Description
本发明专利涉及一种面料,具体涉及一种保健柔软型面料及其加工工艺。
目前,随着人们生活水平的逐渐提高,对于绿色、健康、环保及保健的诉求也逐渐增强。纺织品做为人体的第二皮肤,与人们的健康密切相关,现在人们的物质水平越来越高,对生活健康的要求也越来越高,纺织品也成为成为治疗疾病的一种途径,但传统的保健衣物都是采用药物浸泡或内置药物包,不仅穿着不舒适,而且衣物不便清洗或更换,且保健功效低,保健面料已经成为纺织品的趋势。
发明内容
发明的目的:本发明的目的在于提供一种保健柔软型面料及其加工工艺,解决上述问题。
本发明采用的技术方案:一种保健柔软型面料,由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述经线由罗布麻纤维,铜氨纤维,腈纶和聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述的纬线由罗布麻纤维,富强纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,所述的经线中罗布麻纤维,铜氨纤维,腈纶和聚酯纤维混纺比例为2:1:1:2,所述的纬线中铜氨纤维,富强纤维的混纺比例为2:2:1。
优选的,所述经线和纬线采用平纹或斜纹编织。
一种保健柔软型面料加工工艺,具体包括如下步骤:
a、交并工序:将罗布麻纤维,铜氨纤维,腈纶和聚酯纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并经线,将罗布麻纤维,富强纤维和棉纤维送入并纱机中进行纱线交并形成混并纬线;
b、络筒工序:将步骤a中混并的经线及纬线送入络筒机内进行络筒,同时控制槽筒线速度为1200~1400m/min,卷绕密度为0.36~0.42g/cm
3;
c、整经工序:采用整经机对步骤b中络筒的纱线进行分条整经,控制整经机的整经速度为350~380mm/min,卷绕密度为0.6~0.8g/cm
3;
d、织造工艺:采用剑杆织机进行织造,其中经纱及纬纱按照预设比例送入,其中织造速度为200~300r/min,开口时间为300~320°;
e、后整理工序:将步骤d织造完的原布进行检验,然后烧去布面上的绒毛,再送入定型机中进行定型,使成布符合要求,再进行验布,包装。
进一步的,所述步骤b中槽筒线速度为1250m/min,卷绕密度为0.38g/cm
3。
进一步的,所述步骤c中整径速度为360mm/min,卷绕密度为0.6g/cm
3。
进一步的,所述步骤d中制造速度为210r/min,开口时间为320°。

有益效果:一种保健柔软型面料具有手感柔软,光泽柔和,弹性高,其保健效果具有通筋活络、促进身体微循环的优点。

本发明所揭示的一种保健柔软型面料,由经线和纬线相互编织而成,所述经线由罗布麻纤维,铜氨纤维,腈纶和聚酯纤维混纺而成,所述的纬线由罗布麻纤维,富强纤维和棉纤维混纺编织而成,所述的经线中罗布麻纤维,铜氨纤维,腈纶和聚酯纤维混纺比例为2:1:1:2,所述的纬线中铜氨纤维,富强纤维的混纺比例为2:2:1。

- 根据权利要求1所述的一种保健柔软型面料,其特征在于:所述经线和纬线采用平纹或斜纹编织。
