技术领域
本发明涉及电路板材料技术领域,尤其涉及一种电路板专用高阻燃聚氨酯粘合剂。
背景技术
聚氨酯是一类由软、硬段构成的-(AB)n-型嵌段共聚物,因其同时具有橡胶和塑料的一些基本特性,又有着其它高分子聚合材料所不具有的特殊物理性能,如较强的粘结能力,较高的机械强度,很好的耐高温、低温性及耐候性等等,所以聚氨酯粘合剂材料是发展最快、用途最广的一种新材料,目前已被广泛应用在了电路板中。随着社会的发展,人们对电路板的性能提出了更高的要求,但是聚氨酯作为有机材料,存在易燃烧的缺陷,当其应用于电路板中时存在阻燃性能欠佳的缺陷。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种电路板专用高阻燃聚氨酯粘合剂,其阻燃性能优异,耐热性好,粘结强度高,能满足电路板粘合剂的使用要求。
本发明提出的一种电路板专用高阻燃聚氨酯粘合剂,其原料按重量份包括:聚四氢呋喃醚二醇30-50份、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯45-60份、乙二醇二甲醚3-15份、1,4-丁二醇2-10份、4,4'-二氨基-3,3'-二氯二苯甲烷1-4份、催化剂0.2-1.5份、改性硼酸锌3-12份、双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)1-5份、己二酸二辛酯2-8份、纳米氧化铝0.5-2份。
优选地,所述催化剂为乙二酸、水杨酸、1,2-二甲基咪唑、2,2-双吗啉基二乙基醚中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,所述改性硼酸锌按照以下工艺进行制备:将硼酸锌和硅烷偶联剂KH-570加入乙醇中,调节pH值为3-4,在55-65℃下搅拌50-80min,过滤、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物加入甲苯中,通入氮气后升温至75-85℃,搅拌均匀后加入物料A,回流反应25-30h,反应结束后经洗涤、干燥得到所述改性硼酸锌。
优选地,在改性硼酸锌的制备过程中,硼酸锌、硅烷偶联剂KH-570的重量比为10-25:2-5。
优选地,调节pH值所用试剂为草酸、磷酸、盐酸中的一种或者多种的混合物。
优选地,调节pH值所用试剂为草酸。
优选地,9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物、物料A的重量比为30-45:20-35。
本发明所述电路板专用高阻燃聚氨酯粘合剂,其以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇、4,4'-二苯基甲烷二异氰酸酯为原料,同时加入了乙二醇二甲醚为稀释剂,1,4-丁二醇、4,4'-二氨基-3,3'-二氯二苯甲烷为扩链剂,使得到的粘合剂具有优异的冲击韧性和强度;优选方式中,首先利用硅烷偶联剂KH-570对硼酸锌进行了改性,将双键结合到了硼酸锌的表面,得到了物料A,之后将物料A与9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物混合,通过控制反应的条件,使9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物与物料A发生了加成反应,得到了改性硼酸锌,将其加入体系中,在粘合剂燃烧的过程中,改性硼酸锌分解生成的氧化锌、氧化硼、二氧化硅、五氧化二磷存在正向助催化作用,协同促进了材料的成炭能力,与体系中的双酚A双(二苯基磷酸酯)、纳米氧化铝配合后,赋予粘合剂优异的阻燃性和耐热性。

其中,所述催化剂为乙二酸、水杨酸、1,2-二甲基咪唑、2,2-双吗啉基二乙基醚的混合物,且乙二酸、水杨酸、1,2-二甲基咪唑、2,2-双吗啉基二乙基醚的重量比为1:3:2:1;
所述改性硼酸锌按照以下工艺进行制备:将硼酸锌和硅烷偶联剂KH-570加入乙醇中,其中,硼酸锌、硅烷偶联剂KH-570的重量比为20:3,调节pH值为3,其中,调节pH值所用试剂为草酸、磷酸、盐酸的混合物,在60℃下搅拌60min,过滤、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物加入甲苯中,通入氮气后升温至80℃,搅拌均匀后加入物料A,其中,9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物、物料A的重量比为40:37,回流反应27h,反应结束后经洗涤、干燥得到所述改性硼酸锌。

3.根据权利要求1或2所述电路板专用高阻燃聚氨酯粘合剂,其特征在于,所述改性硼酸锌按照以下工艺进行制备:将硼酸锌和硅烷偶联剂KH-570加入乙醇中,调节pH值为3-4,在55-65℃下搅拌50-80min,过滤、洗涤、干燥得到物料A;将9,10-二氢-9-氧杂-10-磷杂菲-10-氧化物加入甲苯中,通入氮气后升温至75-85℃,搅拌均匀后加入物料A,回流反应25-30h,反应结束后经洗涤、干燥得到所述改性硼酸锌。
4.根据权利要求3所述电路板专用高阻燃聚氨酯粘合剂,其特征在于,在改性硼酸锌的制备过程中,硼酸锌、硅烷偶联剂KH-570的重量比为10-25:2-5。
