Abstract

一种适用于靛蓝染料的硅基非水介质染色方法本发明公开了一种适用于靛蓝染料的硅基非水介质染色方法,属于纺织品染整技术领域。其染色方法包括以下步骤:(1)靛蓝染料还原液的配制;(2)纺织品在硅基非水介质中还原液染色;(3)染色后脱液、氧化、水洗、烘干得到染色成品。该方法能够将靛蓝一次染纺织品至目标深度,缩短染色工艺流程,提高染色效率,大量减少染色用水和染色废水。染色后硅基非水介质可循环使用,真正实现了靛蓝的生态染色。改变了传统靛蓝多次染色,工艺流程复杂,染色效率低且纺织品种类受到限制等缺陷。

Description

一种适用于靛蓝染料的硅基非水介质染色方法
技术领域
本发明涉及靛蓝染料的一种新型染色方法,将纺织品置于含有少量高浓度靛蓝染料还原液的硅基非水介质中染色,能够将纺织品一次染至目标深度,缩短靛蓝染色工艺流程,提高染色效率,大量减少染色用水和染色废水。属于纺织品生态染整技术领域。
背景技术
靛蓝染色产品是一类极受人们欢迎的纺织品,其市场产品种类越来越多。为满足织造要求,通常采用纱线连续轧染的染色方法。靛蓝染料的连续轧染需要多次浸轧低浓度还原液并通过空气氧化的方法上染和固着。由此产生的主要问题:1) 耗水量大(染1吨纱约消耗100吨的水);2)还原液暴露在空气中易被氧化,染后废水中含有大量碱剂、还原剂和被氧化的染料,难以处理;3) 只能生产环染靛蓝纱线,产品过于单一;4) 工艺流程长,设备占地大。可见,靛蓝染料连续轧染不仅消耗的水和助剂量大,废水难处理,而且生产工艺复杂,产品结构单一,无法满足日益增长的消费需求。
色纺产业近年来日益盛行,最主要原因就是色纺能够通过散毛缸进行散纤染色,然后可以根据需要纺纱、织布,能够大幅度增加纺织品的多样性,符合市场需求。而传统靛蓝染料一直都是纱线染色,限制了靛蓝染色产品的发展,所以急需开发一种能够用于色纺产业的靛蓝染料染色新工艺。
本发明开发了一种适用于多种纤维纺织品靛蓝染色的方法,减少了靛蓝染色的耗水量,提高了靛蓝染料的上染率,缩短了靛蓝染色的工艺流程,提高了染色效率,为靛蓝染色产品的发展提供了原料,丰富了靛蓝染料染色产品的种类,为靛蓝染色产品的发展提供了新的技术支持。非水介质染色后容易回收并循环使用。该方法的发明将靛蓝的的生态染色成为可能。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种适用于靛蓝染料的硅基非水介质染色方法。该染色方法与合适的染色设备相配合,不仅能够实现一次性目标深度染色,并且该方法能够适用于散纤、纱线和织物的染色,具有安全无毒、工艺流程简单、染色效果优良、染料利用率高、染色介质易回收、少水少助剂等一系列的优点。
本发明的目的可以通过以下技术方案步骤来实现:
(1)靛蓝染料还原液的配制;
(2)纺织品在硅基非水介质中使用还原液染色;
(3)染色完成后脱液、氧化、水洗、烘干。
在上述步骤(1)中,所配置染液为碱性,pH值为7~14,优选为9~12;所配制还原液的靛蓝染料用量为0.001~30%(以纺织品重量为基准),优选为0.01~20%。所配制的还原液中水的用量为40~400%(以纺织品重量为基准),优选为80~300%。
在上述步骤(1)中,配制还原液所使用的碱剂有氢氧化钠,碳酸钠,磷酸钠,磷酸氢二钠,碳酸氢钠的一种或多种;优选地,所述碱剂选用氢氧化钠。使用的还原剂有保险粉,二氧化硫脲,硼氢化钠,硼氢化钾的一种或多种,优选地,保险粉或二氧化硫脲,或两者共用。
所用硅基非水介质为环状甲基硅氧烷,其结构通式为(SiOR2)n,其中R为CH3,n=3-9,优选,n=4-6。待染纤维与硅基非水染色介质之比为1:3-1:50,优选地,1:5-1:30。
该染色方法染色完成后可以通过冲淋硅基非水介质的方法提高纺织品的染色牢度。氧化过程可采用缸内氧化剂氧化或脱液后空气氧化等方法。
所用纺织品可以是用纤维素纤维、蛋白质纤维等可用靛蓝染料染色的纤维制品,包括散纤,绞纱,筒子纱,机织物,针织物,无纺布和其它纤维制品。
本发明的有益效果:
为克服现有靛蓝染料染色方法及其适用性的缺陷,本发明另辟蹊径,将纺织品和靛蓝染料还原液放入到一种与水不互溶,也不与染料相溶的硅基非水介质中进行染色,既能够一次染色达到目标深度,又能够适用于散纤、纱线和织物等多种纺织品的染色。该染色方法工艺简单,在获得高生产效率的同时,减少了染色用水和废水排放量。所用的硅基非水介质无毒,对环境友好,且可回收循环利用。
具体实施方式
本发明采用无毒环保的硅基非水介质作为染色介质,将其用于靛蓝进行染色,具体实施案例如下。
实施例1
取15g靛蓝染料,25g氢氧化钠和40g保险粉配制成175mL还原液备用。取250g精练散棉(带水150g)和还原液加入散毛缸,以硅基非水介质为染色介质,60℃染色90min,然后取出脱液,空气氧化,最后水洗烘干。
实施例2
取30g靛蓝染料,50g氢氧化钠和80g二氧化硫脲配制成150mL还原液备用。取250g精练散棉(带水200g)和还原液加入散毛缸,以硅基非水介质为染色介质,60℃染色70min,然后加入200mL3%次氯酸钠进行氧化,最后水洗烘干。
实施例3
取200g靛蓝染料,220g氢氧化钠和400g保险粉配制成4L还原液备用。取2.5kg精练散棉(带水2.5kg)和还原液加入散毛缸,以硅基非水介质为染色介质,60℃染色40min,然后取出脱液,空气氧化,最后水洗烘干。
实施例4
取50g靛蓝染料,100g氢氧化钠和300g保险粉配制成2L还原液备用。取2.5kg精练散棉(带水2kg)和还原液加入散毛缸,以硅基非水介质为染色介质,60℃染色50min,然后加入200mL2%双氧水进行氧化,最后水洗烘干。
实施例5
取10g靛蓝染料,35g氢氧化钠和30g二氧化硫脲配制成3L还原液备用。取2.5kg精练散棉(带水3kg)和还原液加入散毛缸,以硅基非水介质为染色介质,60℃染色60min,然后取出脱液,空气氧化,最后水洗烘干。
实施例6
取400g靛蓝染料,500g氢氧化钠和500g二氧化硫脲配制成4L还原液备用。取3kg精练散棉(带水3kg)和还原液加入散毛缸,以硅基非水介质为染色介质,60℃染色100min,然后取出脱液,空气氧化,最后水洗烘干。
实施例7
取5g靛蓝染料,40g氢氧化钠和40g保险粉配制成175mL还原液备用。取250g精练散棉(带水150g)和还原液加入散毛缸,以硅基非水介质为染色介质,60℃染色20min,然后加入100mL1%双氧水进行氧化,最后水洗烘干。
实施例8
取60g靛蓝染料,80g氢氧化钠,150g保险粉和50g二氧化硫脲配制成400mL还原液备用。取300g精练散棉(带水200g)和还原液加入散毛缸,以硅基非水介质为染色介质,60℃染色30min,然后取出脱液,空气氧化,最后水洗烘干。

