Abstract

本发明公开了一种提蛋鸭产蛋率的饲养方法,本发明中通过合理换料、增料,饲料中海藻粉的加入可增加鸭蛋含碘量,加深蛋黄颜色,添加的西兰花茎叶粉、柑橘果皮粉中氨基酸含量丰富,为蛋鸭提供了优质的蛋白资源,同时提高饲料中鸭蛋卵黄的有色物质‑叶黄素和类胡萝卜素,提高蛋黄色泽,此外添加霉菌抑制剂,防止饲料氧化变质,进一步保持蛋黄的颜色;通过增加光照不仅提高了鸭舍温度同时保持恒温,避免因温度不均匀而降低蛋鸭的产蛋率,还能够促进蛋鸭的脑下垂体分泌性激素,加速排卵,延长产蛋期,从而提高蛋鸭的产蛋率。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种家禽养殖技术领域,具体涉及一种提蛋鸭产蛋率的饲养方法。
背景技术
蛋鸭养殖与鸭蛋加工为我国传统的优势产业,颜色鲜亮、个大、出油多的咸鸭蛋黄一直以来是人们喜爱的食品。但是由于生态环境等因素的变化,我国蛋鸭养殖已由放养、半圈养的方式逐渐转向全圈养的集约化养殖,蛋鸭减少了在外界自然环境中获取天然色素的机会,导致蛋黄色泽变浅而影响鸭蛋的商品价值。蛋黄中的色素来源于饲料,家禽自身不能合成,主要是亲脂性的含氧(羟基、酮基)类胡萝卜素,其中含羟基类叶黄素呈现黄色,绿色植物及籽实含量较多。
由于西兰花的主要食用部位是花球,占植株50-60%叶片都被作为废弃物,西兰花茎叶,仅有约20%的茎叶以鲜叶方式饲喂畜禽,大部分茎叶在田里腐败,并引起空气污染及水体富营养化等环境问题;此外,我国饲料资源短缺问题已成为制约饲料工业可持续发展的瓶颈,开发西兰花茎叶作为非常规饲料原料,来代替部分常规饲料,可降低饲料成本,获得可观的经济价值。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了明提供一种提蛋鸭产蛋率的饲养方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种提蛋鸭产蛋率的饲养方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)喂料管理:
在蛋鸭在150-200日龄时,开始逐渐更换饲料,第一日使用产蛋鸭料替换掉原饲料中的6-13%,之后逐日增加蛋鸭饲料,减少原饲料量,控制日饲喂量不变,在6-9天内完成换料;
当产蛋率达到5%后,逐渐增加饲喂量,增喂牡蛎壳及青饲料,每只鸭每天增加2-4g饲料,至产蛋率连续3-5天保持稳定时,达到产蛋高峰期,控制日饲喂量不变,每天喂料3-5次,进行不定时地喂水,保证饮水充足;
当发现产蛋率下降时,在饲料中掺入鱼肝油,每只每天0.5mL,连续饲喂7-10天;
(2)光照环境控制:
使用普通电灯泡作光源进行人工补光,每20m2鸭舍安装1只40W的灯泡,在开始增加饲料的同时进行补光,每天增加光照30-50分钟,之后逐渐增加光照时间10-20分钟,直到达到产蛋高峰期,维持补光时间不变;
所述产蛋鸭料由25-40份玉米、10-16份豆粕、4-7份骨粉、1-3份磷酸氢钙、0.1-0.3份食盐、1-5份猪油、16-26份酒糟生物饲料、3-8份西兰花茎叶粉、2-5份海藻粉、4-10份柑橘果皮粉与0.5-2份霉菌抑制剂组成。
其中,所述酒糟生物饲料由新鲜青酒酒糟80%、菜籽饼粉5%、玉米粉15%组成,每100kg加酵母、乳酸菌组合发酵菌种1kg混合均匀,在发酵池内压紧密封发酵6-8天后投喂。
其中,在整个产蛋期间控制鸭舍温度在18-25℃。
本发明有益效果如下:
本发明中通过合理换料、增料,饲料中海藻粉的加入可增加鸭蛋含碘量,加深蛋黄颜色,添加的西兰花茎叶粉、柑橘果皮粉中氨基酸含量丰富,与其他植物性饲料配合使用,达到较理想的饲粮氨基酸比例,为蛋鸭提供了优质的蛋白资源,同时提高饲料中鸭蛋卵黄的有色物质-叶黄素和类胡萝卜素,类胡萝卜素的母体效应较显著,类胡萝卜素能清除体内的自由基,提高蛋黄色泽,此外添加霉菌抑制剂,可以抑制产生真霉菌素,防止饲料氧化变质,进一步保持蛋黄的颜色;通过增加光照不仅提高了鸭舍温度同时保持恒温,避免因温度不均匀而降低蛋鸭的产蛋率,还能够促进蛋鸭的脑下垂体分泌性激素,加速排卵,延长产蛋期,从而提高蛋鸭的产蛋率。
具体实施方式
一种提蛋鸭产蛋率的饲养方法,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)喂料管理:
在蛋鸭在160日龄时,开始逐渐更换饲料,第一日使用产蛋鸭料替换掉原饲料中的8%,之后逐日增加蛋鸭饲料,减少原饲料量,控制日饲喂量不变,在7天内完成换料;
当产蛋率达到5%后,逐渐增加饲喂量,增喂牡蛎壳及青饲料,每只鸭每天增加4g饲料,至产蛋率连续3天保持稳定时,达到产蛋高峰期,控制日饲喂量不变,每天喂料4次,进行不定时地喂水,保证饮水充足;
当发现产蛋率下降时,在饲料中掺入鱼肝油,每只每天0.5mL,连续饲喂10天;
(2)光照环境控制:
使用普通电灯泡作光源进行人工补光,每20m2鸭舍安装1只40W的灯泡,在开始增加饲料的同时进行补光,每天增加光照30分钟,之后逐渐增加光照时间10分钟,直到达到产蛋高峰期,维持补光时间不变;
所述产蛋鸭料由40份玉米、16份豆粕、7份骨粉、3份磷酸氢钙、0.3份食盐、3份猪油、26份酒糟生物饲料、8份西兰花茎叶粉、5份海藻粉、10份柑橘果皮粉与1份霉菌抑制剂组成。
其中,所述酒糟生物饲料由新鲜青酒酒糟80%、菜籽饼粉5%、玉米粉15%组成,每100kg加酵母、乳酸菌组合发酵菌种1kg混合均匀,在发酵池内压紧密封发酵7天后投喂。
其中,在整个产蛋期间控制鸭舍温度在18-25℃。

1.一种提蛋鸭产蛋率的饲养方法,其特征在于,包括以下具体步骤:
(1)喂料管理:
