本发明公开了一种冷裱膜用放料机构，包括搅拌罐壳体，搅拌罐壳体的顶端设有多个投料口，搅拌罐壳体中与投料口相对应设置有多个搅拌管路，搅拌管路均垂直贯穿于搅拌罐壳体中，搅拌管路中均设有搅拌装置，搅拌装置包括三个有厚度的扇形硬性橡胶无缝拼接而成的圆形挤压块以及转轴，圆形挤压块沿转轴做上下往复运动，搅拌装置在压物时为圆形挤压块，搅拌时扇形硬性橡胶自动旋转90°形成刮叶，刮叶沿转轴做上下旋转运动，搅拌管路的多个出料口处均安装设有防回流鸭嘴阀，出料口均与同一个储料罐相连接，不仅提高了工作效率，而且提高了设备的实用性，降低了报废率，高效节能，省时省力，并且结构简单，维护方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及冷裱膜制造领域，具体的说是一种冷裱膜用放料机构。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的不断提高，人们对一些广告、相片的要求也越来越高，由于广告，特别是户外广告受到风吹日晒雨林等天气影响，容易造成污染或淋湿，使得户外广告寿命受到影响，而类似相片等物品存放时间一长就会出现褪色、泛黄等现象。为了能使户外广告寿命更长，相片能够具有高度防腐性及抗紫外线的侵蚀，历久常新，不褪色，不变黄，人们研制一种冷裱膜，现有技术中多为人工放料，即使是机器放料也极易出现长时间搅拌而导致卡堵的现象，极大的增加了生产成本，降低了工作效率，为提高工作效率，降低生产成本，省时省力，本发明提出了一种易清理冷裱膜用放料装置。
发明内容
本发明针对上述技术问题，提出一种冷裱膜用放料机构，不仅提高了工作效率，而且提高了设备的实用性，降低了报废率，高效节能，省时省力，并且结构简单，维护方便。
为了解决上述技术问题，本发明的技术方案是通过以下方式实现的：一种冷裱膜用放料机构，包括搅拌罐壳体，搅拌罐壳体的顶端设有多个投料口，搅拌罐壳体中与投料口相对应设置有多个搅拌管路，搅拌管路均垂直贯穿于搅拌罐壳体中，搅拌管路中均设有搅拌装置，搅拌装置包括三个有厚度的扇形硬性橡胶无缝拼接而成的圆形挤压块以及转轴，圆形挤压块沿转轴做上下往复运动，搅拌装置在压物时为圆形挤压块，搅拌时扇形硬性橡胶自动旋转90°形成刮叶，刮叶沿转轴做上下旋转运动，搅拌管路的多个出料口处均安装设有防回流鸭嘴阀，出料口均与同一个储料罐相连接。
技术效果;通过本发明的技术方案，搅拌罐中将一个整体分成多个搅拌管路，搅拌管路中均设有搅拌装置，这样可以改变传统的搅拌罐因原料太多而导致机器卡壳以及损坏的情况，提高了设备的利用率以及实用性，降低了设备的报废率以及生产成本，易于维护。
本发明进一步限定的技术方案是：
前述的冷裱膜用放料机构，沿搅拌罐壳体底端圆周设有外螺纹凸槽，储料罐与搅拌罐壳体连接处设有内螺纹，外螺纹与内螺纹相配适，即储料罐为可拆卸替换式盒体。
前述的冷裱膜用放料机构，鸭嘴阀为硬性橡胶材质。
前述的冷裱膜用放料机构，搅拌罐壳体中的搅拌管路中均设有测温电阻，测温电阻通过搅拌罐壳体一侧的温度计显示温度。
前述的冷裱膜用放料机构，圆形挤压块的厚度为1-1.5mm，且圆形挤压块的直径与搅拌管路的内壁直径相配适。
本发明的有益效果是：
（1）本发明的搅拌装置在压物时为圆形挤压块，搅拌时扇形硬性橡胶自动旋转90°形成刮叶，刮叶沿转轴做上下旋转运动，一物多用；
（2）本发明的储物罐为可拆卸更换式，提高了工作人员的工作效率，高效节能，降低了生产成本，减小了工作人员的工作力度；
（3）本发明的技术方案结构简单，使用方便，维护简单。

本实施例提供的一种冷裱膜用放料机构，包括搅拌罐壳体1，搅拌罐壳体1的顶端设有多个投料口，搅拌罐壳体1中与投料口相对应设置有多个搅拌管路2，搅拌管路2均垂直贯穿于搅拌罐壳体1中，搅拌管路2中均设有搅拌装置，搅拌装置包括三个有厚度的扇形硬性橡胶3无缝拼接而成的圆形挤压块4以及转轴5，圆形挤压块4沿转轴5做上下往复运动，搅拌装置在压物时为圆形挤压块4，搅拌时扇形硬性橡胶3自动旋转90°形成刮叶，刮叶沿转轴5做上下旋转运动，圆形挤压块4的厚度为1-1.5mm，且圆形挤压块4的直径与搅拌管路2的内壁直径相配适，搅拌管路2的多个出料口处均安装设有防回流鸭嘴阀6，鸭嘴阀6为硬性橡胶材质，出料口均与同一个储料罐7相连接，沿搅拌罐壳体1底端圆周设有外螺纹凸槽，储料罐7与搅拌罐壳体1连接处设有内螺纹，外螺纹与内螺纹相配适，即储料罐7为可拆卸替换式盒体，搅拌罐壳体1中的搅拌管路2中均设有测温电阻，测温电阻通过搅拌罐壳体1一侧的温度计显示温度。

1.一种冷裱膜用放料机构，包括搅拌罐壳体（1），其特征在于：所述搅拌罐壳体（1）的顶端设有多个投料口，所述搅拌罐壳体（1）中与投料口相对应设置有多个搅拌管路（2），所述搅拌管路（2）均垂直贯穿于搅拌罐壳体（1）中，所述搅拌管路（2）中均设有搅拌装置，所述搅拌装置包括三个有厚度的扇形硬性橡胶（3）无缝拼接而成的圆形挤压块（4）以及转轴（5），所述圆形挤压块（4）沿转轴（5）做上下往复运动，所述搅拌装置在压物时为圆形挤压块（4），搅拌时所述扇形硬性橡胶（3）自动旋转90°形成刮叶，所述刮叶沿转轴（5）做上下旋转运动，所述搅拌管路（2）的多个出料口处均安装设有防回流鸭嘴阀（6），所述出料口均与同一个储料罐（7）相连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的冷裱膜用放料机构，其特征在于：沿所述搅拌罐壳体（1）底端圆周设有外螺纹凸槽，所述储料罐（7）与搅拌罐壳体（1）连接处设有内螺纹，所述外螺纹与内螺纹相配适，即储料罐（7）为可拆卸替换式盒体。
