Abstract
本发明公开了一种减压型沐浴养生宝及其制备方法,本发明的减压型沐浴养生宝为一种圆球、椭球或柱状产品,装入淋浴花洒内,利用沐浴的水流将内含的产品成分短时间渐渐释放,其成分包括中药制剂及辅料,中药制剂包括柴胡5‑40份、川芎5‑30份、当归5‑40份、薏苡仁10‑50份、白芷5‑30份,辅料包括酸碱对0.5‑2份、羧甲基淀粉钠2‑6份、交联羧甲基纤维素钠0‑3份、淀粉5‑20份、硬脂酸镁0‑0.5份、滑石粉0‑1.5份。该产品应用方便,作用于人体舒缓压力,放松身体。

技术领域
本发明属于中药制剂应用领域,具体来说涉及一种减压型沐浴养生宝,是一种采用中草药配方经过提取加工精制而成的沐浴养生产品。
背景技术
中医药养生具有悠久的历史,在长期的历史发展过程中,发展出了多种多样的中药养生方法和配方。当前的中医药养生方法有内用与外用,内用包括方剂及食疗食补等,例如药丸、膏滋、药酒、药茶、药粥等,外用方法包括熏蒸、擦剂、膏剂、针灸、按摩、艾灸等各种方法。以上所述的各种方式方法虽然经过悠久历史验证具有各种不同的显著效果,但是缺点也显而易见,那就是基本上要么内用需要经受中药特殊的不那么令人愉快的味道,要么需要专门安排特定的时间和空间去接受特定的作用方式,对于现代人快节奏的生活方式来说,显得难以接近。
发明内容
有鉴于现有中药养生方式的缺点,本发明的申请人开发出了一种沐浴养生宝,该种产品采用特殊的中草药配方,经过特殊的提取加工,制造成特定形式,用于使用人在沐浴的时候通过含有配方草药的水溶液作用于人体,使人得到放松,舒缓压力,达到养生保健的作用。本发明产品采用淋浴方式作用,相比于其它方式及药浴,使用方式非常简单,而且利用了淋浴时的使用环境,效果显著。
具体来说,本发明采用了以下技术方案:
一种减压型沐浴养生宝,其特征在于,所述沐浴养生宝为圆球、椭球或柱状的可溶性产品,装入淋浴花洒内,利用淋浴水流渐渐溶解释放产品成分,其中所述沐浴养生宝的成分包括中药制剂及辅料,所述中药制剂包括柴胡、川芎、当归、薏苡仁、白芷,辅料包括酸碱对、羧甲基淀粉钠、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、淀粉、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉,其中各成分所占的份数为柴胡5-40、川芎5-30、当归5-40、薏苡仁10-50、白芷5-30、酸碱对0.5-2、羧甲基淀粉钠2-6、交联羧甲基纤维素钠0-3、淀粉5-20、硬脂酸镁0-0.5、滑石粉0-1.5。
优选地,所述淋浴花洒具有料盒用于盛放所述圆球、椭球或柱状减压型沐浴养生宝产品。
另外优选地,所述圆球、椭球或柱状减压型沐浴养生宝产品在10至38℃的温水流经时,在3-5分钟内完全溶解。
进一步,酸碱对中的酸性化合物是选自柠檬酸、酒石酸、富马酸、己二酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸、水溶性氨基酸、硼酸、酒石酸氢钠、酒石酸氢钾、柠檬酸氢钠、柠檬酸氢钾、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠中的至少一种或多种的组合,碱性化合物是选自碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钙、甘氨酸碳酸钠、甘氨酸碳酸钾中的至少一种或多种的组合。
优选地,所述中药制剂为将各种中药成分经过水提,浓缩,干燥后制成的浸膏粉。
本发明还公开了一种减压型沐浴养生宝的制备方法,其特征在于,首先将柴胡5-40份、川芎5-30份、当归5-40份、薏苡仁10-50份、白芷5-30份混合,加入5-8倍量的水,煎煮1.5-3小时后过滤,滤渣再加入5-8倍量的水,煎煮1.5-3小时后过滤,合并两次滤液后浓缩,干燥成粉,得到中药制剂浸膏粉,将获得的浸膏粉与酸碱对0.5-2份、淀粉5-20份混匀,制粒过12-18目筛,然后加入羧甲基淀粉钠2-6份、交联羧甲基纤维素钠0-3份、硬脂酸镁0-0.5份、滑石粉0-1.5份混匀压片成体积为6-15cm3的圆球、椭球或柱状,得到产品。
进一步,在中药制剂浸膏粉的制备中,浓缩后将获得的黏稠浸膏冻干,粉碎后过60-120目筛,得到浸膏粉。
有益效果:本发明的产品应用起来极为方便。在淋浴时将本发明的沐浴养生宝装入专用花洒料盒内,利用淋浴水流将内含的成分在短时间内逐渐释放作用于人体。本发明的效用活血散瘀、通达表里、疏肝健脾,具有提高免疫力、快速恢复体力、达到提高生活质量的功效。
具体实施方式
在现代的快节奏工作生活方式面前,很多人都显得疲惫不堪,导致现代人身体出现多种问题,例如:感觉精力明显不足、容易生病,甚至出现癌症,因此希望能够有好的产品用以舒缓压力,调理身体。但是当前的中医养生保健产品和使用方式对于现代的快节奏工作生活方式来说显得非常奢侈,使用不便,或者需要耗费很高的时间成本。
本发明人鉴于现有技术的问题,开发了一种减压型养生保健产品,即:本发明的减压型沐浴养生宝。本发明人首先从使用方式入手,即本发明的沐浴养生宝,是一款装入专用的沐浴花洒中,利用沐浴水在短时间内逐渐溶解由中草药成分制成的保健养生产品,使含有一定浓度的中草药成分的水,使其渗透肌肤毛孔,既可保证中草药的效能通过肌肤周身经络,与中医中药熏蒸的外治养生相一致,其能借助水气扩张肌体的毛细血管,使中草药的有效成分充分地通过肌体循环至全身经络,再循经络运行到五脏六腑,从而达到未病预防,保健养生。另一方面,结合使用成分,对相关有效成分的配方、炮制及制剂制备采用了新的工艺,使其更适用于采用本发明的使用方法对人体起作用。
本发明的减压型沐浴养生宝为一种圆球、椭球或柱状产品,可以装入专用的淋浴花洒内,利用沐浴水流冲洗产品,使其在短时间内逐渐释放成分。沐浴养生宝是由多种中草药加工提取后与适宜的辅料混合压制而成。基本上具有中草成药制作同样的优点,所用辅料亦有相同之处,但因中药本身兼有一些辅料的作用,可作粘合剂,故所用辅料较少,成型方便。另外,鉴于本发明产品的使用方式与普通中药产品大为不同,因此在辅料的选择和产品的制备上也有不同。如上所述,本发明产品的形状有圆球、椭球以及柱状,其中柱状产品也可为圆柱及方柱两种,大体体积为6-15cm3左右,以便当10至38℃左右水温的水流通过时,能够在3分至5分钟内逐渐溶解。例如在一个实施例中,将本发明产品制成为圆柱形产品,其尺寸为直径15mm、长度60mm,或者制成为方柱形产品,其尺寸为12mmX12mmX60mm。
本发明的沐浴养生宝由中草药配方提取合成加工。中草药成分包括柴胡、川芎、当归、薏苡仁、白芷,作用温和,具有活血散瘀、通达表里、疏肝健脾的作用,能够快速恢复体力,起到提高免疫力,预防疾病,提高生活质量的功效。
本发明的减压型沐浴养生宝的制备方法包括:首先对中药成分进行提取制备。将相应比例的中药材混合,加入5-8倍量的水,煎煮1.5-3小时后过滤,滤渣再加入5-8倍量的水,煎煮1.5-3小时后过滤,将两次过滤的滤液合并后进行浓缩,然后进一步干燥。为保证所获得的黏稠浸膏中的成分保持功效不损失,优选该干燥步骤采用冻干法。冻干后进行粉碎,过60-120目筛,得到浸膏粉微粒,所得到的微粒容易被人体吸收。
然后将得到的浸膏粉与辅料混合制成产品。所用辅料包括崩解剂、填充剂、润滑剂等。所用崩解剂包括酸碱对、羧甲基淀粉钠、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、淀粉等,其中酸碱对中的酸性化合物是选自柠檬酸、酒石酸、富马酸、己二酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸、水溶性氨基酸、硼酸、酒石酸氢钠、酒石酸氢钾、柠檬酸氢钠、柠檬酸氢钾、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠,碱性化合物是选自碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钙、甘氨酸碳酸钠、甘氨酸碳酸钾。填充剂包括淀粉、糊精、纤维素衍生物、无机盐、甘露醇等。润滑剂包括滑石粉、聚乙二醇、硅粉、硬脂酸镁等。为保证产品在使用时的崩解性能及良好的释放控制,优选分两布混合制粒,其中首先将中药成分与酸碱对、其它崩解剂中的一部分及填充剂混合制粒过筛,筛网尺寸12-18目,然后进一步与另一部分崩解剂混合均匀,加入润滑剂,混匀后压制成所需尺寸的片剂。第二步混合的崩解剂包括羧甲基淀粉钠及交联羧甲基纤维素钠,与水接触后吸水膨胀,然后水分子进一步与内含的小颗粒中的酸碱对接触引发泡腾反应,产生气体使得中药成分微粒尽可能分散,达到比较好的吸收效果。作为更优选的实施方案,可以在小颗粒中进一步包含表面活性剂,从而使得中草药成分在与人体接触时可以更好的吸收。
本发明的产品应用起来极为方便。在淋浴时将本发明的沐浴养生宝装入专用花洒料盒内,利用淋浴水流将内含的成分释放作用于人体。本发明的效用活血散瘀、通达表里、疏肝健脾,具有提高免疫力、快速恢复体力、提高生活质量的功效。
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
取柴胡200g、川芎150g、当归200g、薏苡仁250g、白芷150g,加入8公升水煎煮2小时,滤出滤液后再加入6公升水,煎煮2小时,将两次获得的滤液合并后在减压下于80-95℃下浓缩成黏稠膏状物。取该膏状物,在冻干机上冻干。冻干后获得固体,将该固体经过粉碎机粉碎,过115目筛,获得微粉。将该微粉与8g柠檬酸、12g碳酸氢钠、100g玉米淀粉充分混合,制粒,过筛得到小颗粒。再将小颗粒与30g羧甲基淀粉钠、10g交联羧甲基纤维素钠、2g硬脂酸镁、5g滑石粉混合,压制成底面直径15mm高60mm的圆柱体。
实施例2
取柴胡200g、川芎200g、当归200g、薏苡仁300g、白芷200g,加入8公升水煎煮2小时,滤出滤液后再加入6公升水,煎煮2小时,将两次获得的滤液合并后在减压下于80-95℃下浓缩成黏稠膏状物。取该膏状物,在冻干机上冻干。冻干后获得固体,将该固体经过粉碎机粉碎,过115目筛,获得微粉。将该微粉与8g柠檬酸、12g碳酸氢钠、100g玉米淀粉充分混合,制粒,过筛得到小颗粒。再将小颗粒与30g羧甲基淀粉钠、6g滑石粉混合,压制成底面直径15mm高60mm的圆柱体。
实施例3
取柴胡200g、川芎200g、当归200g、薏苡仁300g、白芷200g,加入8公升水煎煮2小时,滤出滤液后再加入6公升水,煎煮2小时,将两次获得的滤液合并后在减压下于80-95℃下浓缩成黏稠膏状物。取该膏状物,在冻干机上冻干。冻干后获得固体,将该固体经过粉碎机粉碎,过115目筛,获得微粉。将该微粉与5g柠檬酸、8g碳酸氢钠、200g玉米淀粉充分混合,制粒,过筛得到小颗粒。再将小颗粒与40g羧甲基淀粉钠、6g滑石粉混合,压制成底面直径15mm高60mm的圆柱体。
将以上圆柱形压片安置到特制的花洒喷头里面,所述特制的花洒喷头在内部设置了一个可以固定该压片的装置。以上实施例所制得的压片,在淋浴水温设置在10至38℃的温水时,均能在3-5分钟的时间内溶解完毕,淋浴使用者在使用完成后均感觉明显。
上面结合具体实施例对本发明的实施方式作了详细的说明,但是本发明不限于上述实施方式,在所属技术领域普通技术人员所具备的知识范围内,还可以在不脱离本发明宗旨的前提下做出各种变化。
Claims (7)
1.一种减压型沐浴养生宝,其特征在于,所述沐浴养生宝为圆球、椭球或柱状产品,装入淋浴花洒内,利用淋浴水流冲刷释放产品成分,其中所述沐浴养生宝的成分包括中药制剂及辅料,所述中药制剂包括柴胡、川芎、当归、薏苡仁、白芷,辅料包括酸碱对、羧甲基淀粉钠、交联羧甲基纤维素钠、淀粉、硬脂酸镁、滑石粉,其中各成分所占的份数为柴胡5-40、川芎5-30、当归5-40、薏苡仁10-50、白芷5-30、酸碱对0.5-2、羧甲基淀粉钠2-6、交联羧甲基纤维素钠0-3、淀粉5-20、硬脂酸镁0-0.5、滑石粉0-1.5。
2.如权利要求1所述的减压型沐浴养生宝,其特征在于,所述淋浴花洒具有料盒用于盛放所述圆球、椭球或柱状减压型沐浴养生宝产品。
3.如权利要求1所述的减压型沐浴养生宝,其特征在于,所述圆球、椭球或柱状减压型沐浴养生宝产品在10至38℃的温水流经时,在3-5分钟内完全溶解。
4.如权利要求1所述的减压型沐浴养生宝,其特征在于,酸碱对中的酸性化合物是选自柠檬酸、酒石酸、富马酸、己二酸、苹果酸、抗坏血酸、水溶性氨基酸、硼酸、酒石酸氢钠、酒石酸氢钾、柠檬酸氢钠、柠檬酸氢钾、磷酸二氢钾、磷酸二氢钠中的至少一种或多种的组合,碱性化合物是选自碳酸钠、碳酸氢钠、碳酸钾、碳酸氢钾、碳酸钙、甘氨酸碳酸钠、甘氨酸碳酸钾中的至少一种或多种的组合。
5.如权利要求1所述的减压型沐浴养生宝,其特征在于,所述中药制剂为将各种中药成分经过水提,浓缩,干燥后制成的浸膏粉。
6.一种减压型沐浴养生宝的制备方法,其特征在于,首先将柴胡5-40份、川芎5-30份、当归5-40份、薏苡仁10-50份混合,加入5-8倍量的水,煎煮1.5-3小时后过滤,滤渣再加入5-8倍量的水,煎煮1.5-3小时后过滤,合并两次滤液后浓缩,干燥成粉,得到中药制剂浸膏粉,将获得的浸膏粉与酸碱对0.5-2份、淀粉5-20份混匀,制粒过12-18目筛,然后加入羧甲基淀粉钠2-6份、交联羧甲基纤维素钠0-3份、硬脂酸镁0-0.5份、滑石粉0-1.5份混匀压片成体积为6-15cm3的圆球、椭球或柱状,得到产品。
7.如权利要求6所述的减压型沐浴养生宝的制备方法,其特征在于,在中药制剂浸膏粉的制备中,浓缩后将获得的黏稠浸膏冻干,粉碎后过60-120目筛,得到浸膏粉。
