本发明公开了一种弥散型钢包透气砖的制备方法,属于耐火材料技术领域。
背景技术
近年来,由于人们对钢材质量的要求越来越高,需要对炼钢技术和炼钢工艺进行改善。炉外精炼技术是炼钢过程中重要的精炼工艺部分,可以调节钢成分及钢液的温度。而透气砖是这一工艺能够顺利实施的最关键的功能元件,对炉外精炼的可靠性和完备性起着至关重要的作用。
钢包透气砖作为炉外精炼底吹氩工艺中关键的功能元件,它的使用性能对保证炉外精炼工艺的可靠性和安全性起着至关重要的作用。由于特殊的使用条件和功能要求,钢包透气砖作业条件十分苛刻主要包括:转炉或电炉出钢时,于烘烤温度(1000℃左右)瞬间接钢(1600℃左右)受到的热震冲击作用;精炼吹气时须承受高速气流造成的冲刷和热震作用;钢包维护吹氧时的熔蚀和反吹气体所引起的热震作用;钢包在接钢—精炼—浇铸—维护的循环操作使用过程中温度的周期性变化引起的热震作用等。所以,热震破坏是引起钢包透气砖损毁的主要原因之一。
目前,由于钢包趋于大型化的发展,熔炼温度和熔炼时间都相继有所提高,使耐火材料在使用过程中所承受的环境越来越苛刻,因此需要进一步改善透气砖的性能,以满足当代炼钢工艺和炼钢技术对透气砖的要求。
因此,如何改善传统透气砖抗渣侵蚀和抗热震性差,以及力学性能和透气性不佳的缺点,以获取更高综合性能的透气砖,是其推广与应用于更广阔的领域,满足工业生产需求亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是:针对传统透气砖抗渣侵蚀和抗热震性差,以及力学性能和透气性不佳的缺点,提供了一种弥散型钢包透气砖的制备方法。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
(1)将稻壳纤维与碳酸钙粉末按质量比3:2~3:1混合,并加入稻壳纤维质量0.3~0.5倍的高锰酸钾粉末和稻壳纤维质量0.2~0.3倍的石英砂,混合球磨后,过筛,得添加料;
(2)将刚玉混合物与氧化锆粉末按质量比25:1~25:2混合,并加入刚玉混合物质量0.25~0.40倍的添加料,刚玉混合物质量0.08~0.10倍的分散剂和刚玉质量0.10~0.15倍的水,搅拌混合后,得混合料,将混合料移入模具中,振动成型,得坯料;
(3)将坯料恒温避光养护后,脱模,将脱模后的坯料移入煅烧炉煅烧,冷却至室温后,得透气砖坯料;
(4)将透气砖坯料移入烧结炉中于氩气保护状态下烧结,冷却至室温后,出料,得一次烧结透气砖;
(5)将一次烧结透气砖与处理液按质量比1:10~1:13混合,浸泡,过滤,干燥,得预处理一次烧结透气砖,将预处理一次烧结透气砖移入烧结炉中,先于氮气保护状态下低温炭化,再于高温下,高温烧结,得二次烧结透气砖;
(6)将二次烧结砖与水按质量比1:10~1:15混合,并向水中通入二氧化碳,浸泡,过滤,干燥,得弥散型钢包透气砖。
步骤(2)所述刚玉混合物制备方法为将粒径为1~5mm刚玉粗颗粒与粒径为0.08~1.00mm刚玉中颗粒按质量比3:1~4:1混合,并加入刚玉粗颗粒质量0.25~0.35倍的粒径小于0.88mm刚玉细颗粒,搅拌混合,得刚玉混合物;所述刚玉为电熔棕刚玉,电熔白刚玉或板状刚玉中任意一种或两种。
步骤(2)所述分散剂为聚乙二醇类分散剂,聚丙烯酸类分散剂或聚羧基醚酯类分散剂中任意一种。
步骤(5)所述处理液的制备方法为将桃胶与60℃的水按质量比1:15~1:20混合,并加入氢氧化钙,直至有晶体析出,过滤,得滤液,将滤液与氟化钠按质量比10:1~15:1混合,并加入滤液质量0.12~0.18倍的纳米铁粉,超声振荡,得处理液。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)本发明在制备弥散型钢包透气砖时加入稻壳纤维,首先,稻壳纤维中的炭质在煅烧过程中可燃烧释放气体,从而使透气砖中的孔隙增加,进而使产品的透气性提高,其次稻壳纤维表面具有二氧化硅角质层,在二次烧结过程中,二氧化硅可反应生成碳化硅,吸附在透气砖内部的孔壁上,从而对透气砖的孔隙起到支撑作用,进而使产品的力学性能得到提高,并且由于碳化硅导热性能优异,在产品内部形成后可增加产品的导热性能,使得产品在使用过程中均匀受热,进而使产品的抗热震性能得到提高;
(2)本发明在制备弥散型钢包透气砖时加入高锰酸钾粉末和碳酸钙粉末,一方面,加入的高锰酸钾粉末和碳酸钙粉末可在煅烧过程中,在坯料体系内部产生气体,使坯料内部富含孔隙,从而使产品的透气性进一步提高,另一方面,高锰酸钾分解产生的二氧化锰可作为助烧剂,可使坯料在烧结过程中,烧结更加充分,从而使产品的力学性能得到进一步提高,并且碳酸钙分解产生的氧化钙可在后续处理过程中在透气砖体系中形成碳酸钙,在使用过程中,碳酸钙可分解,从而使产品体系内的孔隙增大,进而使产品的抗渣侵蚀性得到提高。

