Abstract
一种钧瓷保健枕及其制备工艺,该保健枕包括素胎枕体和保健釉层,保健釉层包括发光底釉和抗菌催化面层,素胎枕体的原料中含有纳米银和电气石;发光底釉的原料中含有蓄能型发光材料,抗菌催化面层包括纳米二氧化钛溶胶和磁石,结合发光底釉中的蓄能型发光材料,通过蓄能型发光材料在白天吸收太阳光,在晚上发出微弱光,可催化纳米二氧化钛产生净化作用;钧瓷保健枕的制备工艺包括:制素胎枕体、发光底釉、二氧化钛‑磁石溶胶,然后在素胎表面涂覆发光底釉,烧结、冷却后再涂覆溶胶,再次烧结即可制得钧瓷保健枕。本发明通过在素胎枕体表面施加包含发光底釉和抗菌催化面层的保健釉层,从而使制备的钧瓷枕头具有抗菌、净化和保健的作用。

本发明涉及陶瓷技术领域,具体的说是一种钧瓷保健枕及其制备工艺。
背景技术
钧瓷发端于东汉,是宋代五大名窑瓷器之一,汉族传统制瓷工艺中的珍品,被称为国宝、瑰宝,以独特的窑变艺术而著称于世,素有“黄金有价钧无价”和“家有万贯,不如钧瓷一件”的美誉,是河南省禹州市神垕镇独有的国宝瓷器,凭借其古朴的造型、精湛的工艺、复杂的配釉、“入窑一色出窑万彩”的神奇窑变,湖光山色、云霞雾霭、人兽花鸟虫鱼等变化无穷的图形色彩和奇妙韵味,被誉为中国“五大名瓷”之首。
我国使用瓷具已具有上千年的历史,如杯子、碗筷、花瓶、瓷枕等瓷具是百姓日常生活中不可缺失的一部分,随着经济的快速发展和人们对生活水平的提高,陶瓷制品已经成为人们家庭、办公室、商场等场所装饰用的陶瓷,瓷枕作为从古流传至今的艺术品,不仅具有一定的收藏和观赏价值,在夏天使用,比普通枕头更清凉安神,广受大家喜爱,但是现有有技术的瓷枕的陶瓷釉面,虽然光滑度高,颜色丰富,但不具有特定的保健和抗菌功能,具体存在以下三大问题:一是,枕头作为我们睡眠时不可或缺的物品,表面藏匿众多细菌,在面部或者口鼻接触枕面时,容易引发皮肤炎症、呼吸道疾病等;二是,现在的空气质量堪忧,在睡眠过程中人们的免疫力降低,空气中的各种有害物质容易入侵,影响人们的睡眠以及健康;三是,有些人睡觉时习惯开夜灯睡觉,一开就是一晚上,浪费电,因此,本发明的目的是提供一种具有净化、抗菌功能、还可以在夜间发出微弱光的钧瓷钧瓷保健枕。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术问题的不足,本发明提出一种钧瓷保健枕及其制备工艺,通过在素胎枕体表面施加包含发光底釉和抗菌催化面层的保健釉层,从而使制备的钧瓷枕头具有抗菌、净化和发光的特性。
本发明为解决上述技术问题的不足而采用的技术方案是:一种钧瓷保健枕,该保健枕包括素胎枕体和保健釉层,所述的保健釉层包括发光底釉和抗菌催化面层,所述素胎枕体的原料包括纳米银、电气石、高岭土、钾长石、石英、瓷石、稀土和膨润土;所述发光底釉的原料包括蓄能型发光材料、钠长石、石英、方解石、煅烧高岭土、锂辉石、滑石粉和氧化锡;所述抗菌催化面层包括纳米二氧化钛溶胶和磁石。
作为优选方案,按重量份数,所述素胎枕体包括3~5份纳米银、3~5份电气石、25~30份高岭土,15~20份钾长石,5~10份石英,5~10份瓷石、6~8份稀土和3~5份膨润土。
作为优选方案,按重量份数,所述发光底釉包括30~50份蓄能型发光材料、30~40份钠长石、50~60份石英、10~15份方解石、15~20份煅烧高岭土、12~15份锂辉石、5~8份滑石粉和2~3份氧化锡。
作为优选方案,所述抗菌催化面层中磁石的质量为纳米二氧化钛溶胶质量的20~30%。
一种钧瓷保健枕的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数,取纳米银3~5份、电气石3~5份、高岭土25~30份、钾长石15~20份、石英5~10份、瓷石5~10份、稀土6~8份和膨润土3~5份,将上述重量份数的原料粉碎混合后放入球磨机,加入55~60份的水,湿磨8~9 小时后料浆过200~250目筛,静置24~26h,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的料浆注入模具内,制成上表面具有凹弧的坯体,坯体成型后取出,晾干,修整,放入窑中以每小时150~170℃的升温速度从室温升高至950~1000℃,烧制3~4小时,停火冷却至室温,烧成的坯体取出,得到素胎枕体,备用;
(3)按重量份数,取蓄能型发光材料30~50份、钠长石30~40份、石英50~60份、方解石10~15份、煅烧高岭土15~20份、锂辉石12~15份、滑石粉5~8份和氧化锡2~3份,将上述各种原料粉碎后放入球磨机中加水进行湿磨5~6h,过筛后得到发光底釉的釉浆,备用;
(4)制备纳米二氧化钛溶胶,并向其中加入纳米二氧化钛溶胶质量20~30%的磁石粉,搅拌均匀后,备用;
(5)将步骤(3)制备的釉浆涂覆在步骤(2)的素胎枕体的表面,干燥后入窑烧制,窑炉采用氧化气氛,按每小时150~170℃的升温速度升高至900~920℃,然后采用还原气氛,将温度按每小时150~170℃的升温速度继续升高至1250~1300℃,保温20~30min后冷却至室温,备用;
(6)将步骤(4)制备的溶胶涂敷在步骤(5)制备的坯体的表面,干燥后入窑煅烧,煅烧温度为500~550℃,保温时间为1~2h,煅烧完毕后冷却至室温,即可制得钧瓷保健枕。

