Abstract

本发明涉及一种薄膜上胶设备,本发明将传动辊设置在升降板上,并且将升降板滑动设置在侧立板外侧的支撑装置上,实现了传动辊的升降,使得传动辊与胶辊之间的间距可调节,满足了多种规格的塑料薄膜的上胶需求;另外本发明还在胶辊前端设有刮胶装置,所述刮胶装置上的刮胶杆由电机驱动,由于刮胶杆直径较小驱动方便,在塑料薄膜上完胶后能有效对塑料薄膜表面做均匀化涂抹处理,使得塑料薄膜上胶更加均匀质量更好;另外本发明在盛胶盘的两端下方设置纵向螺杆,同时在纵向螺杆的前端设置转轴,转轴上设有内调节齿轮盘与纵向螺杆啮合,这样通过转轴的转动便能调节盛胶盘的升降,这样盛胶盘清理便不受空间限制,变得更加容易。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种薄膜上胶设备。
背景技术
塑料薄膜贴纸在生产过程中,塑料薄膜一般需要经过上硅油、上胶、烘干等工序,塑料薄膜加工完后再将印有图案的纸与塑料薄膜贴合,在塑料薄膜上胶的工序中,一般通过滚动的胶辊对塑料薄膜涂胶,但是胶辊一般体积较大,蘸胶不均匀,很难对塑料薄膜涂抹均匀,影响生产质量;另外胶水具有粘性,长期使用后比较容易残留在盛胶盘中,而盛胶盘与侧立板、胶辊等部件之间的空隙较小,造成清理及其不易;还有塑料薄膜在涂胶时,与胶辊的距离决定了涂胶的厚薄,由于胶辊和带动塑料薄膜的传动辊位置固定,一般一台设备只能生产一种规格的塑料薄膜半成品,适用范围太小,造成严重的资源浪费。
发明内容
为了解决上述的技术问题,本发明的目的是提供一种易清理、上胶均匀且能生产多种规格的薄膜上胶设备。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明采用了以下的技术方案:
一种薄膜上胶设备,包括侧立板、传动辊、胶辊、盛胶盘、胶辊电机、电机支座、传动辊调节装置、刮胶装置和盛胶盘调节装置,两个侧立板通过支撑固定柱固定连接,所述侧立板的底部还设有支座底脚,所述胶辊设置在两个侧立板之间,且位于侧立板的中下部,所述胶辊电机通过电机支座固定在两个侧立板的一侧,且胶辊电机的驱动轴贯穿侧立板与胶辊连接;所述传动辊调节装置包括支撑装置、升降液压缸和升降板,每个侧立板外侧的前后端分别固定有两个支撑装置,所述支撑装置包括固定在侧立板中部和上部的固定块以及固定在两个固定块之间的滑杆,升降液压缸固定在侧立板内侧的上部,且升降液压缸的活塞杆端部固定有卡爪,所述升降板的中部固定在卡爪中,所述升降板的内侧等距间隔固定有多个辊固定块,多个传动辊的两端分别与对应的辊固定块转动连接,所述升降板两端向外翻转形成包边板,所述包边板上还固定有滑块,所述滑块滑动设置在滑杆上;所述刮胶装置包括刮胶杆、刮胶座、集胶座和刮胶杆电机,所述集胶座固定在两个侧立板之间,且位于胶辊的前端,所述集胶座中部横向设有便于胶水下流的长条形回流口,且长条形回流口的上部截面成倒八字形,两个刮胶座固定在集胶座上端,且位于长条形回流口的前后两侧,所述刮胶座的上部截面积为梯形,所述刮胶座的下部间隔设有多个回流孔,所述刮胶杆搁置在两个刮胶座上,所述刮胶杆电机固定在侧立板外侧,且刮胶杆电机贯穿侧立板与刮胶杆连接;盛胶盘调节装置包括转轴、纵向螺杆和水平螺杆,所述转轴贯穿两个侧立板,且转轴的两端位于侧立板内侧的位置设有内调节齿轮盘,每个侧立板内侧位于转轴的上下两端分别设有支撑板,所述纵向螺杆位于调节齿轮盘后端,且与调节齿轮盘啮合,所述纵向螺杆贯穿上下两个支撑板,且支撑板的上端设有第一固定轴承,所述盛胶盘的两端分别固定在两个第一固定轴承的上端,所述转轴的一端位于侧立板外侧的位置还设有外调节齿轮盘,所述水平螺杆通过第二固定轴承转动设置在侧立板外侧,且水平螺杆与外调节齿轮盘啮合,所述水平螺杆的一端还设有调节把手。
作为优选方案:所述传动辊为3个,3个传动辊相互平行设置,且位于同一高度。
作为优选方案:所述刮胶杆的直径大于两个刮胶座顶部的距离。
作为优选方案:所述侧立板上还向内延伸设有斜向的支板,所述转轴设置在支板的下端。
本发明将传动辊设置在升降板上,并且将升降板滑动设置在侧立板外侧的支撑装置上,实现了传动辊的升降,使得传动辊与胶辊之间的间距可调节,满足了多种规格的塑料薄膜的上胶需求,并且由于传动辊较重,本发明采用升降液压缸驱动传动辊的升降,省时省力自动化程度高,调节方便;另外本发明还在胶辊前端设有刮胶装置,所述刮胶装置上的刮胶杆由电机驱动,由于刮胶杆直径较小驱动方便,在塑料薄膜上完胶后能有效对塑料薄膜表面做均匀化涂抹处理,使得塑料薄膜上胶更加均匀质量更好,而且刮胶装置还设有集胶座,便于回收刮下来的胶水,节约成本;另外本发明在盛胶盘的两端下方设置纵向螺杆,同时在纵向螺杆的前端设置转轴,转轴上设有内调节齿轮盘与纵向螺杆啮合,这样通过转轴的转动便能调节盛胶盘的升降,不使用时,转动转轴降下盛胶盘,使得盛胶盘与胶辊距离变大,这样盛胶盘清理便不受空间限制,变得更加容易,同时由于转轴上还通过设置外调节齿轮盘与水平螺杆啮合,通过合适的齿轮比使得转轴的调节更加省力方便。
