本发明提供一种高效粉碎设备,包括壳体以及位于壳体顶部进料口和底部的出料口,所述壳体内纵向设置有动力轴,所述动力轴外部套设有空心轴,所述动力轴和所述空心轴上均连接有主刀片,所述动力轴和所述空心轴通过驱动装置分别驱动并做反向旋转运动;所述出料口的顶端设有倾斜的过滤板,所述过滤板上设置有滤孔,所述壳体的侧壁上安装有物料回收室。本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:本发明在主动轴和空心轴上分别设有主刀片,通过驱动装置分别驱动并做反向旋转运动,使物料得到充分粉碎,过滤板倾斜设置,尺寸较大的颗粒会沿着过滤板滑入物料回收室,进行二次粉碎,粉碎精度和粉碎效率都大大提高。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种粉碎设备,尤其涉及一种高效粉碎设备。
背景技术
在生产过程中,很多物料呈不确定形状和大小的块状,因此需要将这些物料进行粉碎。粉碎机是将大尺寸的固体原料粉碎至要求尺寸的机械。根据被碎料或碎制料的尺寸可将粉碎机区分为粗碎机、粉碎机、超微粉碎机。粉碎机的种类大致可以分为三种:对辊式、锤片式、刀片式。其中,刀片式粉碎机,是利用粉碎仓内的刀片组高速旋转对物料进行切割的一种粉碎设备,这种设备体积小、粉碎细度高、产量突出。现有的刀片式粉碎设备粉碎效果差,,如果想要提高粉碎精度,一般需要设置一个粗粉仓一个细粉仓,提高了设备的制造成本,同时操作和维修比较麻烦。
发明内容
本发明要解决的问题是提供一种高效粉碎设备,能够对物料进行精细粉碎,粉碎效率高。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种高效粉碎设备,包括壳体以及位于壳体顶部进料口和底部的出料口,所述壳体内纵向设置有动力轴,所述动力轴外部套设有空心轴,所述空心轴通过轴承连接在所述动力轴上,所述动力轴和所述空心轴上均连接有主刀片,所述动力轴和所述空心轴通过驱动装置分别驱动并做反向旋转运动;所述出料口的顶端设有倾斜的过滤板,所述过滤板上设置有滤孔,所述壳体的侧壁上安装有物料回收室,所述物料回收室位于所述过滤板较低端,所述物料回收室的下端面与所述过滤板在同一平面上,所述物料回收室通过回料管与所述进料口连通。
进一步,所述壳体的两侧壁上竖直设有若干向下倾斜的辅助刀片,所述辅助刀片沿所述壳体的竖直方向均向分布。
进一步,所述回料管上设置有引风机。
进一步,所述主轴的轴线与所述壳体的轴线相同。
进一步,所述出料口的口径从上到下逐渐减小。
进一步,所述壳体内设置沿所述空心轴对称设置有引料板,所述引料板的一端与所述壳体的接触,另一端与所述空心轴接触。
本发明具有的优点和积极效果是:
(1)本发明在主动轴和空心轴上分别设有主刀片,通过驱动装置分别驱动并做反向旋转运动,可以使物料在粉碎室内停留时间延长,得到充分粉碎,粉碎后的物料从过滤板中滤出,进入出料通道进行收集,过滤板倾斜设置,尺寸较大的颗粒会沿着过滤板滑入物料回收室,经回料管重新进入壳体进行二次粉碎,粉碎精度和粉碎效率都大大提高。
(2)壳体的内表面上竖直设有若干辅助刀片,可以辅助主刀片对物料进行粉碎,提高了粉碎效率。
(3)壳体内设置沿所述空心轴对称设置有引料板,通过引料板可以辅助控制物料下落方向,提高粉碎机工作效率。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的具体实施例做详细说明。
如图1所示:一种高效粉碎设备,包括壳体1以及位于壳体1顶部进料口2和底部的出料口3,所述进料口的数量为若干个,所述壳体1内纵向设置有动力轴4,所述动力轴4外部套设有空心轴5,所述动力轴4和所述空心轴5穿出所述壳体1设置,所述空心轴5通过轴承连接在所述动力轴4上,所述主轴8的轴线与所述壳体1的轴线相同。所述动力轴4和所述空心轴5上均连接有主刀片6,所述动力轴4和所述空心轴5通过驱动装置12分别驱动并做反向旋转运动,所述驱动装置12包括电机、涡轮机等。
所述出料口3的顶端设有一倾斜的过滤板10,所述过滤板10上设置有滤孔,所述壳体1的一个侧壁上安装有物料回收室8,所述物料回收室8位于所述过滤板10较低端,所述物料回收室8的下端面与所述过滤板10在同一平面上,所述物料回收室8通过回料管9与所述进料口2连通,所述回料管9上设置有引风机91。这样,尺寸较大的颗粒会沿着过滤板10滑入物料回收室8,经回料管9重新进入壳体1进行二次粉碎,粉碎精度和粉碎效率都大大提高。
本发明的一个实施例中,所述壳体1的两侧壁上竖直设有若干向下倾斜的辅助刀片7,所述辅助刀片7沿所述壳体1的竖直方向均向分布。辅助刀片7可以辅助主刀片6对物料进行粉碎,提高了粉碎效率。
本发明的另一个实施例中,所述出料口3的口径从上到下逐渐减小。这样可以加快物料的下料速度,防止堵塞过滤板10,同时也便于手机从出料口3落下的物料。
进一步,所述壳体1内设置沿所述空心轴5对称设置有引料板11,所述 引料板11的一端与所述壳体1的接触,另一端与所述空心轴5接触。这样,通过引料板11可以辅助控制物料下落方向,使物料集中落入主刀片6旋转区域,提高粉碎机工作效率。

1.一种高效粉碎设备,包括壳体(1)以及位于壳体(1)顶部进料口(2)和底部的出料口(3),其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内纵向设置有动力轴(4),所述动力轴(4)外部套设有空心轴(5),所述空心轴(5)通过轴承连接在所述动力轴(4)上,所述动力轴(4)和所述空心轴(5)上均连接有主刀片(6),所述动力轴(4)和所述空心轴(5)通过驱动装置(12)分别驱动并做反向旋转运动;所述出料口(3)的顶端设有倾斜的过滤板(10),所述过滤板(10)上设置有滤孔,所述壳体(1)的侧壁上安装有物料回收室(8),所述物料回收室(8)位于所述过滤板(10)较低端,所述物料回收室(8)的下端面与所述过滤板(10)在同一平面上,所述物料回收室(8)通过回料管(9)与所述进料口(2)连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效粉碎设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)的两侧壁上竖直设有若干向下倾斜的辅助刀片(7),所述辅助刀片(7)沿所述壳体(1)的竖直方向均向分布。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效粉碎设备,其特征在于:所述回料管(9)上设置有引风机(91)。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效粉碎设备,其特征在于:所述主轴(8)的轴线与所述壳体(1)的轴线相同。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效粉碎设备,其特征在于:所述出料口(3)的口径从上到下逐渐减小。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种高效粉碎设备,其特征在于:所述壳体(1)内设置沿所述空心轴(5)对称设置有引料板(11),所述引料板(11)的一端与所述壳体(1)的接触,另一端与所述空心轴(5)接触。
