等张溶液的张力相等。