Claims (7)

1.一种适用于靛蓝染料的硅基非水介质染色方法,主要包括以下步骤:
(1)靛蓝染料还原液的配制;
(2)纺织品在硅基非水介质中使用还原液染色;
(3)染色完成后脱液、氧化、水洗、烘干。
2.根据权利要求1,步骤(1)所述,所配制还原液为碱性,pH值为7~14,优选为9~12;所配制还原液的靛蓝染料用量为0.001~30%(以纺织品重量为基准),优选为0.01~20%;所配制的还原液中水的用量为40~400%(以纺织品重量为基准),优选为80~300%。
3.根据权利要求1,步骤(1)所述,配制还原液所使用的碱剂有氢氧化钠,碳酸钠,磷酸钠,磷酸氢二钠,碳酸氢钠的一种或多种;优选地,所述碱剂选用氢氧化钠,配制还原液所使用的还原剂有保险粉,二氧化硫脲,硼氢化钠,硼氢化钾的一种或多种,优选地,保险粉或二氧化硫脲,或两者共用。
4.根据权利要求1,步骤(2)所述,所用硅基非水介质为环状甲基硅氧烷,其结构通式为(SiOR2)n,其中R为CH3,n=3-9,优选,n=4-6;待染纤维与硅基非水染色介质之比为1:3-1:50,优选地,1:5-1:30。
5.根据权利要求1,步骤 (2) 所述,染色完成后可以通过冲淋硅基非水介质的方法提高纺织品的染色牢度。
6.根据权利要求1,步骤 (3) 所述,氧化过程可采用缸内氧化剂氧化或脱液后空气氧化等方法。
7.根据权利要求1,所用纺织品可以是用纤维素纤维、蛋白质纤维等可用靛蓝染料染色的纤维制品,包括散纤,绞纱,筒子纱,机织物,针织物,无纺布和其它纤维制品;染色设备根据纺织品种类选择。