将稻壳纤维与碳酸钙粉末按质量比3:2~3:1混合加入球磨机中,并向球磨机中加入稻壳纤维质量0.3~0.5倍的高锰酸钾粉末,稻壳纤维质量0.2~0.3倍的石英砂和稻壳纤维质量3~4倍的氧化锆球磨珠,球磨混合35~45min,过120~180目筛,得添加料;将刚玉混合物与氧化锆粉末按质量比25:1~25:2混合,并加入刚玉混合物质量0.25~0.40倍的添加料,刚玉混合物质量0.08~0.10倍的分散剂和刚玉质量0.10~0.15倍的水,于温度为45~55℃,转速为220~260r/min的条件下,搅拌混合25~50min后,得混合料,将混合料移入模具中,振动成型,得坯料;将坯料于温度为20~40℃的条件下,恒温避光养护24~36h,脱模,将脱模后的坯料移入煅烧炉中,以30~60℃/h的升温速率升温至500~600℃,保温煅烧6~8h后,随炉冷却至室温,出料,得透气砖坯料;将透气砖坯料移入烧结炉中,并向烧结炉中以40~50mL/min的速率通入氩气,于氩气保护状态下,先以80~120℃/h的升温速率升温至700~800℃,保温烧结4~5h后,再以40~60℃/min的升温速率升温至850~1000℃,保温烧结2~4h后,随炉冷却至室温,出料,得一次烧结透气砖;将一次烧结透气砖与处理液按质量比1:10~1:13混合,浸泡,并将处理液温度降温至20℃,过滤,得滤饼,将滤饼移入干燥箱,于温度为80~90℃的条件下,恒温干燥2~3h,得预处理一次烧结透气砖,将预处理一次烧结透气砖移入烧结炉中,以45~60mL/min的速率向烧结炉中通入氮气,于氮气保护状态下,先以80~100℃/h的升温速率升温至500~650℃,保温碳化3~4h后,再以100~120℃/h的升温速率升温至1300~1400℃,保温烧结4~5h后,随炉冷却至室温,出料,得二次烧结透气砖;将二次烧结砖与水按质量比1:10~1:15混合,并向水中以20~35mL/min的速率向水中通入二氧化碳,于温度为45~50℃的条件下,恒温浸泡5~6h后,过滤,得滤渣,将滤渣移入干燥箱,于温度为80~100℃的条件下,恒温干燥2~3h,得弥散型钢包透气砖。所述刚玉混合物制备方法为将粒径为1~5mm刚玉粗颗粒与粒径为0.08~1.00mm刚玉中颗粒按质量比3:1~4:1混合,并加入刚玉粗颗粒质量0.25~0.35倍的粒径小于0.88mm刚玉细颗粒,搅拌混合,得刚玉混合物;所述刚玉为电熔棕刚玉,电熔白刚玉或板状刚玉中任意一种或两种。所述分散剂为聚乙二醇类分散剂,聚丙烯酸类分散剂或聚羧基醚酯类分散剂中任意一种。所述处理液的制备方法为将桃胶与60℃的水按质量比1:15~1:20混合,并加入氢氧化钙,直至有晶体析出,过滤,得滤液,将滤液与氟化钠按质量比10:1~15:1混合,并加入滤液质量0.12~0.18倍的纳米铁粉,超声振荡,得处理液。

