技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种面料,具体涉及一种活络调压面料及其加工工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高,对于绿色、健康、环保及保健的诉求也逐渐增强。纺织品做为人体的第二皮肤,与人们的健康密切相关,在环境污染日益严重的今天,纺织品也成为各种细菌和病菌滋生和繁殖的场所。但传统的抗菌整理采用的是化学药剂,不可避免地对人体存在潜在的危害,健康、环保已经是纺织品的趋势。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种活络调压面料。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种活络调压面料,由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述经线由罗布麻纤维,竹炭磁性纤维和棉纤维混纺而成,所述的纬线由竹炭磁性纤维,罗布麻纤维混纺编织而成,所述的经线中罗布麻纤维,竹炭磁性纤维和棉纤维混纺比例为2:2:1,所述的纬线中竹炭磁性纤维,罗布麻纤维的混纺比例为1:1。
所述经线和纬线采用平纹或斜纹编织。
一种活络调压面料加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
a、交并工序:将罗布麻纤维,竹炭磁性纤维和棉纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并经线,将竹炭磁性纤维,罗布麻纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纬线;
b、络筒工序:将步骤a中混并的经线及纬线送入络筒机内进行络筒,同时控制槽筒线速度为1000~1200m/min,卷绕密度为0.32~0.38 g/cm3
c、整经工序:采用整经机对步骤b中络筒的纱线进行分条整经,控制整经机的整经速度为340~360 mm/min,卷绕密度为0.5~0.6 g/cm3
d、织造工艺:采用剑杆织机进行织造,其中经纱及纬纱按照预设比例送入,其中织造速度为170~200r/min,开口时间为300~320°;
e、后整理工序:将步骤d织造完的原布进行检验,然后烧去布面上的绒毛,再送入定型机中进行定型,使成布符合要求,再进行验布,包装。
所述步骤b中槽筒线速度为1100m/min,卷绕密度为0.37 g/cm3
所述步骤c中整径速度为350 mm/min,卷绕密度为0.55g/cm3
所述步骤d中制造速度为190r/min,开口时间为320°。
所述步骤e中验布速度为18—20m/min。
有益效果:具有吸湿透气、柔滑软暖、耐磨等优点,其保健效果具有抑菌杀菌、除臭、抗紫外线、抗电磁辐射、调节血压、降血脂、抗过敏、通筋活络、促进身体微循环等优点。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种活络调压面料,其特征在于:所述经线和纬线采用平纹或斜纹编织。
3.一种活络调压面料加工工艺,其特征在于:具体包括如下步骤:
a、交并工序:将罗布麻纤维,竹炭磁性纤维和棉纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并经线,将竹炭磁性纤维,罗布麻纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纬线;
