本发明公开了一种泡棉半断加工工艺,所述半断加工工艺采用高精度刀模实现。本发明冲切压力稳定,工作效率高,模切效率达到2000冲次/h,省时省料,满足客户的半断要求以及精度,并可实现边贴合变模切产品的工艺。

一种泡棉半断加工工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及到一种泡棉的加工工艺,具体涉及一种泡棉半断加工工艺。
背景技术
泡棉材质分别有:PU泡棉,防静电泡棉,导电泡棉,EPE,防静电EPE,PORON,CR,EVA,架桥PE,SBR,EPDM等,它们具有使用方便、弯曲自如、体积超薄、性能可靠等一系列特点。
泡棉材料在切断时,一般是用普通的各种园刀直刀分条机进行全断分切,而带有离型纸的材料在人力有限及工艺要求下,很多要求是半断分切,而不能把离型纸给切断。目前,泡棉材料在半断分切时,存在耗时耗力,以及不能满足客户的半断要求和精度等问题。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种效率高、废料少且精度可满足客户要求的泡棉半断加工工艺。
本发明所采取的技术方案为:
一种泡棉半断加工工艺,所述半断加工工艺采用高精度刀模实现,包括如下步骤:
将刀模放置于设备刀座处,使用离型膜作为垫材调试冲型深度,调整刀模的刀锋的深度,使泡棉材料的离型纸上的胶层冲断而离型纸未断为止;
将泡棉材料分切为工艺资料规定宽度后放置于设备材料导轨上;
通过模切的产品排版整齐有序产品固定轮拉动材料的进料,刀模处于固定频率的加工中,产生的费料使用排废装置排废,而实现整体的泡棉产品加工。
上述离型膜为PET离型膜,其由离型纸以及离型纸上的胶层构成。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果:
本发明冲切压力稳定,工作效率高,调模简便、换模快捷、边料拨离收卷、成品收卷、平均模切效率达到2000冲次/h,省时省料,并可实现边贴合变模切产品的工艺。

如图1所示,一种泡棉半断加工工艺,包括如下步骤:
将刀模1放置于设备刀座处,使用离型膜作为垫材调试冲型深度,调整刀模的刀锋2的深度,使泡棉材料3的离型纸5上的胶层4冲断而离型纸5未断为止;
将泡棉材料3分切为工艺资料规定宽度后放置于设备材料导轨上;
通过模切的产品排版整齐有序产品固定轮拉动材料的进料,刀模1处于固定频率的加工中,产生的费料使用排废装置排废,而实现整体的泡棉产品加工。
本发明冲切压力稳定,工作效率高,模切效率达到2000冲次/h,省时省料,并可实现边贴合变模切产品的工艺,能满足客户的半断要求和精度。

1.一种泡棉半断加工工艺,其特征在于,所述半断加工工艺采用高精度刀模实现,包括如下步骤:
将刀模(1)放置于设备刀座处,使用离型膜作为垫材调试冲型深度,调整刀模的刀锋(2)的深度,使泡棉材料(3)的离型纸(5)上的胶层(4)冲断而离型纸(5)未断为止;
将泡棉材料(3)分切为工艺资料规定宽度后放置于设备材料导轨上;
通过模切的产品排版整齐有序产品固定轮拉动材料的进料,刀模(1)处于固定频率的加工中,产生的费料使用排废装置排废,而实现整体的泡棉产品加工。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种泡棉半断加工工艺,其特征在于:所述离型膜为PET离型膜。