本发明提供的是一种钧瓷保健枕及其制备工艺,该保健枕的素胎枕体的原料中含有纳米银和电气石,电气石作为负离子材料,其在一定外部能量的波动下,可以引起负离子晶体之间产生较高的静电电势差,从而使处于该电场中的空气被电离,使附着于附近的水和氧分子转化为负氧离子,产生的负氧离子在空气中移动,使负电荷向灰尘及水滴转移,从而使空气得以净化,同时负离子与细菌结合后,可使细菌产生结构的改变或能量的转移,导致细菌死亡;纳米银具有良好的抗菌性能,可以明显提高瓷枕制品的抗菌能力;因此在素胎枕体的内壁釉层中加入电气石和纳米银,具有净化空气质量、抗菌的保健作用;
发光底釉的原料中含有蓄能型发光材料,抗菌催化面层包括纳米二氧化钛溶胶和磁石,纳米二氧化钛在外界光的照射下,能有效地分解周围环境中的有机污染物和细菌,为人们提供一个清洁的环境,但纳米光催化材料只有在光的照射下才能发挥净化作用,因此可结合发光底釉中的蓄能型发光材料,通过蓄能型发光材料在白天吸收太阳光,在晚上发出微弱光,一方面可催化纳米二氧化钛产生净化作用,另一方面可起到小夜灯的作用;此外,在抗菌催化面层中还加入了少量磁石,一是可以改善人体的内分泌,能促进细胞代谢,活化体内的低质量细胞,加速体内废物的排除,从而清扫体内的细胞环境,提高人体的血液质量,二是可以提高人体免疫力、抗老化,三是可以降低身体的疲劳,促进精力的恢复,并改善人体亚健康的状态,消除紧张的情绪;
综上可知,本发明制备的钧瓷瓷枕,通过在素胎枕体表面施加包含发光底釉和抗菌催化面层的保健釉层,从而使制备的钧瓷枕头具有抗菌、净化和保健的作用。

一种钧瓷保健枕的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数,取纳米银3~5份、电气石3~5份、高岭土25~30份、钾长石15~20份、石英5~10份、瓷石5~10份、稀土6~8份和膨润土3~5份,将上述重量份数的原料粉碎混合后放入球磨机,加入55~60份的水,湿磨8~9 小时后料浆过200~250目筛,静置24~26h,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的料浆注入模具内,制成上表面具有凹弧的坯体,坯体成型后取出,晾干,修整,放入窑中以每小时150~170℃的升温速度从室温升高至950~1000℃,烧制3~4小时,停火冷却至室温,烧成的坯体取出,得到素胎枕体,备用;
(3)按重量份数,取蓄能型发光材料30~50份、钠长石30~40份、石英50~60份、方解石10~15份、煅烧高岭土15~20份、锂辉石12~15份、滑石粉5~8份和氧化锡2~3份,将上述各种原料粉碎后放入球磨机中加水进行湿磨5~6h,过筛后得到发光底釉的釉浆,备用;
(4)制备纳米二氧化钛溶胶,并向其中加入纳米二氧化钛溶胶质量20~30%的磁石粉,搅拌均匀后,备用;
(5)将步骤(3)制备的釉浆涂覆在步骤(2)的素胎枕体的表面,干燥后入窑烧制,窑炉采用氧化气氛,按每小时150~170℃的升温速度升高至900~920℃,然后采用还原气氛,将温度按每小时150~170℃的升温速度继续升高至1250~1300℃,保温20~30min后冷却至室温,备用;
(6)将步骤(4)制备的溶胶涂敷在步骤(5)制备的坯体的表面,干燥后入窑煅烧,煅烧温度为500~550℃,保温时间为1~2h,煅烧完毕后冷却至室温,即可制得钧瓷保健枕。

