本发明公开了一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料,由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述经线由尼龙纤维,铜氨纤维和氨纶混纺而成,所述的纬线由铜氨纤维,尼龙纤维混纺编织而成,所述的经线中尼龙纤维,铜氨纤维和氨纶混纺比例为1:2:1,所述的纬线中铜氨纤维,尼龙纤维的混纺比例为2:1。本发明所揭示的一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料,具有手感柔软,高弹性,带有真丝感,吸湿和放湿性强,耐磨性高,清爽抗静电的优点。

技术领域
本发明专利涉及一种面料,具体涉及一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料及其加工工艺。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的日益提高,人们对衣物的舒适度、保温性能、弹性的要求也越来越高,目前,市场上的内衣一般采用普通棉或粘胶类或者纤混纺面料,但人体新陈代谢产生的油脂、水分,一直在通过表皮散发湿气。纤混纺面料存在高光点的缺陷,制作成衣服后易引起皮肤干燥、摩擦静电、起毛起球、闷气或透气性差、吸水性差及洗涤时易抽丝、柔软性差,弹性差,耐用度差,这种面料已经不能满足人们的要求。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料,由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述经线由尼龙纤维,铜氨纤维和氨纶混纺而成,所述的纬线由铜氨纤维,尼龙纤维混纺编织而成,所述的经线中尼龙纤维,铜氨纤维和氨纶混纺比例为1:2:1,所述的纬线中铜氨纤维,尼龙纤维的混纺比例为2:1。
所述经线和纬线采用平纹或斜纹编织。
一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
a、交并工序:将尼龙纤维,铜氨纤维和氨纶送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并经线,将铜氨纤维,尼龙纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纬线;
b、络筒工序:将步骤a中混并的经线及纬线送入络筒机内进行络筒,同时控制槽筒线速度为1250~1400m/min,卷绕密度为0.32~0.38 g/cm3;
c、整经工序:采用整经机对步骤b中络筒的纱线进行分条整经,控制整经机的整经速度为340~360 mm/min,卷绕密度为0.5~0.6 g/cm3;
d、织造工艺:采用剑杆织机进行织造,其中经纱及纬纱按照预设比例送入,其中织造速度为170~200r/min,开口时间为300~320°;
e、后整理工序:将步骤d织造完的原布进行检验,然后烧去布面上的绒毛,再送入定型机中进行定型,使成布符合要求,再进行验布,包装。
所述步骤b中槽筒线速度为1300m/min,卷绕密度为0.37 g/cm3。
所述步骤c中整径速度为350 mm/min,卷绕密度为0.55g/cm3。
所述步骤d中制造速度为190r/min,开口时间为320°。
所述步骤e中验布速度为18—20m/min。
有益效果:一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料具有手感柔软,高弹性,带有真丝感,吸湿和放湿性强,耐磨性高,清爽抗静电的优点。

本发明所揭示的一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料,由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述经线由尼龙纤维,铜氨纤维和氨纶混纺而成,所述的纬线由铜氨纤维,尼龙纤维混纺编织而成,所述的经线中尼龙纤维,铜氨纤维和氨纶混纺比例为1:2:1,所述的纬线中铜氨纤维,尼龙纤维的混纺比例为2:1。
其中,所述经线和纬线采用平纹或斜纹编织。
一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:

1.一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料,由经线和纬线相互编织而成,其特征在于:所述经线由尼龙纤维,铜氨纤维和氨纶混纺而成,所述的纬线由铜氨纤维,尼龙纤维混纺编织而成,所述的经线中尼龙纤维,铜氨纤维和氨纶混纺比例为1:2:1,所述的纬线中铜氨纤维,尼龙纤维的混纺比例为2:1。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料,其特征在于:所述经线和纬线采用平纹或斜纹编织。
3.一种高弹性抗静电舒适面料加工工艺,其特征在于:具体包括如下步骤:
a、交并工序:将尼龙纤维,铜氨纤维和氨纶送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并经线,将铜氨纤维,尼龙纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纬线;
b、络筒工序:将步骤a中混并的经线及纬线送入络筒机内进行络筒,同时控制槽筒线速度为1250~1400m/min,卷绕密度为0.32~0.38 g/cm3;
