Abstract

本发明公开了一种刨丝刀，包括刨刀，所述刨刀上凸起设置有数个平行排列的刨丝槽框，所述刨丝槽框等距间隔排列并至少排列成数排，并沿刨刀的中心线成夹角对称，刨丝槽框顶面孔壁上内凹设置有椭圆形、圆形或矩形的凹口。本刨丝刀通过左右斜向对称设计，在使用时让左右受力平衡，从而让食物与刨丝刀有均匀的刨削，提高刨丝效果。

本发明涉及一种刨丝刀。
背景技术
刨丝刀是一种常见的刨具，使用这种刨具可将食物刨碎，一般的刨丝刀的刨丝形状不一且不规则，从而影响食物的后续烹煮效果以及食用用口感，使用效果并不好。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足，本发明提供一种刨丝效果好的刨丝刀。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：
一种刨丝刀，包括刨刀，所述刨刀上凸起设置有数个平行排列的刨丝槽框，所述刨丝槽框等距间隔排列并至少排列成数排，并沿刨刀的中心线成夹角对称，刨丝槽框顶面孔壁上内凹设置有椭圆形、圆形或矩形的凹口。
作为上述技术方案的改进，所述刨丝槽框的每个排列之间均错位对齐，且刨丝槽框与所述刨刀为一体成型。
本发明的有益效果是：本刨丝刀通过左右斜向对称设计，在使用时让左右受力平衡，从而让食物与刨丝刀有均匀的刨削，提高刨丝效果。

参照图1，本发明的一种刨丝刀，包括刨刀1，所述刨刀1上凸起设置有数个平行排列的刨丝槽框2，所述刨丝槽框2等距间隔排列并至少排列成数排，并沿刨刀1的中心线成夹角对称，刨丝槽框2顶面孔壁上内凹设置有椭圆形、圆形或矩形的凹口21。
作为上述实施方式的改进，所述刨丝槽框2的每个排列之间均错位对齐，且刨丝槽框2与所述刨刀1为一体成型。

1.一种刨丝刀，包括刨刀，其特征在于：所述刨刀上凸起设置有数个平行排列的刨丝槽框，所述刨丝槽框等距间隔排列并至少排列成数排，并沿刨刀的中心线成夹角对称，刨丝槽框顶面孔壁上内凹设置有椭圆形、圆形或矩形的凹口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种刨丝刀，其特征在于：所述刨丝槽框的每个排列之间均错位对齐，且刨丝槽框与所述刨刀为一体成型。