一种钧瓷保健枕的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:

(4)制备纳米二氧化钛溶胶,并向其中加入纳米二氧化钛溶胶质量20%的磁石粉,搅拌均匀后,备用;
(5)将步骤(3)制备的釉浆涂覆在步骤(2)的素胎枕体的表面,干燥后入窑烧制,窑炉采用氧化气氛,按每小时150℃的升温速度升高至900℃,然后采用还原气氛,将温度按每小时150℃的升温速度继续升高至1250℃,保温20min后冷却至室温,备用;
(6)将步骤(4)制备的溶胶涂敷在步骤(5)制备的坯体的表面,干燥后入窑煅烧,煅烧温度为500℃,保温时间为1h,煅烧完毕后冷却至室温,即可制得钧瓷保健枕。

(2)将步骤(1)制备的料浆注入模具内,制成上表面具有凹弧的坯体,坯体成型后取出,晾干,修整,放入窑中以每小时160℃的升温速度从室温升高至980℃,烧制3.5h,停火冷却至室温,烧成的坯体取出,得到素胎枕体,备用;
(3)按重量份数,取组成为SrO·Al2O3·0.05B2O3:Dy,Eu的长余辉发光材料40份、钠长石35份、石英55份、方解石12份、煅烧高岭土18份、锂辉石13份、滑石粉7份和氧化锡3份,将上述各种原料粉碎后放入球磨机中加水进行湿磨6h,过筛后得到发光底釉的釉浆,备用;
(4)制备纳米二氧化钛溶胶,并向其中加入纳米二氧化钛溶胶质量25%的磁石粉,搅拌均匀后,备用;
(5)将步骤(3)制备的釉浆涂覆在步骤(2)的素胎枕体的表面,干燥后入窑烧制,窑炉采用氧化气氛,按每小时160℃的升温速度升高至910℃,然后采用还原气氛,将温度按每小时160℃的升温速度继续升高至1280℃,保温25min后冷却至室温,备用;
(6)将步骤(4)制备的溶胶涂敷在步骤(5)制备的坯体的表面,干燥后入窑煅烧,煅烧温度为525℃,保温时间为1h,煅烧完毕后冷却至室温,即可制得钧瓷保健枕。
实施例3

所述发光底釉的原料包括组成为SrO·Al2O3·0.05B2O3:Dy,Eu的长余辉发光材料、钠长石、石英、方解石、煅烧高岭土、锂辉石、滑石粉和氧化锡;所述抗菌催化面层包括纳米二氧化钛溶胶和磁石;纳米二氧化钛在外界光的照射下,能有效地分解周围环境中的有机污染物和细菌,为人们提供一个清洁的环境,但纳米光催化材料只有在光的照射下才能发挥净化作用,因此可结合发光底釉中的蓄能型发光材料,通过蓄能型发光材料在白天吸收太阳光,在晚上发出微弱光,一方面可催化纳米二氧化钛产生净化作用,另一方面可起到小夜灯的作用;此外,在抗菌催化面层中还加入了少量磁石,一是可以改善人体的内分泌,能促进细胞代谢,活化体内的低质量细胞,加速体内废物的排除,从而清扫体内的细胞环境,提高人体的血液质量,二是可以提高人体免疫力、抗老化,三是可以降低身体的疲劳,促进精力的恢复,并改善人体亚健康的状态,消除紧张的情绪。
一种钧瓷保健枕的制备工艺,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数,取纳米银5份、电气石5份、高岭土30份、钾长石20份、石英10份、瓷石10份、稀土8份和膨润土5份,将上述重量份数的原料粉碎混合后放入球磨机,加入60份的水,湿磨9小时后料浆过250目筛,静置26h,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的料浆注入模具内,制成上表面具有凹弧的坯体,坯体成型后取出,晾干,修整,放入窑中以每小时170℃的升温速度从室温升高至1000℃,烧制4小时,停火冷却至室温,烧成的坯体取出,得到素胎枕体,备用;
(3)按重量份数,取组成为SrO·Al2O3·0.05B2O3:Dy,Eu的长余辉发光材料50份、钠长石40份、石英60份、方解石15份、煅烧高岭土20份、锂辉石15份、滑石粉8份和氧化锡3份,将上述各种原料粉碎后放入球磨机中加水进行湿磨6h,过筛后得到发光底釉的釉浆,备用;
(4)制备纳米二氧化钛溶胶,并向其中加入纳米二氧化钛溶胶质量30%的磁石粉,搅拌均匀后,备用;
(5)将步骤(3)制备的釉浆涂覆在步骤(2)的素胎枕体的表面,干燥后入窑烧制,窑炉采用氧化气氛,按每小时170℃的升温速度升高至920℃,然后采用还原气氛,将温度按每小时170℃的升温速度继续升高至1300℃,保温30min后冷却至室温,备用;
(6)将步骤(4)制备的溶胶涂敷在步骤(5)制备的坯体的表面,干燥后入窑煅烧,煅烧温度为550℃,保温时间为2h,煅烧完毕后冷却至室温,即可制得钧瓷保健枕。