将实例1至4所得的弥散型钢包透气砖及对比例产品进行性能检测,具体检测方法如下:
1.力学性能:按照YB/T5201对试件经110℃24h、1550℃3h热处理后常温耐压强度进行检测;
2.抗热震性:将试样在1100℃保温20min后,风冷15min,反复3次后测定其残余抗折强度,并计算热震后的抗折强度保持率;以热震后的抗折强度保持率(强度保持率=热震后抗折强度/热震前抗折强度×100%)来评价材料的抗热震性;
3.透气性:按照YB/T5200对试件经110℃24h、1550℃3h热处理后显气孔率进行检测;
4.抗渣侵蚀性:分别将试样装入1#~5#坩埚中,再取粒度<0.5mm的LF炉终渣装入1#~5#坩埚,每个坩埚的装渣量均为120g,在电炉中升温至1600℃保温4h后自然冷却至室温,然后取出试样并将试样对称切为两半,测量侵蚀深度;其值越小,则抗渣侵蚀性越好。
力学性能及抗热震性具体检测结果如表1所示:

由表1,图1和图2检测结果可知,本发明技术方案制备的弥散型钢包透气砖具有优异的抗热震性和抗渣侵蚀性特点,同时较之于传统透气砖其力学性能及透气性也显著提高,在钢包耐火材料行业的发展中具有广阔的前景。

Claims (4)

1.一种弥散型钢包透气砖的制备方法,其特征在于具体制备步骤为:
(1)将稻壳纤维与碳酸钙粉末按质量比3:2~3:1混合,并加入稻壳纤维质量0.3~0.5倍的高锰酸钾粉末和稻壳纤维质量0.2~0.3倍的石英砂,混合球磨后,过筛,得添加料;
(2)将刚玉混合物与氧化锆粉末按质量比25:1~25:2混合,并加入刚玉混合物质量0.25~0.40倍的添加料,刚玉混合物质量0.08~0.10倍的分散剂和刚玉质量0.10~0.15倍的水,搅拌混合后,得混合料,将混合料移入模具中,振动成型,得坯料;
(3)将坯料恒温避光养护后,脱模,将脱模后的坯料移入煅烧炉煅烧,冷却至室温后,得透气砖坯料;
(4)将透气砖坯料移入烧结炉中于氩气保护状态下烧结,冷却至室温后,出料,得一次烧结透气砖;
(5)将一次烧结透气砖与处理液按质量比1:10~1:13混合,浸泡,过滤,干燥,得预处理一次烧结透气砖,将预处理一次烧结透气砖移入烧结炉中,先于氮气保护状态下低温炭化,再于高温下,高温烧结,得二次烧结透气砖;
(6)将二次烧结砖与水按质量比1:10~1:15混合,并向水中通入二氧化碳,浸泡,过滤,干燥,得弥散型钢包透气砖。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种弥散型钢包透气砖的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述刚玉混合物制备方法为将粒径为1~5mm刚玉粗颗粒与粒径为0.08~1.00mm刚玉中颗粒按质量比3:1~4:1混合,并加入刚玉粗颗粒质量0.25~0.35倍的粒径小于0.88mm刚玉细颗粒,搅拌混合,得刚玉混合物;所述刚玉为电熔棕刚玉,电熔白刚玉或板状刚玉中任意一种或两种。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种弥散型钢包透气砖的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(2)所述分散剂为聚乙二醇类分散剂,聚丙烯酸类分散剂或聚羧基醚酯类分散剂中任意一种。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种弥散型钢包透气砖的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(5)所述处理液的制备方法为将桃胶与60℃的水按质量比1:15~1:20混合,并加入氢氧化钙,直至有晶体析出,过滤,得滤液,将滤液与氟化钠按质量比10:1~15:1混合,并加入滤液质量0.12~0.18倍的纳米铁粉,超声振荡,得处理液。
