一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备，包括底座，所述底座的左侧设有支撑杆，支撑杆的顶端设有悬臂梁，所述悬臂梁内设有第一电机、传送带和一对带轮，传送带一端通过带轮与第一电机相连接，传送带的另一端通过带轮连接有第一转轴，所述第一转轴位于分散桶内，分散桶位于底座上；所述分散桶内设有划分块，划分块呈圆柱状，且划分块与分散桶的内侧壁固定连接，划分块中央处开设有提升通道，所述第一转轴位于提升通道内，第一转轴上设有螺旋提升叶片，提升通道周围的划分块上还均匀设有若干分散通道。本发明的有益效果是分散通道空间不变，故涂料能够被有效分散，如此反复，涂料的分散效果得到大幅提高。

一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备
技术领域
本发明涉及涂料技术领域，具体涉及一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备。
背景技术
涂料，在中国传统名称为油漆。所谓涂料是涂覆在被保护或被装饰的物体表面，并能与被涂物形成牢固附着的连续薄膜，通常是以树脂、或油、或乳液为主，添加或不添加颜料、填料，添加相应助剂，用有机溶剂或水配制而成的粘稠液体。
涂料分散机广泛用于染料，油墨，农药等行业，对两种或多种液体和固体添加剂进行搅拌、混合、溶解和分散，各种材料分散得越均匀则涂料的性能越稳定，要想让混合物分散均匀，通常采用搅拌的方式搅拌混合物，现有的分散搅拌装置一般是包括一个立柱，立柱上设有悬梁，电机固定安装在悬梁上，电机与搅拌轴转动连接，搅拌轴底端设置有分散叶轮，这种分散机装置中的分散叶轮的分散效果有限。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备，以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的，本发明提供如下技术方案：
一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备，包括底座，所述底座的左侧设有支撑杆，支撑杆的顶端设有悬臂梁，所述悬臂梁内设有第一电机、传送带和一对带轮，传送带一端通过带轮与第一电机相连接，传送带的另一端通过带轮连接有第一转轴，所述第一转轴位于分散桶内，分散桶位于底座上；所述分散桶内设有划分块，划分块呈圆柱状，且划分块与分散桶的内侧壁固定连接，划分块中央处开设有提升通道，所述第一转轴位于提升通道内，第一转轴上设有螺旋提升叶片，提升通道周围的划分块上还均匀设有若干分散通道，所述分散通道内设有第二转轴，第二转轴均匀设有若干第二分散叶片，所述分散通道的侧壁上均匀设有若干第一分散叶片；所述第一转轴的底端对称设有两根安装杆，安装杆下侧连接有搅拌叶片。
作为本发明进一步的方案：所述分散桶的顶部为敞口。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述划分块的外径等于分散桶内径。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述第二转轴的顶端连接有第二电机。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述悬臂梁下方固定设有安装圆盘，所述第二电机设置在安装圆盘下表面。
作为本发明再进一步的方案：所述第一分散叶片和第二分散叶片交错设置。
本发明的有益效果是分散通道空间不变，故涂料能够被有效分散，如此反复，涂料的分散效果得到大幅提高；安装杆上的搅拌叶片对分散桶底部的涂料进行搅动，防止分散桶底部的涂料沉底而造成分散不均匀，从而影响使用效果。

请参阅图1和图2，本发明实施例中，一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备，包括底座1，所述底座1的左侧设有支撑杆2，支撑杆2的顶端设有悬臂梁6，所述悬臂梁6内设有第一电机3、传送带5和一对带轮4，传送带5一端通过带轮4与第一电机3相连接，传送带5的另一端通过带轮4连接有第一转轴8，所述第一转轴8位于分散桶11内，分散桶11位于底座1上；
所述分散桶11内设有划分块12，划分块12呈圆柱状，且划分块12与分散桶11的内侧壁固定连接，划分块12中央处开设有提升通道13，所述第一转轴8位于提升通道13内，第一转轴8上设有螺旋提升叶片14，提升通道13周围的划分块12上还均匀设有若干分散通道17，所述分散通道17内设有第二转轴10，所述第二转轴10的顶端连接有第二电机9，所述悬臂梁6下方固定设有安装圆盘7，所述第二电机9设置在安装圆盘7下表面，第二转轴10均匀设有若干第二分散叶片18，所述分散通道17的侧壁上均匀设有若干第一分散叶片19；
所述第一转轴8的底端对称设有两根安装杆15，安装杆15下侧连接有搅拌叶片16，第一转轴8带动安装杆15转动，安装杆15上的搅拌叶片16对分散桶11底部的涂料进行搅动，防止分散桶11底部的涂料沉底而造成分散不均匀，从而影响使用效果。
所述分散桶11的顶部为敞口。
所述划分块12的外径等于分散桶11内径。
所述第一分散叶片19和第二分散叶片18交错设置。
本发明的工作过程是：将涂料加到分散桶11内，启动第一电机3和第二电机9，第一电机3通过传送带5的带动来驱动第一转轴8转动，第一转轴8转动，螺旋提升叶片14将位于划分块12下方的涂料从提升通道13处提升到划分块12上方，然后涂料进入到分散通道17内，第二电机9带动第二转轴10转动，第二转轴10上的第二分散叶片18和分散通道17侧壁上的第一分散叶片19对涂料进行有效分散，由于分散通道17空间不变，故涂料能够被有效分散，如此反复，涂料的分散效果得到大幅提高；安装杆15上的搅拌叶片16对分散桶11底部的涂料进行搅动，防止分散桶11底部的涂料沉底而造成分散不均匀，从而影响使用效果。

1.一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备，包括底座，其特征在于，所述底座的左侧设有支撑杆，支撑杆的顶端设有悬臂梁，所述悬臂梁内设有第一电机、传送带和一对带轮，传送带一端通过带轮与第一电机相连接，传送带的另一端通过带轮连接有第一转轴，所述第一转轴位于分散桶内，分散桶位于底座上；所述分散桶内设有划分块，划分块呈圆柱状，且划分块与分散桶的内侧壁固定连接，划分块中央处开设有提升通道，所述第一转轴位于提升通道内，第一转轴上设有螺旋提升叶片，提升通道周围的划分块上还均匀设有若干分散通道，所述分散通道内设有第二转轴，第二转轴均匀设有若干第二分散叶片，所述分散通道的侧壁上均匀设有若干第一分散叶片；所述第一转轴的底端对称设有两根安装杆，安装杆下侧连接有搅拌叶片。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备，其特征在于，所述分散桶的顶部为敞口。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备，其特征在于，所述划分块的外径等于分散桶内径。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备，其特征在于，所述第二转轴的顶端连接有第二电机。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备，其特征在于，所述悬臂梁下方固定设有安装圆盘，所述第二电机设置在安装圆盘下表面。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种多通道分散的涂料分散设备，其特征在于，所述第一分散叶片和第二分散叶片交错设置。