Claims (7)
1.一种钧瓷保健枕,其特征在于,该保健枕包括素胎枕体和保健釉层,所述的保健釉层包括发光底釉和抗菌催化面层,所述素胎枕体的原料包括纳米银、电气石、高岭土、钾长石、石英、瓷石、稀土和膨润土;所述发光底釉的原料包括蓄能型发光材料、钠长石、石英、方解石、煅烧高岭土、锂辉石、滑石粉和氧化锡;所述抗菌催化面层包括纳米二氧化钛溶胶和磁石。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种钧瓷保健枕,其特征在于,按重量份数,所述素胎枕体包括3~5份纳米银、3~5份电气石、25~30份高岭土,15~20份钾长石,5~10份石英,5~10份瓷石、6~8份稀土和3~5份膨润土。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种钧瓷保健枕,其特征在于,按重量份数,所述发光底釉包括30~50份蓄能型发光材料、30~40份钠长石、50~60份石英、10~15份方解石、15~20份煅烧高岭土、12~15份锂辉石、5~8份滑石粉和2~3份氧化锡。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种钧瓷保健枕,其特征在于,所述抗菌催化面层中磁石的质量为纳米二氧化钛溶胶质量的20~30%。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种钧瓷保健枕的制备工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)按重量份数,取纳米银3~5份、电气石3~5份、高岭土25~30份、钾长石15~20份、石英5~10份、瓷石5~10份、稀土6~8份和膨润土3~5份,将上述重量份数的原料粉碎混合后放入球磨机,加入55~60份的水,湿磨8~9 小时后料浆过200~250目筛,静置24~26h,备用;
(2)将步骤(1)制备的料浆注入模具内,制成上表面具有凹弧的坯体,坯体成型后取出,晾干,修整,放入窑中以每小时150~170℃的升温速度从室温升高至950~1000℃,烧制3~4小时,停火冷却至室温,烧成的坯体取出,得到素胎枕体,备用;
(3)按重量份数,取蓄能型发光材料30~50份、钠长石30~40份、石英50~60份、方解石10~15份、煅烧高岭土15~20份、锂辉石12~15份、滑石粉5~8份和氧化锡2~3份,将上述各种原料粉碎后放入球磨机中加水进行湿磨5~6h,过筛后得到发光底釉的釉浆,备用;
(4)制备纳米二氧化钛溶胶,并向其中加入纳米二氧化钛溶胶质量20~30%的磁石粉,搅拌均匀后,备用;
(5)将步骤(3)制备的釉浆涂覆在步骤(2)的素胎枕体的表面,干燥后入窑烧制,窑炉采用氧化气氛,按每小时150~170℃的升温速度升高至900~920℃,然后采用还原气氛,将温度按每小时150~170℃的升温速度继续升高至1250~1300℃,保温20~30min后冷却至室温,备用;
(6)将步骤(4)制备的溶胶涂敷在步骤(5)制备的坯体的表面,干燥后入窑煅烧,煅烧温度为500~550℃,保温时间为1~2h,煅烧完毕后冷却至室温,即可制得钧瓷保健枕。
6.如权利要求1所述的一种钧瓷保健枕,其特征在于,所述蓄能型发光材料为组成为SrO·Al2O3·0.05B2O3:Dy,Eu的长余辉发光材料。
7.如权利要求5所述的一种钧瓷保健枕的制备工艺,其特征在于,所述蓄能型发光材料为组成为SrO·Al2O3·0.05B2O3:Dy,Eu的长余辉发光材料。
